Abstract
本发明公开了一种内镜器械消毒液及其生产工艺,它解决了现有技术存在消毒成本高、气味大,消毒不彻底等问题,其特征在于:它是以戊二醛、异丙醇为主要原材料,通过纯净水稀释,并配以适量的增效表面活性剂混合搅拌均匀调制而成1%复方戊二醛二代产品。产品浓度低、气味小、杀毒灭菌更优于老产品,完全可以替代现在市场上单一配方的2%戊二醛产品。具有高效、低毒、使用安全、腐蚀性小、稳定性好等特点,可广泛应用于诊疗器械、化妆品业、电子工业、宾馆业等物品的灭菌。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于生物与新医药技术领域,尤其是涉及到一种内镜器械消毒液——1%复方戊二醛二代产品及其生产工艺。
背景技术
微创外科手术具有创伤小、痛苦轻、失血少、恢复快、疗效可靠、切口美观等特点,深受广大患者欢迎。但由于内镜器械的制作材料特殊、精密度高、结构复杂,用后消毒灭菌难度大。目前普遍采用的灭菌方法有三种:一是采用医用(内镜)灭菌器,其灭菌时间短,但存在价格昂贵的问题;二是采用高压高温灭菌,但只适用于各种金属穿刺套管针;三是采消毒液浸泡灭菌,由于目前市场上配方单一的2%戊二醛产品以及其它普通消毒剂的性能决定对内镜器械消毒不彻底,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为市场提供一种以戊二醛、异丙醇为主要原材料,通过纯净水稀释,配以适量的增效表面活性剂调制而成的内镜器械消毒液及其生产工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:它是以戊二醛、异丙醇为主要原材料,通过纯净水稀释,配以适量的增效表面活性剂调制而成,其特征在于各原料按重量百分比计量如下:
含量50%以上的戊二醛:2~3%
含量99%以上的异丙醇:3~10%
纯净水:86.3~94.7%
含量48%的十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵:0.2~0.45%
含量80%的二癸基二甲基氯化铵:0.05~0.2%
含量99%的乳化剂:0.01~0.03%。
其制作工艺流程如下:
(1)按上述配比称取主要原料和辅助原料备用;
(2)将反应罐注入蒸馏水;
(3)加入含量在50%以上的戊二醛,混匀5min,再加入十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、异丙醇、二癸基二甲基氯化铵和乳化剂,用蒸馏水定容,混匀30min;
(4)通过G1砂芯滤球过滤,分装;
(5)分别称取碳酸氢钠粉剂,塑料袋封装,附于内包装外。
本发明的有益效果在于:由于戊二醛有广谱的杀灭微生物能力,2%的碱性戊二醛溶液两分钟可杀灭繁殖体,10分钟可杀灭病毒,20分钟可杀灭分枝杆菌,3小时可杀灭细菌芽胞;因此戊二醛可作为一种高水平消毒剂,如果暴露时间(10小时)足够,也可作为灭菌剂使用;而本发明是以1%戊二醛为主要原料配有其他增效剂生产而成,不仅能杀灭细菌繁殖体、真菌、芽胞,而且具有高效、低毒、使用安全、腐蚀性小、稳定性好等特点,可广泛应用于诊疗器械、化妆品业、电子工业、宾馆业等行业环境和物品的灭菌。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,内镜器械消毒液是以戊二醛、异丙醇为主要原材料,通过纯净水稀释,配以适量的增效表面活性剂调制而成,各原料按重量百分比计量如下:
含量50%以上的戊二醛:2~3%
含量99%以上的异丙醇:3~10%
纯净水:86.3~94.7%
含量48%的十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵:0.2~0.45%
含量80%的二癸基二甲基氯化铵:0.05~0.2%
含量99%的乳化剂:0.01~0.03%。
其生产工艺步骤如下:
实施例1:
(1)首先,称取50%以上的戊二醛24.49kg,含量99%以上的异丙醇30.6kg,含量48%的十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵6.3kg,含量80%的二癸基二甲基氯化铵0.6kg,含量99%的乳化剂:0.01kg备用;
(2)将反应罐注入938kg蒸馏水;
(3)加入24.49kg戊二醛,混匀5min,再加入6.3kg十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、30.6kg异丙醇、0.6kg二癸基二甲基氯化铵和0.01kg乳化剂,用蒸馏水定容,混匀30min;
(4)通过G1砂芯滤球过滤,分装;
(5)分别称取碳酸氢钠粉剂,塑料袋封装,附于内包装外。
实施例2:
(1)首先,称取50%以上的戊二醛30kg,含量99%以上的异丙醇80kg,含量48%的十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵5.5kg,含量80%的二癸基二甲基氯化铵0.888kg,含量99%的乳化剂:0.012kg备用;
(2)将反应罐注入883.6kg蒸馏水;
(3)加入30kg戊二醛,混匀5min,再加入5.5kg十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、80kg异丙醇、0.888kg二癸基二甲基氯化铵和0.012kg乳化剂,用蒸馏水定容,混匀30min;
(4)通过G1砂芯滤球过滤,分装;
(5)分别称取碳酸氢钠粉剂,塑料袋封装,附于内包装外。
实施例3:
(1)首先,称取50%以上的戊二醛20kg,含量99%以上的异丙醇50kg,含量48%的十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵8.5kg,含量80%的二癸基二甲基氯化铵1.492kg,含量99%的乳化剂:0.008kg备用;
(2)将反应罐注入920kg蒸馏水;
(3)加入20kg戊二醛,混匀5min,再加入85.5kg十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、50kg异丙醇、1.492kg二癸基二甲基氯化铵和0.008kg乳化剂,用蒸馏水定容,混匀30min;
(4)通过G1砂芯滤球过滤,分装;
(5)分别称取碳酸氢钠粉剂,塑料袋封装,附于内包装外。
Claims (2)
1.一种内镜器械消毒液,其特征在于:它是以戊二醛、异丙醇为主要原材料,通过纯净水稀释,配以适量的增效表面活性剂调制而成的1%复方戊二醛二代产品,各原料按重量百分比计量如下:
含量50%以上的戊二醛:2~3%
含量99%以上的异丙醇:3~10%
纯净水:86.3~94.7%
含量48%的十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵:0.2~0.45%
含量80%的二癸基二甲基氯化铵:0.05~0.2%
含量99%的乳化剂:0.01~0.03%。
2.一种内镜器械消毒液的生产工艺,其特征在于:它是以戊二醛、异丙醇为主要原材料,通过纯净水稀释,并配以适量的增效表面活性剂调制而成1%复方戊二醛二代产品,其生产工艺步骤如下:
(1)按权利要求1所述配比称取主要原料和辅助原料备用;
(2)将反应罐注入蒸馏水;
(3)加入含量在50%以上的戊二醛,混匀5min,再加入十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、异丙醇、二癸基二甲基氯化铵和乳化剂,用蒸馏水定容,混匀30min;
(4)通过G1砂芯滤球过滤,分装;
(5)分别称取碳酸氢钠粉剂,塑料袋封装,附于内包装外。
