一种防火涂料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种防火涂料,可用于建筑物结构防火的防火涂料,具有运输、施工方便、无毒、无异味、无污染、阻燃等优点,并具有涂层美观、耐腐蚀、抗老化性好、耐候、抗水性好等特点。
背景技术
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。施用于可燃性基材表面,用以改变材料表面燃烧特性,阻滞火灾迅速蔓延;或施用于建筑构件上,用以提高构件的耐火极限的特种涂料,称防火涂料。防火涂料就是通过将涂料刷在那些易燃材料的表面,能提高材料的耐火能力,减缓火焰蔓延传播速度,或在一定时间内能阻止燃烧,这一类涂料称为防火涂料,或叫做阻燃涂料。防火涂料的防火原理大致可归纳为以下五点:(1)、防火涂料本身具有难燃性或不燃性,使被保护基材不直接与空气接触,延迟物体着火和减少燃烧的速度。(2)、防火涂料除本身具有难燃性或不燃性外,它还具有较低的导热系数,可以延迟火焰温度向被保护基材的传递。(3)、防火涂料受热分解出不燃惰性气体,冲淡被保护物体受热分解出的可燃性气体,使之不易燃烧或燃烧速度减慢。(4)、含氮的防火涂料受热分解出NO、NH3等基团,与有机游离基化合,中断连锁反应,降低温度。(5)、膨胀型防火涂料受热膨胀发泡,形成碳质泡沫隔热层封闭被保护的物体,延迟热量与基材的传递,阻止物体着火燃烧或因温度升高而造成的强度下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火涂料,可用于建筑物结构防火的防火涂料,具有运输、施工方便、无毒、无异味、无污染、阻燃等优点,并具有涂层美观、耐腐蚀、抗老化性好、耐候、抗水性好等特点。
本发明采用了这样的技术方案:所述防火涂料中的物料及重量配比分别是:苯丙乳液42份、三聚氰胺11份、氧化锌5份、成膜助剂4.5份、水8份、拼合水性树脂13份、水性膨胀助剂31份、双季戊四醇7份、聚磷酸铵21份、膨胀调节剂5份、钛白粉5份、分散剂0.6份、消泡剂0.3份、增稠剂0.7份、流平剂3份。
本发明具体涉及一种防火涂料,可用于建筑物结构防火的防火涂料。
本品具有运输、施工方便、无毒、无异味、无污染、阻燃等优点,并具有涂层美观、耐腐蚀、抗老化性好、耐候、抗水性好等特点。
具体实施方式
本发明采用了这样的技术方案:所述防火涂料中物料及重量配比分别是:苯丙乳液42份、三聚氰胺11份、氧化锌5份、成膜助剂4.5份、水8份、拼合水性树脂13份、水性膨胀助剂31份、双季戊四醇7份、聚磷酸铵21份、膨胀调节剂5份、钛白粉5份、分散剂0.6份、消泡剂0.3份、增稠剂0.7份、流平剂3份。
其制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、在配料缸中加入水、成膜助剂、水性膨胀助剂,充分搅拌均匀后备用;
步骤二)、在步骤一)所获物料搅拌中依次加入苯丙乳液、三聚氰胺、氧化锌、双季戊四醇、聚磷酸铵、膨胀调节剂、钛白粉、分散剂、流平剂,充分搅拌均匀成黏稠糊状后备用;
步骤三)将步骤二)所获物料放入研磨机中研磨至130μm后备用;
步骤四)将步骤三)所获物料加入配料缸中,搅拌中依次加入拼合水性树脂、消泡剂、增稠剂,充分搅拌均匀后,即可得成品。

Claims (2)

1.一种防火涂料,其特征在于,物料及重量配比分别是:苯丙乳液42份、三聚氰胺11份、氧化锌5份、成膜助剂4.5份、水8份、拼合水性树脂13份、水性膨胀助剂31份、双季戊四醇7份、聚磷酸铵21份、膨胀调节剂5份、钛白粉5份、分散剂0.6份、消泡剂0.3份、增稠剂0.7份、流平剂3份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的防火涂料,其特征在于,其制备方法,制备方法为以下步骤:步骤一)、在配料缸中加入水、成膜助剂、水性膨胀助剂,充分搅拌均匀后备用;
步骤二)、在步骤一)所获物料搅拌中依次加入苯丙乳液、三聚氰胺、氧化锌、双季戊四醇、聚磷酸铵、膨胀调节剂、钛白粉、分散剂、流平剂,充分搅拌均匀成黏稠糊状后备用;
步骤三)将步骤二)所获物料放入研磨机中研磨至130μm后备用;
步骤四)将步骤三)所获物料加入配料缸中,搅拌中依次加入拼合水性树脂、消泡剂、增稠剂,充分搅拌均匀后,即可得成品。
