Abstract
滚动轴承包括:外圈;滚动轴承的轴向一端侧的肩径与滚动轴承的轴向另一端侧的肩径不同的内圈;保持器;多个滚动体,在被所述保持器沿周向以规定间隔保持的状态下配置于所述外圈与所述内圈之间的环状空间内;及遮蔽部,在所述环状空间的轴向两端抑制该环状空间内的润滑脂向外部泄漏。与所述内圈中的肩径大的大端侧相对的外圈内周面和与该外圈内周面相对的保持器外周面之间的第一间隙大于与所述内圈中的肩径小的小端侧相对的外圈内周面和与该外圈内周面相对的保持器外周面之间的第二间隙。

在2014年8月22日提出的日本专利申请2014-169850的说明书、附图及摘要作为参照而包含于此。
技术领域
本发明涉及滚动轴承。
背景技术
作为对各种机械装置的旋转轴进行支承的轴承,已知有角接触球轴承。近年来,为了提高加工效率及运转效率,上述机械装置的旋转轴多以高速旋转。因此,角接触球轴承被要求在高速旋转时不发生烧结等的高可靠性。并且,为了提高角接触球轴承的可靠性,取代向轴承内部供给润滑油的油润滑而采用具有高润滑性能的润滑脂润滑的情况不断增加。在该润滑脂润滑中,预先向轴承内部填充润滑脂。
向轴承内部填充的润滑脂需要随时向在轴承的运转时需要润滑的部位供给。因此,为了提高轴承内部的润滑脂的流动性而提出各种方案(例如,参照日本特开2010-164122号公报)。
在日本特开2010-164122号公报记载的角接触球轴承30如图5所示,其内圈31为倾斜的形状。即,以轴向(图5中的左右方向)为基准,左右的肩径不同。具体而言,在图5中,内圈31的右侧的部位32的肩径大于内圈31的左侧的部位33的肩径。并且,将连结两部位32、33的圆弧面作为内圈滚道槽34。
而且,如图5所示,角接触球轴承30的外圈35为深槽形状。即,以轴向为基准,左右的肩径相同。具体而言,在图5中,外圈35的右侧的部位36的肩径与外圈35的左侧的部位37的肩径相同。
在外圈35的内径部形成有与外圈35的滚道槽38连结的润滑脂积存槽39a、39b。润滑脂积存槽39a、39b分别形成在滚道槽38的轴向外侧。并且,在图5中,在右侧的润滑脂积存槽39b的槽壁上形成有向轴向内侧且向径向外侧倾斜的润滑脂引导面40。
根据日本特开2010-164122号公报记载的角接触球轴承,在运转时积存于润滑脂积存槽39b的润滑脂在通过与球41的滚动相伴的保持器42的旋转而产生的风压下被按压于润滑脂引导面40。被按压的润滑脂沿着倾斜的润滑脂引导面40向外圈35的滚道槽38稳定地供给。
然而,起因于由内圈31呈倾斜形状的情况或运转时球41自旋的情况产生的泵效应等,如图5中的箭头所示,存在润滑脂容易集中于一侧(图5中的右侧)这样的问题。集中于一侧的润滑脂在这种情况下滞留,或者根据情况不同而从非接触密封件43的前端的迷宫向外部泄漏。当存在润滑脂的滞留、泄漏时,容易产生润滑不良,产生烧结、升温、磨损这样的不良情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种能够提高轴承内部的润滑脂的循环性的滚动轴承。
本发明的一方案的滚动轴承的结构上的特征在于,包括:外圈;滚动轴承的轴向一端侧的肩径与滚动轴承的轴向另一端侧的肩径不同的内圈;保持器;多个滚动体,在被所述保持器沿周向以规定间隔保持的状态下配置于所述外圈与所述内圈之间的环状空间内;及遮蔽部,在所述环状空间的轴向两端抑制该环状空间内的润滑脂向外部泄漏,其中,与所述内圈中的肩径大的大端侧相对的外圈内周面和与该外圈内周面相对的保持器外周面之间的第一间隙大于与所述内圈中的肩径小的小端侧相对的外圈内周面和与该外圈内周面相对的保持器外周面之间的第二间隙。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,详细说明本发明的滚动轴承的实施方式。
