Abstract

本发明公开一种PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其各组分的重量份配比为:硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙或两者的混合—40~60份;辅助热稳定剂—2~5份;内润滑剂—5~10份;外润滑剂—5~10份;抗氧剂—1~5份;紫外线吸收剂—1~5份;分散剂—1~5份。其中的PVC钙锌热稳定剂的辅助热稳定剂为脂肪醇或脂肪酸与异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯的加成物。本发明结合钙锌的热稳定性及对制品透明性的要求,优选了钙锌皂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂的种类及用量,特别是加入的杂环类环氧化合物作为辅助热稳定剂。该配方既解决了对膜透明性的要求,也达到了长期热稳定性的要求,且成本适当。

PVC钙锌热稳定剂及其辅助热稳定剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC热稳定剂技术领域,特别是指适用于PVC透明膜及PVC软制品专用的环保型粉体钙锌复合热稳定剂。
背景技术
PVC透明膜因其价格便宜,化学性质稳定,耐候性好,广泛用于包装材料,装饰材料和木塑胶地板覆盖膜等方面。
在实际应用中,PVC膜的加工成型过程必须要加入热稳定剂。常用的热稳定剂中主要有铅盐类、有机锡类、稀土类和液体钙锌热稳定剂。铅盐类热稳定剂成本较低,但毒性大且制品透明性不好;有机锡类热稳定剂透明性好,但成本高,气味重且对生殖***毒性较大;液体钙锌热稳定剂虽能保证制品的透明性,但稳定性较差且使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种稳定性好的PVC热稳定剂。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其各组分的重量份配比为:
硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙或两者的混合——40~60份;
辅助热稳定剂——2~5份;
内润滑剂——5~10份;
外润滑剂——5~10份;
抗氧剂——1~5份;
紫外线吸收剂——1~5份;
分散剂——1~5份。
可优选的,所述外润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡或费托蜡;所述内润滑剂为G32-2号润滑剂;所述抗氧剂为1076与PKY168组合物;所述紫外光吸收剂为uv-326。
其中的PVC钙锌热稳定剂的辅助热稳定剂为脂肪醇或脂肪酸与异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯的加成物,其制备方法为:将脂肪醇或脂肪酸加热熔解,加入催化量的酸或碱,再加入异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯,反应1-1.5h,得到粘稠状加成物,产物为一取代为主的环氧化合物加成物,可以是羟基醚类或者羟基酯类,通过IR表征,表明有醚键形成或酯键形成,说明已经有所述化合物形成。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:本发明结合钙锌的热稳定性及对制品透明性的要求,优选了钙锌皂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂的种类及用量,特别是加入的杂环类环氧化合物作为辅助热稳定剂。该配方既解决了对膜透明性的要求,也达到了长期热稳定性的要求,且成本适当。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
实施例1
一种辅助热稳定剂的制备:将0.1mol的硬脂酸和0.1mol的异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TgIC)加入1000ml三口瓶中,加热至80℃使之熔化,搅拌下加入0.005mol三乙醇胺或二乙醇胺,继续在70-80℃搅拌,反应2-3h,稍冷后出料,冷却后得到白色固体,粉碎,待用。
实施例2
一种辅助热稳定剂的制备:将0.1mol月桂酸和0.1molTgIC加入500ml三口瓶中加热60-70℃使之熔化,搅拌下加入0.005mol三乙醇胺或二乙醇胺,在70-80℃继续搅拌反应2-3h,稍冷后出料,冷却后得到白色固体,粉碎,待用。
实施例3
一种辅助热稳定剂的制备:将0.1mol十八醇和0.1molTgIC加入500ml三口瓶中,加热70-80℃,使之熔化,搅拌下加入0.005mol三乙醇胺或二乙醇胺,搅拌下继续反应2-3h,稍冷后出料,冷却后得到固体产物,粉碎待用。
实施例4
一种辅助热稳定剂的制备:0.1mol月桂醇和0.1molTgIC,加热熔化,搅拌下加入适量催化剂,继续反应2-3h,稍冷后出料,冷却后得到固体,粉碎待用。
实施例5
一种PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其各组分的重量份配比为:
硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙或两者的混合——60份;
辅助热稳定剂(实施例1-4中的一种)——5份;
内润滑剂——5份;
外润滑剂——6份;
抗氧剂——3份;
紫外线吸收剂——2份;
分散剂——5份。
实施例6
一种PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其各组分的重量份配比为:
硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙或两者的混合——50份;
辅助热稳定剂(实施例1-4中的一种)——6份;
内润滑剂——5份;
外润滑剂——6份;
抗氧剂——3份;
紫外线吸收剂——2份;
分散剂——5份。
实施例7
一种PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其各组分的重量份配比为:
硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙或两者的混合——60份;
辅助热稳定剂(实施例1-4中的一种)——10份;
内润滑剂——5份;
外润滑剂——6份;
抗氧剂——3份;
紫外线吸收剂——3份;
分散剂——5份。
实施例8
一种PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其各组分的重量份配比为:
月桂酸锌或月桂酸钙或两者的混合——60份;
辅助热稳定剂(实施例1-4中的一种)——8份;
内润滑剂——5份;
外润滑剂——6份;
抗氧剂——3;
紫外线吸收剂——3份;
分散剂——5份。
实施例9
一种PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其各组分的重量份配比为:
硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙或两者的混合——40份;
辅助热稳定剂——2份;
内润滑剂——5份;
外润滑剂——5份;
抗氧剂——1份;
紫外线吸收剂——1份;
分散剂——1份。
实施例10
一种PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其各组分的重量份配比为:
硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙或两者的混合——60份;
辅助热稳定剂——5份;
内润滑剂——10份;
外润滑剂——10份;
抗氧剂——5份;
紫外线吸收剂——5份;
分散剂——5份。

Claims (5)

1.一种PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其各组分的重量份配比为:
硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙或两者的混合——40~60份;
辅助热稳定剂——2~5份;
内润滑剂——10份;
外润滑剂——6~10份;
抗氧剂——1~5份;
紫外线吸收剂——1~5份;
分散剂——1~5份;
所述辅助热稳定剂为脂肪醇或脂肪酸与异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯的加成物,其制备方法为:将脂肪醇或脂肪酸加热熔解,加入催化量的酸或碱,再加入异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯,反应1-1.5h,得到粘稠状加成物,产物为一取代为主的环氧化合物加成物,是羟基醚类或者羟基酯类,通过IR表征,表明有醚键形成或酯键形成,说明已经有所述加成物形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于:所述外润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡或费托蜡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于:所述内润滑剂为G32-2号润滑剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为1076与PKY168组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PVC钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于:所述紫外光吸收剂为uv-326。
