一种免倒车式自动化多层立体车位，属于城市建设领域。是由前爬板、支撑柱、前液压升降台装置、显示屏、遮雨板、停车位、侧立板光电传感器、后液压升降台装置、后坡板、底板、PLC液压控制箱组成的。一般可以安装成四层或者五层停车位，在这里示意图只画出了三层停车位；液压升降台装置初始高度和第一层停车位同高，前爬板的高度和第一层停车位同高；侧立板光电传感器检测到有空位或者没有空位时，会反馈信息给PLC液压控制箱，然后PLC液压控制箱控制液压缸伸缩动作从而使工作台上升到指定位置，同时显示屏显示正在停放的停车位号，方便人们记忆；提高了空间的利用率，节省了人们存放车辆的时间，避免了倒车，能够减少安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明层涉及一种免倒车式自动化多层立体车位，具体的说，是一种采用了液压气缸以及相应的传动***，采用液压升降台装置和多层停车位进行存放小型汽车的设备，属于城市建设领域。
背景技术
随着社会的发展，现在私家车数量剧增，小区、商场、办公楼等前存放小型汽车成了大问题，因为停车往往需要倒车，而倒车就占据了一个车位的的空间，不可避免的占地规模大，这样一来降低了城市空间的利用率，特别是到了节假日那更是堵得水泄不通，而且在这种情况之下，找到车位倒车还存在着安全隐患，增加了车辆间刮擦的几率；另外目前基本都是靠保安人员指挥协调停放车辆，很是浪费时间，效率不高。因此需要一种免倒车式自动化多层立体车位，就可以方便实现对小型汽车的存放作业，而这种停车位目前是没有的。
发明内容
针对上述不足，本发明提供了一种免倒车式自动化多层立体车位。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种免倒车式自动化多层立体车位，是由前爬板、支撑柱、前液压升降台装置、显示屏、遮雨板、停车位、侧立板光电传感器、后液压升降台装置、后坡板、底板、PLC液压控制箱组成的，其特征在于：前爬板连接底板和支撑柱，并且前爬板的上沿高度和第一层停车位同等高度；显示屏安装于遮雨板和支撑柱上；侧立板光电传感器安装于停车位两侧；前液压升降台装置安装于支撑柱和前爬板之间，并且前液压升降台装置的上升高度能达到四五个停车位高度；后液压升降台装置安装于支撑柱和后坡板之间；后坡板连接底板和支撑柱，并且后坡板的上沿高度和第一层停车位同等高度；PLC液压控制箱安装于底板上，位于第一层停车位下面。
所述的前液压升降台装置由支撑座、导轨、滚动轴承、连接架、支撑轴、转动轴、液压缸、工作台、销子组成；本发明一种免倒车式自动化多层立体车位一般可以安装成四层或者五层停车位，在这里示意图只画出了三层停车位。
本发明的有益之处在于：它不仅能方便了人们出行到商场或者办公楼存放车辆，而且节省了劳动力，省去了保安来指挥这项任务，提高了空间的利用率，节省了人们存放车辆的时间，最重要的是避免了倒车，能够减少安全隐患；一般可以安装成四层或者五层停车位，在这里示意图只画出了三层停车位；液压升降台装置初始高度和第一层停车位同高，前爬板的高度和第一层停车位同高；前液压升降台装置高度变化范围能达到五层停车位高度；侧立板光电传感器安装在各层停车位的两侧，当检测到该层停车位有空位或者没有空位时，会反馈信息给PLC液压控制箱，然后PLC液压控制箱控制液压缸伸缩动作从而使工作台上升到指定位置，同时显示屏显示正在停放的停车位号，方便人们记忆；遮雨板可以保护小型汽车免受雨淋。

一种免倒车式自动化多层立体车位，是由前爬板1、支撑柱2、前液压升降台装置3、显示屏4、遮雨板5、停车位6、侧立板光电传感器7、后液压升降台装置8、后坡板9、底板10、PLC液压控制箱11组成的，其特征在于：前爬板1连接底板10和支撑柱2，并且前爬板1的上沿高度和第一层停车位6同等高度；显示屏4安装于遮雨板5和支撑柱2上；侧立板光电传感器7安装于停车位6两侧；前液压升降台装置3安装于支撑柱2和前爬板1之间，并且前液压升降台装置3的上升高度能达到四五个停车位高度；后液压升降台装置8安装于支撑柱2和后坡板9之间；后坡板9连接底板10和支撑柱2，并且后坡板10的上沿高度和第一层停车位6同等高度；PLC液压控制箱11安装于底板10上，位于第一层停车位6下面。
所述的前液压升降台装置3由支撑座301、导轨302、滚动轴承303、连接架304、支撑轴305、转动轴306、液压缸307、工作台308、销子309组成；本发明一种免倒车式自动化多层立体车位一般可以安装成四层或者五层停车位，在这里示意图只画出了三层停车位。
当人们需要停车时，只需通过前爬板1到达前液压升降台装置3的工作台308上，然后侧立板光电传感器7会检测哪里有空停车位6，就会反馈信息给PLC液压控制箱11，然后PLC液压控制箱11控制液压缸307伸缩动作，使前液压升降台装置3的工作台308到达指定停车位6，同时显示屏4会显示你正在停放的停车位号，随后人们将车停放好，记清自己的停车号，就可以通过后液压升降台装置离开了；取车时人们通过前爬板1和前液压升降台装置3到达自己停车位6，然后取车从后液压升降台装置8下去即可。
