Description

用于对自动化设施的场设备进行管理和配置的方法和装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对自动化设施的场设备进行管理和配置的方法和装置。本发明尤其应用在用来控制过程和/或设施构件的过程自动化或机械控制中。
背景技术
用来控制技术过程或技术设施的自动化***通常包括被整合在多个智能电子设备的复合体中的控制装置(SPS)。智能电子设备是基于微处理器的设备例如保护和控制设备、马达保护设备、智能开关、调压器、变频器、压力和温度测量数值变换器、流量计以及伺服驱动装置。
通过文章“FDIDeviceIntegration-BestofBothWorlds”版本6/2010,第16至19页已知的是:将具有FDI(FieldDeviceIntegrationIEC-62769)理念的场设备整合到自动化设施中。这种理念的基础是:提供用来配置设备专用的FDI包中的场设备的信息。该FDI包包括预先确定的信息量,该信息量包括设备定义、业务逻辑、用户界面描述以及用户界面插件。设备定义包括管理信息和设备型号。业务逻辑描述对所述设备的通信逻辑并且用于保证设备型号的一致性。用户界面描述描述的是对设备参数和设备功能的展示。用户界面插件是用来描述设备参数和功能的表层部分的编程组件。
在借助电子设备描述(EDD)技术IEC61804来配置场设备时,设备制造商应提供包含关于与设备通信、商业逻辑和用户接口、即哪些输入掩码应展示给用户的信息的EDD。商业逻辑则包含例如何时需要描述哪些参数。
FDI技术使用EDD的这种作用原理并且提供FDI包的这种设计理念,在该设计理念中,除了EDD还可能包含诸如用户手册的其它信息以及所谓的用户界面插件(UIPs),UIPs以其它技术诸如.NET安装包提供另外的用户接口,这些与EDD不同的基础性用户接口包括编程的并且编译成组件的代码。
FDI包通常由设备制造商完成而由***制造商使用,以便将设备制造商的设备整合到其***中并加以配置。
在EDD中,除了各个带有不同参数、图表以及其它元素的用户元件之外,还可能定义新的窗口和对话。主机在此拥有一定的自由度并且可以将例如EDD中定义的多个菜单或者不同设备等级的用户接口在不同窗口中同时显示。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种用于对自动化设施的场设备进行管理和配置的装置,其可视性和操作得到改进。
根据本发明,上述目的通过权利要求1的有关装置的特征得以实现。另外,上述目的还通过权利要求3的有关方法的特征得以实现。本发明的有益的设计方案在各从属权利要求中给出。
本发明从一种用于对自动化设施的场设备进行管理和配置的设备出发,其具有配置工具,该配置工具构造为用来从物理上识别自动化设施中的场设备,并且从逻辑上将其绑定到所述自动化设施中并且在该自动化设施中进行配置,为此,所述配置工具可以使用预先给定的第一场设备特定的信息包,该信息包至少部分地描述了该场设备的功能和数据并且为此具有预定量的预设图形元素。
根据本发明设定:配置工具具有一定数量的图形元素,该配置工具的每个图形元素分别与场设备特定的信息包中的一个预定图形元素相对应,其中,配置工具的图形元素的功能和外观可自由定义,而且配置工具构造成从场设备特定的信息包中提取预定的图形元素并且通过配置工具的图形元素来代替。
根据本发明的另一特征设定:配置工具的图形元素与功能联结。这样的功能可以如下产生,即,例如将一个测量值的目视化时间曲线在打印机上打印。
此外在方法方面设定:对场设备特定信息包进行分析,确定预设图形元素,该预设图形元素的场设备特定的应用在信息包中得到了预设,通过配置工具的图形元素来代替场设备特定的信息包的预设图形元素,然后按要求显示配置工具的这些图形元素。
优选配置工具的可自由定义的图形元素具有高度灵活性,该高度灵活性足以满足对自动化设施的场设备进行管理和配置的个性化要求。在此,实现高程度的可视性。这样可以通过放大的和/或颜色不同地显示场设备和或其功能来精确地突显对于自动化设施而言特别重要的元素。
根据本发明的另一特征,配置工具的可自由定义的图形元素系由数据载体载入配置工具。在此可以设定:所述可自由定义的图形元素由设备制造商提供。支持由设备制造商提供的可自由定义的图形元素的配置工具构造成用所述可自由定义的图形元素代替场设备特定的信息包的预设图形元素、显示所述可自由定义的图形元素来代替场设备特定的信息包的预设图形元素。

