本发明提供了一种人造羽绒生产设备包含水溶性PVA长丝卷轴、间段涂胶装置、静电植绒装置、红外快速烘燥装置、浮游绒回收器、旋转绕纱装置和车头,其特征在于静电植绒装置上面设有植绒箱,静电植绒装置上下极板通过导线分别连接高压静电发生器。车头固装一变频电机,变频电机通过机轴与旋转绕纱装置连接,旋转绕纱装置上固装一微型电机,微型电机机轴与间段植绒纱卷绕辊相连,旋转绕纱装置安装导杆,导杆上设有移动导纱钩。水溶性PVA长丝卷轴上卷绕着水溶性PVA长丝,水溶性PVA长丝依次穿过间段涂胶装置、静电植绒装置、红外快速烘燥装置、浮游绒回收器和移动导纱钩卷绕至间段植绒纱卷绕辊。

一种人造羽绒生产设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造羽绒生产设备,特别是涉及一种基于静电植绒技术的人造羽绒生产设备。
背景技术
羽绒是长在鹅、鸭的腹部,成芦花朵状的绒毛。由于羽绒是一种动物性蛋白质纤维,羽绒球状纤维上密布千万个三角形的细小气孔,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,可吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵。从蓬松度的检测上来分析,羽绒比蚕丝,棉花等保暖材料都要高一个等级,比如最低标准的450度蓬松的90鸭绒也要比蚕丝和棉花蓬松好,所以羽绒单纯作为一个保暖材料,它的经济价值远远高于其他保暖材料。从保暖程度上看,法国的科研机构公布的研究结果认为:目前世界上还没有任何保暖材料超过羽绒的保暖性能,因为羽绒是星朵状结构,每根绒丝在放大镜下均可以看出是呈鱼鳞状,有数不清的微小孔隙,含蓄着大量的静止空气,由于空气的传导系数最低,形成了羽绒良好的保暖性,加之羽绒又充满弹性,以含绒率为50%的羽绒测试,它的轻盈蓬松度相当于棉花的2.5倍,羊毛的2.2倍,所以羽绒被不但轻柔保暖,而且触肤感也很好。另外,天然羽绒还具有其它保暖材料所不具备的吸湿发散的良好性能。据测定,人在睡眠时身体不断向外发散汗气,一个成年人一夜散发出的汗水约100克左右,羽绒能不断吸收并排放人的释放出的汗水,使身体没有潮湿和闷热感。
综上所述,因为羽绒所特有的轻柔保暖、吸湿发散的良好性能,所以盖羽绒被睡眠就会倍感温暖舒适,又无压迫感,使血压正常,中枢神经得以安定,很快进入甜美梦乡,故在美容上也有极佳的效果,“羽绒被下出美女”正是因为这个道理。
但是,由于羽绒来源于鹅、鸭等禽类动物,它的产量受到此种禽类动物饲养数量的制约,每年的羽绒产量较低,因此价格较高,市场上羽绒的价格可以达到200-500元/kg,因此用羽绒制成的产品其价格往往偏高,不适合大众消费者。
此外,目前市场上羽绒原料有50%-80%均为活拔绒,所谓活拔绒是从活着的鹅或鸭的腹部干拔下的绒品。因其绒朵损伤率小,且能完整地保留下绒品的原有特质,其蓬松度和保暖性更理想,因此这种方法为广大羽绒生产厂广泛采用。但是这严重损害了禽类动物的健康,特别是在对动物保护主义比较重视的欧美国家,由活拔绒获取的羽绒制品受到严重的抵制。
由于鹅和鸭均属动物类,加上其常用食物和饲养环境等原因,虽经羽绒深加工后符合国家标准,但重复储存难免会产生异味。羽绒经填充加工制成的产品往往会产生较大的异味,给消费者产生不适的感觉,也影响羽绒制品的销量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种人造羽绒生产设备,它可以生产人造羽绒,克服现有产品的不足之处。本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种人造羽绒生产设备包含水溶性PVA长丝卷轴、间段涂胶装置、静电植绒装置、红外快速烘燥装置、浮游绒回收器、旋转绕纱装置和车头,其特征在于静电植绒装置上面设有植绒箱,静电植绒装置上下极板通过导线分别连接高压静电发生器。车头固装一变频电机,变频电机通过机轴与旋转绕纱装置连接,旋转绕纱装置上固装一微型电机,微型电机机轴与间段植绒纱卷绕辊相连,旋转绕纱装置安装导杆,导杆上设有移动导纱钩。水溶性PVA长丝卷轴上卷绕着水溶性PVA长丝,水溶性PVA长丝依次穿过间段涂胶装置、静电植绒装置、红外快速烘燥装置、浮游绒回收器和移动导纱钩卷绕至间段植绒纱卷绕辊。
