味噌汤是搭配各种便餐、快餐及居家食用的较为常见的一种汤料。味噌汤制作方便,口感浓郁,富含蛋白质、膳食纤维和各种维生素等营养元素,深受大众喜爱。
发明内容
本发明提供一种制作方便,口感良好,营养均衡,融入中国传统饮食元素和中药材原料的改良味噌汤。
本发明所述味噌汤,其原料优选包括以下重量份的原料:黄豆30-50份,水600-800份,胡萝卜20-30份,蘑菇20-40份,豆腐40-80份,鱼肉40-60份,海带30-50份,盐2-4份,生抽5-10份,蔗糖5-10份,党参3-5份,干贝3-5份,山药3-5份,陈皮3-5份。
本发明所述味噌汤,其制备方法为:将黄豆打磨能粉,用小火慢炒至没有生味,加入适量水调制成面糊,放入锅中将水煮至沸腾,关火等候面糊冷却。将党参、干贝、山药、陈皮切碎,混合后放入水中浸泡1小时,与黄豆面糊一起倒入搅拌容器,加入生抽、盐、蔗糖,加水搅拌至混合均匀。将水放入锅中烧开,放入洗净的胡萝卜、蘑菇、海带、豆腐、鱼肉,再用文火熬煮约15-20分钟,再将鱼肉加入锅中熬煮5-10分钟,最后放入搅拌好的黄豆面糊混合料,再熬煮1-2分钟,关火自然冷却后即可食用。

具体实施方式:按照重量份准备水700份,黄豆40份,胡萝卜25份,蘑菇30份,豆腐50份,鱼肉40份,海带30份,盐3份,生抽7份,蔗糖6份,党参3份,干贝3份,山药3份,陈皮3份。将黄豆打磨能粉,用小火慢炒至没有生味,加入适量水调制成面糊,放入锅中将水煮至沸腾,关火等候面糊冷却。将党参、干贝、山药、陈皮切碎,混合后放入水中浸泡1小时,与黄豆面糊一起倒入搅拌容器,加入生抽、盐、蔗糖,加水搅拌至混合均匀。将水放入锅中烧开,放入洗净的胡萝卜、蘑菇、海带、豆腐、鱼肉,再用文火熬煮约15分钟,再将鱼肉加入锅中熬煮5分钟,最后放入搅拌好的黄豆面糊混合料,再熬煮1分钟,关火自然冷却后食用。

1.一种味噌汤,其特征在于其原料优选包括以下重量份的原料:黄豆30-50份,水600-800份,胡萝卜20-30份,蘑菇20-40份,豆腐40-80份,鱼肉40-60份,海带30-50份,盐2-4份,生抽5-10份,蔗糖5-10份,党参3-5份,干贝3-5份,山药3-5份,陈皮3-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的味噌汤,其特征在于其制备方法为:将黄豆打磨能粉,用小火慢炒至没有生味,加入适量水调制成面糊,放入锅中将水煮至沸腾,关火等候面糊冷却,将党参、干贝、山药、陈皮切碎,混合后放入水中浸泡1小时,与黄豆面糊一起倒入搅拌容器,加入生抽、盐、蔗糖,加水搅拌至混合均匀,将水放入锅中烧开,放入洗净的胡萝卜、蘑菇、海带、豆腐、鱼肉,再用文火熬煮约15-20分钟,再将鱼肉加入锅中熬煮5-10分钟,最后放入搅拌好的黄豆面糊混合料,再熬煮1-2分钟,关火自然冷却后即可食用。