具体实施方式
图1中示出配置工具2的原理图。配置工具2具有用来显示图形元素20的显示器22用以对自动化设施的场设备进行管理和配置。为此,对于自动化设施的每个需绑定的场设备而言,将场设备特定的信息包1载入配置工具2中,所述信息包至少部分描述了该场设备的功能和数据并且为此具有预定量的预设图形元素10。特别的是,这个场设备特定的信息包1构造成EDD数据。
配置工具2具有一定数量的图形元素20,该配置工具2的每个图形元素20与场设备特定的信息包1的一个预设图形元素10对应。配置工具2的图形元素20存储在配置工具2的存储器21中。
配置工具2的图形元素20的功能和外观可自由定义。这样可以通过放大的和/或颜色不同地显示场设备和或其功能来精确地突显对自动化设施而言特别重要的那个元素。由此实现高灵活性和可视性,其足以满足对自动化设施的场设备进行配置和管理的个性化要求。
配置工具2构造成从场设备特定的信息包1中提取预设图形元素10并且通过配置工具2的图形元素20来代替。
为此根据图2在第一方法步骤31中对场设备特定的信息包1进行分析。在此对在场设备特定的信息包1中存在的预设图形元素10进行编目。
在随后的第二方法步骤32中查明所述预设图形元素10,这些预设图形元素的场设备特定的应用在所述信息包1预设。
在随后的第三方法步骤33中,用配备工具2的图形元素20来代替场设备特定的信息包1的预设图形元素10,所述配置工具的图形元素存储在该配置工具2的存储器21中。
最后,在第四方法步骤34中,按照要求在显示器22上显示配置工具2的图形元素。
在本发明的特别设计方案中可以设定:将配置工具2的可自由定义的图形元素20由通常由设备制造商提供的数据载体载入到配置工具2中。支持由设备制造商提供的可自由定义的图形元素20的配置工具2构造成用可自由定义的图形元素20来代替场设备特定的信息包1的预设图形元素10、显示所述可自由定义的图形元素20来代替场设备特定的信息包1的预设图形元素10。

Claims (4)

1.用于利用配置工具(2)来对自动化设施的场设备进行管理和配置的装置,所述配置工具构造成从物理上识别自动化设施中的场设备、在逻辑上将其绑定到所述自动化设施中并且在该自动化设施中对其进行配置,其中,所述配置工具(2)为此使用预设的场设备特定的第一信息包(1),该信息包至少部分地描述所述场设备的功能和数据并且为此具有预定量的预设图形元素(10),其特征在于,配置工具(2)具有一定量的图形元素(20),该配置工具(2)的每个图形元素(20)与场设备特定的信息包(1)的预设图形元素(10)相对应,其中,所述配置工具(2)的图形元素(20)的功能和外观可自由定义,并且该配置工具(2)构造成从所述场设备特定的信息包(1)中提取预设图形元素(10)并且通过该配置工具(2)的图形元素(20)来将其代替。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,配置工具(2)的图形元素(20)与其功能相联结。
3.用于利用配置工具(2)来对自动化设施的场设备进行管理和配置的方法,所述配置工具构造成从物理上识别自动化设施中的场设备、在逻辑上将其绑定到所述自动化设施中并且在该自动化设施中对其进行配置,所述配置工具为此使用预设的场设备特定的第一信息包(1),该信息包至少部分地描述该场设备的功能和数据并且为此具有预定量的预设图形元素(10),其特征在于,
-对所述场设备特定的信息包(1)进行分析,
-查明所述预设图形元素(10),所述预设图形元素的场设备特定的应用在所述信息包(1)预设,
-用所述配置工具(2)的图形元素(20)代替所述场设备特定的信息包(1)的预设图形元素(10),
-按要求显示所述配置工具(2)的图形元素(20)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,将配置工具(2)的可自由定义的图形元素(20)由数据载体载入到该配置工具(2)中。
