Abstract
本发明涉及一种涤纶短纤维处理剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3.4-5份、抗静电剂P?2.1-2.8份、桉油3-5份、六次甲基四胺2.2-3.8份、硬酯酸异辛酯2.8-3.5份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.6-2份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯1.4-1.8份。本发明提供的涤纶短纤维处理剂具有良好的稳定性,而且具有很好的平滑性及抗静电作用,对于涤纶短纤维无腐蚀性,而且原料间配合后的稳定性高,使用时溶解性较好,可以长时间保持稳定,可以大大改善纤维毛丝、断头等现象,可以大大提升正品率。

本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种涤纶短纤维处理剂。
背景技术
涤纶短纤维处理剂是一种化学助剂,它主要由表面活性剂和非表面活性物质组成。处理剂在纺丝、拉伸、纺纱、机织等加工工序起着非常重要的作用。主要表现在可以提高纤维的平滑性,保持纤维与纤维间、纤维与其它接触部件的适宜摩擦系数;减少纤维生产、加工中产生的静电并使之迅速有消失。现有的涤纶短纤维处理剂的稳定性不好,造成处理效果变差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涤纶短纤维处理剂,改善了各成分间相容性及稳定性,使涤纶短纤维具有更好的柔顺性及抗静电性能。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种涤纶短纤维处理剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3.4-5份、抗静电剂P2.1-2.8份、桉油3-5份、六次甲基四胺2.2-3.8份、硬酯酸异辛酯2.8-3.5份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.6-2份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯1.4-1.8份。
优选地,一种涤纶短纤维处理液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4.2份、抗静电剂P2.6份、桉油4.2份、六次甲基四胺3.1份、硬酯酸异辛酯3份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.8份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯1.6份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的涤纶短纤维处理剂具有良好的稳定性,而且具有很好的平滑性及抗静电作用,对于涤纶短纤维无腐蚀性,而且原料间配合后的稳定性高,使用时溶解性较好,可以长时间保持稳定,可以大大改善纤维毛丝、断头等现象,可以大大提升正品率。

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4.2份、抗静电剂P2.6份、桉油4.2份、六次甲基四胺3.1份、硬酯酸异辛酯3份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.8份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯1.6份。
实施例2
一种涤纶短纤维处理剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、抗静电剂P2.5份、桉油3.6份、六次甲基四胺3.2份、硬酯酸异辛酯3.2份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.6份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯1.5份。
实施例3
一种涤纶短纤维处理剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4.8份、抗静电剂P2.5份、桉油5份、六次甲基四胺3.5份、硬酯酸异辛酯3份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.8份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯1.8份。
通过实验验证本发明的处理剂对于涤纶短纤维处理的成品率变化:

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3.4-5份、抗静电剂P2.1-2.8份、桉油3-5份、六次甲基四胺2.2-3.8份、硬酯酸异辛酯2.8-3.5份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.6-2份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯1.4-1.8份。
