本发明公开了一种防滑耐磨环保地坪漆,各组份物质及其质量份数为:环氧树脂35~50%,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.4~0.6%,润湿剂0.2~0.4%,气相法白炭黑0.3~0.6%,异辛酸铋0.3~0.7%,改性固化剂0.1~0.3%,云母粉9~17%,钛白粉8~11%,消泡剂0.1~0.3%,柠檬酸三丁酯0.1~0.3%,松节油6~9%,凹凸棒土10~15%,余量为水。其兼具防滑和耐磨性能,不仅可以有效防止意外事故发生,保证车间生产的正常和安全运行,还可以有效降低维护成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地坪漆,特别是涉及一种防滑耐磨环保地坪漆。
背景技术
环氧地坪进入中国已有十多年,从开发、推广、直到普及,应用范围越来越广,从单一的工业地坪走向公众活动较多的商场、学校、公共娱乐场所,直向家庭装潢环境业进军,主要原因是新颖的环氧地坪之所以能够快速的发展具有其它地坪无法比拟的优势。
环氧地坪漆通常由环氧树脂,溶剂和固化剂及颜料,助剂构成,这类涂料中包含众多的地坪漆品种,如无溶剂自流平地坪漆,防腐蚀地坪漆,耐磨地坪漆,防静电地坪漆和水性地坪漆等,其主要特征是与水泥基层的黏结力强,能够耐水性及其他腐蚀性介质的作用以及具有非常良好的涂膜物理力学性能等。适应各种工厂、修理场、球场、停车场、仓库、商场等地面场所。由环氧树脂、改性固化剂、溶剂等组成的双组份环氧封闭清漆。混凝土基面具有高渗透性,大大提高混凝土基面强度。优秀的抗碱性能,混凝土基面很好的适应性。与混凝土基面很高的粘结强度,可以有效地抵抗水汽引起的背压。适用于腻子、砖石、混凝土结构的封闭底漆,也可用作对热喷锌、喷铝的封闭和无机富锌涂层的封闭。
对于一些工厂来说,地坪漆兼具防滑和耐磨性能,不仅可以有效防止意外事故发生,保证车间生产的正常和安全运行,还可以有效降低维护成本。

本发明的目的是提供一种兼具防滑和耐磨特性的环保地坪漆,其具有优良的耐磨性能和防滑性能。
一种防滑耐磨环保地坪漆,其特征在于,各组份物质及其质量份数为:环氧树脂35~50%,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.4~0.6%,润湿剂0.2~0.4%,气相法白炭黑0.3~0.6%,异辛酸铋0.3~0.7%,改性固化剂0.1~0.3%,云母粉9~17%,钛白粉8~11%,消泡剂0.1~0.3%,柠檬酸三丁酯0.1~0.3%,松节油6~9%,凹凸棒土10~15%,余量为水。
优选的,各组份物质及其质量百分比为:环氧树脂35~45%,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.5~0.6%,润湿剂0.25~0.35%,气相法白炭黑0.4~0.5%,异辛酸铋0.45~0.7%,改性固化剂0.15~0.25%,云母粉11~15%,钛白粉9~10%,消泡剂0.15~0.25%,柠檬酸三丁酯0.15~0.25%,松节油7~8%,凹凸棒土11~14%,余量为水。
优选的,各组份物质及其质量百分比为:环氧树脂42%,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.55%,润湿剂0.3%,气相法白炭黑0.45%,异辛酸铋0.6%,改性固化剂0.2%,云母粉13%,钛白粉9.5%,消泡剂0.25%,柠檬酸三丁酯0.2%,松节油7.5%,凹凸棒土13%,余量为水。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制得的水泥地板漆是一种环保型涂料,对人体无危害,不仅具有良好的耐磨性,还具有良好的防滑作用,摩擦系数在0.8以上。

一种防滑耐磨环保地坪漆,各组份物质及其质量份数为:环氧树脂42%,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.55%,润湿剂0.3%,气相法白炭黑0.45%,异辛酸铋0.6%,改性固化剂0.2%,云母粉13%,钛白粉9.5%,消泡剂0.25%,柠檬酸三丁酯0.2%,松节油7.5%,凹凸棒土13%,余量为水。
实施例2:
一种防滑耐磨环保地坪漆,各组份物质及其质量百分比为:环氧树脂35%,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.5%,润湿剂0.22%,气相法白炭黑0.33%,异辛酸铋0.35%,改性固化剂0.15%,云母粉10%,钛白粉8.5%,消泡剂0.15%,柠檬酸三丁酯0.15%,松节油6.5%,凹凸棒土11%,余量为水。
实施例3:
一种防滑耐磨环保地坪漆,各组份物质及其质量百分比为:环氧树脂49%,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.6%,润湿剂0.38%,气相法白炭黑0.55%,异辛酸铋0.68%,改性固化剂0.25%,云母粉16%,钛白粉10%,消泡剂0.27%,柠檬酸三丁酯0.26%,松节油8.6%,凹凸棒土14%,余量为水。

2.一种防滑耐磨环保地坪漆,其特征在于,各组份物质及其质量百分比为:环氧树脂35~45%,邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯0.5~0.6%,润湿剂0.25~0.35%,气相法白炭黑0.4~0.5%,异辛酸铋0.45~0.7%,改性固化剂0.15~0.25%,云母粉11~15%,钛白粉9~10%,消泡剂0.15~0.25%,柠檬酸三丁酯0.15~0.25%,松节油7~8%,凹凸棒土11~14%,余量为水。