图1是本发明的第一实施方式的滚动轴承的局部剖视说明图。第一实施方式的滚动轴承1具备内圈2、外圈3、作为多个滚动体的球4、保持器5、及作为遮蔽部的密封部6。
内圈2呈倾斜形状。滚道槽7以与球4的接触角成为规定的角度的方式形成于内圈2的外径部。内圈2具有内圈小端部2a和内圈大端部2b。内圈小端部2a隔着所述滚道槽7而位于内圈2的轴向一端侧(图1中的左侧)。内圈大端部2b隔着所述滚道槽7而位于内圈2的轴向另一端侧(图1中的右侧)。内圈小端部2a与内圈大端部2b的肩径不同。具体而言,内圈小端部2a的肩径小于内圈大端部2b的肩径。在与滚道槽7相反侧的、内圈大端部2b的端部形成有环状的槽部8。而且,在与滚道槽7相反侧的、内圈小端部2a的端部也形成有比所述槽部8浅的槽部9。
在外圈3的内径部,在与所述内圈2的滚道槽7相对的位置形成有滚道槽10。多个球4滚动自如地配置在内圈2的滚道槽7与外圈3的滚道槽10之间。在外圈3的内径部形成有与所述滚道槽10相连的环状的润滑脂积存槽11。润滑脂积存槽11形成在与内圈大端部2b相对的外圈内径部。而且,在外圈3的内径部的两端部形成有将密封部6固定的密封槽12。
多个球4在由保持器5沿着周向以规定间隔保持的状态下配置于两滚道槽7、10间。保持器5由环状的带板体构成,用于收容球4的多个凹槽5a沿着周向形成于该带板体。第一实施方式的保持器5是外圈引导的保持器。
在第一实施方式中,在内圈2与外圈3之间的环状空间的轴向两端设有密封部6作为抑制该环状空间内的润滑脂向外部泄漏的遮蔽部。密封部6由环状的心棒13和覆盖于该心棒13的密封体14构成。密封部6的外径侧部分固定于在外圈3上形成的密封槽12。另一方面,在密封部6的内径侧的前端部即密封体14的内径侧前端部与所述槽部8或槽部9的槽底之间形成有微小的间隙。由此,在密封体14的内径侧前端部与所述槽部8或槽部9的槽底之间形成迷宫密封。
在第一实施方式中,以与内圈小端部2a相对的外圈3的内径部的内径小于与内圈大端部2b相对的外圈3的内径部的内径的方式形成外圈3的内径部。由此,与内圈大端部2b相对的外圈3的内周面和保持器5的外周面5b之间的间隙c1(第一间隙)大于与内圈小端部2a相对的外圈3的内周面和保持器5的外周面5c之间的间隙c2(第二间隙)。间隙c1及间隙c2的大小在本发明中没有特别限定,但是可以在例如c1=0.2~0.5mm、c2=0.1~0.3mm的范围内设定。而且,间隙c1与间隙c2之差可以设为例如0.1~0.4mm。
图2是本发明的第二实施方式的滚动轴承的局部剖视说明图。图2所示的滚动轴承21与图1所示的滚动轴承1的不同点在于,将与外圈22的滚道槽23相连的润滑脂积存槽24延长至轴向外侧设置,由此使第一间隙大于第二间隙。关于除此以外的结构,与第一实施方式的滚动轴承1相同,因此对于共通的结构,标注同一参照标号,为了简便起见,省略它们的说明。
在第二实施方式中,与在外圈22的内径部形成的滚道槽23相连的润滑脂积存槽24向轴向外侧延伸设置。并且,在与内圈2中的肩径大的内圈大端部2b相对的外圈内周面上形成有沿着周向的槽状的润滑脂积存部28。延伸设置有润滑脂积存槽24的部分即润滑脂积存部28的槽底的宽度w1大于与该润滑脂积存部28相对的保持器5的宽度w2。由此,与内圈大端部2b相对的外圈22的内周面和保持器5的外周面5b之间的间隙c1(第一间隙)大于与内圈小端部2a相对的外圈22的内周面和保持器5的外周面5c之间的间隙c2(第二间隙)。
