本发明的目的在于提供一种动力配电箱,其金属壳体表面凃覆有防护漆,具有优异的耐腐蚀、抗氧化、抗老化、耐候性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种动力配电箱,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体表面凃覆有防护漆,按重量份计,所述防护漆由以下组分组成:
1~2份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,0.4份二氧化硅,0.7份银锌二氧化钛,0.9份磷酸二氢钾,1.2份聚丙烯酸钠,0.4份明矾粉,1.2份月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠,7.8份苯丙乳液,13.6份甲醇。
