Abstract

本发明公开了一种沙发套面料，采用云丝绒制成，该云丝绒由经纱和纬纱交织而成，经纱和纬纱均为涤纶低弹丝，其中，在经纱中加入10-15%的玻璃纤维，在纬纱中加入5-10%的竹炭纤维和5-8%的黏胶纤维。本发明公开的沙发套面料触感好，强度高，并具有较好的吸湿透气性和防水抗菌能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种沙发套面料。
背景技术
沙发套基本上是每家每户的必需品，可采用各种面料来制作，由于沙发套要求较高的耐磨性和防水抗油污性，通常采用人造革制品来制作；然而，布艺沙发套，特别是一些绒布面料制作的沙发套，由于其柔软的触感和透气性越来越受到人们青睐。
然而，由于其耐磨强度不高，并且防水防污性能较差，使得绒布沙发套在市场上的竞争力有所下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题，提供了一种沙发套面料，该面料触感好，强度高，并具有较好的吸湿透气性和防水抗菌能力。
为了达到上述目的，本发明中的技术方案如下：
一种沙发套面料，采用云丝绒制成，该云丝绒由经纱和纬纱交织而成，经纱和纬纱均为涤纶低弹丝，其中，在经纱中加入10-15%的玻璃纤维，在纬纱中加入5-10%的竹炭纤维和5-8%的黏胶纤维。
更优地，采用防水整理剂对该沙发套面料进行处理，并且该防水整理剂为碳六防水剂。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于：
1）通过在经纱中加入玻璃纤维，可提高沙发套的强度和耐磨性，同时还能够提高沙发套的抗化学腐蚀能力；而在纬纱中加入竹炭纤维和黏胶纤维，能够提高沙发套的吸湿透气性，并使其具有一定的抗菌能力；
2）采用碳六防水剂对沙发套进行后续整理，能够使沙发套具备一定的防水防油污性能，提高了沙发套的使用寿命。

下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是：
一种沙发套面料，采用云丝绒制成，该云丝绒由经纱和纬纱交织而成，经纱和纬纱均为涤纶低弹丝，其中，在经纱中加入15%的玻璃纤维，在纬纱中加入8%的竹炭纤维和5%的黏胶纤维。
在沙发套织造完成后，采用防水整理剂对该沙发套面料进行处理，该防水整理剂为碳六防水剂。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种沙发套面料，采用云丝绒制成，其特征在于，所述的云丝绒由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述的经纱和所述的纬纱均为涤纶低弹丝，所述的经纱中加入10-15%的玻璃纤维，在所述的纬纱中加入5-10%的竹炭纤维和5-8%的黏胶纤维。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的沙发套面料，其特征在于，采用防水整理剂对所述的沙发套面料进行处理，所述的防水整理剂为碳六防水剂。
