使用实施例1制得的泡脚粉，对120名患有黄褐斑、暗斑等的患者进行试用试验，有效率达到78.3％。其中：小于30岁的30人中15人疗效显著，10人有一定疗效；30～40岁的30人中13人疗效显著，13人有一定疗效；40～50岁的30人中11人疗效显著，10人有一定疗效；50岁以上的30人中12人疗效显著，10人有一定疗效。

1.一种养颜泡脚粉，其特征在于，由下述重量份的原料制得：
白花草木樨20～30份、怀山药20～30份、杏仁20～30份、何首乌20～30份、桃仁20～30份、桂枝10～20份、淫羊藿10～20份、秦艽10～20份、乌骨鸡10～20份、当归10～20份、枸杞1～10份、大枣1～10份、唇香草1～10份、红景天1～10份、钩藤1～10份、薏米仁1～10份、防风1～10份、苦杏仁0.1～1份、白附子0.1～1份、艾叶0.1～1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养颜泡脚粉，其特征在于，所述原料的重量份为：
白花草木樨25份、怀山药30份、杏仁20份、何首乌25份、桃仁30份、桂枝10份、淫羊藿15份、秦艽20份、乌骨鸡10份、当归15份、枸杞10份、大枣1份、唇香草5份、红景天10份、钩藤1份、薏米仁5份、防风10份、苦杏仁0.1份、白附子0.5份、艾叶1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的养颜泡脚粉，其特征在于，所述原料的重量份为：
白花草木樨20份、怀山药25份、杏仁30份、何首乌20份、桃仁25份、桂枝20份、淫羊藿10份、秦艽15份、乌骨鸡20份、当归10份、枸杞5份、大枣10份、唇香草1份、红景天5份、钩藤10份、薏米仁1份、防风5份、苦杏仁1份、白附子0.1份、艾叶0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的养颜泡脚粉，其特征在于，所述原料的重量份为：
白花草木樨30份、怀山药20份、杏仁25份、何首乌30份、桃仁20份、桂枝15份、淫羊藿20份、秦艽10份、乌骨鸡15份、当归20份、枸杞1份、大枣5份、唇香草10份、红景天1份、钩藤5份、薏米仁10份、防风1份、苦杏仁0.5份、白附子1份、艾叶0.1份。
5.根据权利要求1～4中任一项所述的养颜泡脚粉，其特征在于，其制备方法为：
将原料用其重量5～10倍的水常温浸泡5～10天后，取出沥干、粉碎，然后置于270～280℃热锅中翻炒10～20分钟，然后加入其重量1％～3％的蜂蜜后，继续翻炒10～20分钟，取出冷却后，加入其重量0.1％～1％的酵母和5～10倍的水，于36～38℃下发酵7～10天，发酵后煮沸并沸腾20～30分钟，过滤，滤液浓缩至原体积的40％～50％，浓缩液中加入其重量0.5％～1.5％的变性淀粉，喷雾干燥，所得颗粒即为产品。