本发明生产的间段植绒纱经水溶后溶掉PVA,便可形成粘合剂粘连纤维绒类似羽绒形态的人造羽绒,选择合适的纤维绒,可使其具有天然羽绒的特征和特性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作进一步的描述。如附图所示,一种人造羽绒生产设备包含水溶性PVA长丝卷轴1、间段涂胶装置2、静电植绒装置3、红外快速烘燥装置4、浮游绒回收器5、旋转绕纱装置6和车头7,其特征在于静电植绒装置3上面设有植绒箱9,植绒箱9内装有纤维绒,如桑蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝、牛奶纤维、桑皮纤维、中空羽化纤维或其它纤维,静电植绒装置3上下极板通过导线分别连接高压静电发生器8。车头7固装一变频电机14,变频电机14通过机轴与旋转绕纱装置6连接,旋转绕纱装置6在变频电机14的带动下旋转,旋转绕纱装置6上固装一微型电机10,微型电机10机轴与间段植绒纱卷绕辊11相连,带动间段植绒纱卷绕辊11旋转完成卷绕运动,旋转绕纱装置6安装导杆12,导杆12上设有移动导纱钩13,移动导纱钩13可以在导杆12上往复移动。
工作时,水溶性PVA长丝卷轴1上的水溶性PVA长丝依次穿过间段涂胶装置2、静电植绒装置3、红外快速烘燥装置4、浮游绒回收器5和移动导纱钩13卷绕至间段植绒纱卷绕辊11。间段涂胶装置2在水溶性PVA长丝上间段涂覆粘合剂,涂覆粘合剂的间隔可以由间段涂胶装置2的涂胶频率及水溶性PVA长丝的卷绕速度来控制,涂覆粘合剂的水溶性PVA长丝经过静电植绒装置3,在静电植绒装置3中进行植绒,植绒箱9中放有所需的纤维绒,纤维绒在高压静电场中极化并高速飞向水溶性PVA长丝,涂覆粘合剂的位置便植上纤维绒。微型电机10机轴与间段植绒纱卷绕辊11相连,带动间段植绒纱卷绕辊11旋转完成卷绕运动,水溶性PVA长丝经植绒后卷绕至间段植绒纱卷绕辊11,变频电机14通过机轴与旋转绕纱装置6连接,旋转绕纱装置6在变频电机14的带动下旋转,因此水溶性PVA长丝在静电植绒装置3中植绒时旋转,保证水溶性PVA长丝环向植绒,由于移动导纱钩13可以在导杆12上往复移动,水溶性PVA长丝在卷绕至间段植绒纱卷绕辊11的过程中产生一定的倾角,倾角的大小可以由移动导纱钩13的位移来控制,从而保证水溶性PVA长丝涂覆粘合剂的位置形成立体辐射的植绒效果。水溶性PVA长丝经静电植绒后便成为间段植绒纱15,间段植绒纱15经红外快速烘燥装置4快速烘干后最终卷绕到间段植绒纱卷绕辊11。未被植绒的纤维绒或者植绒不牢固的纤维绒经浮游绒回收器5进行回收重复利用,间段植绒纱15在水溶液中使PVA溶解后便形成以粘合剂为固着点的立体辐射状的纤维绒,经蓬松处理后便形成单个的人造羽绒。
本发明结构简单,生产的人造羽绒类似天然羽绒形态,选择合适的纤维绒,可使其具有天然羽绒的特征和特性。
本生产设备所涉及电路及传动机构均为已知或通用。

1.一种人造羽绒生产设备包含水溶性PVA长丝卷轴、间段涂胶装置、静电植绒装置、红外快速烘燥装置、浮游绒回收器、旋转绕纱装置和车头,其特征在于静电植绒装置上面设有植绒箱,静电植绒装置上下极板通过导线分别连接高压静电发生器;车头固装一变频电机,变频电机通过机轴与旋转绕纱装置连接,旋转绕纱装置上固装一微型电机,微型电机机轴与间段植绒纱卷绕辊相连,旋转绕纱装置安装导杆,导杆上设有移动导纱钩;水溶性PVA长丝卷轴上卷绕着水溶性PVA长丝,水溶性PVA长丝依次穿过间段涂胶装置、静电植绒装置、红外快速烘燥装置、浮游绒回收器和移动导纱钩卷绕至间段植绒纱卷绕辊。