在第一及第二实施方式的滚动轴承中,将在轴承运转时以前述的泵效应等为起因而润滑脂容易集中的区域侧的保持器5与外圈内周面的间隙(第一间隙c1)设为大于隔着球4的与所述区域相反侧的第二间隙。因此,集中于所述区域的润滑脂如图1~2中箭头所示,与以往相比,更容易通过所述第一间隙c1向外圈的滚道槽循环。因此,能够提高滚道槽的润滑性,能够防止烧结、升温、磨损这样的因润滑不良引起的不良情况的发生。
本发明没有限定为前述的第一及第二实施方式,在权利要求书的范围内能够进行各种变更。例如,在前述的实施方式中,通过调整外圈的内径部的尺寸而使第一间隙大于第二间隙。然而,如图3所示,在第三实施方式中,通过改变隔着球4的保持器25的左右(轴向的左右)的轮缘部25c1、25c2的截面形状而也能够使第一间隙大于第二间隙。具体而言,通过使与内圈大端部2b相对的一侧的轮缘部25c1的径向的尺寸t1小于与内圈小端部2a相对的一侧的轮缘部25c2的径向的尺寸t2,也能够使第一间隙大于第二间隙。换言之,通过使与内圈大端部2b相对的一侧的保持器外周面的直径小于与内圈小端部2a相对的一侧的保持器外周面的直径,能够使第一间隙大于第二间隙。
而且,在前述的第二实施方式中,将润滑脂积存槽及润滑脂积存部的槽底作为与轴承的轴向平行且平坦的槽底。然而,润滑脂积存部26在例如图4(a)所示那样的第四实施方式中,也可以比润滑脂积存槽27浅而成为台阶状。而且,在图4(b)所示那样的第五实施方式中,也可以是具有倾斜的槽底29a的润滑脂积存部29。
而且,在前述的第一~第五实施方式中,作为外圈引导的保持器。然而,也可以作为滚动体引导的保持器。而且,在前述的第一~第五实施方式中,使用由心棒和覆盖于心棒的密封体构成的密封部作为阻止润滑脂向轴承外部的泄漏的遮蔽部。然而,例如也可考虑通过壳体等轴承以外的构件的壁面将内圈与外圈之间的环状空间的端部密闭的情况。这种情况下,所述壳体的壁面构成遮蔽部。
根据本发明的滚动轴承,能够提高轴承内部的润滑脂的循环性。
Claims (3)
1.一种滚动轴承,包括:
外圈;
滚动轴承的轴向一端侧的肩径与滚动轴承的轴向另一端侧的肩径不同的内圈;
保持器;
多个滚动体,在被所述保持器沿周向以规定间隔保持的状态下配置于所述外圈与所述内圈之间的环状空间内;及
遮蔽部,在所述环状空间的轴向两端抑制该环状空间内的润滑脂向外部泄漏,
其中,
与所述内圈中的肩径大的大端侧相对的外圈内周面和与该外圈内周面相对的保持器外周面之间的第一间隙大于与所述内圈中的肩径小的小端侧相对的外圈内周面和与该外圈内周面相对的保持器外周面之间的第二间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其中,
与在所述外圈的内径部形成的滚道槽相连的润滑脂积存槽向轴向外侧延伸设置,在与所述内圈中的肩径大的大端侧相对的外圈内周面上形成沿着周向的槽状的润滑脂积存部,所述润滑脂积存部的槽底的宽度大于与该润滑脂积存部相对的保持器的宽度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚动轴承,其中,
规定所述第一间隙的保持器外周面的直径小于规定所述第二间隙的保持器外周面的直径。
