本发明涉及一种新材料,特别是涉及新型隔音材料。
背景技术
随着中国国民经济的发展,人民生活水平越来越高,在选择房屋等建筑的时候,已经完全的从以往的思路中走出来,舒适与环保才是大家所追求的。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是如何提供一种有效的降低噪音,且生产出来的隔音材料能够用于建筑等方面、在环保方面,具有良好的环保效果,符合可持续发展的要求的新材料配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型隔音材料,包括:醇酸树脂、偶氮二甲酰胺、石英沙、阻燃剂、粘结剂、防水剂、聚乙烯、抗冲改性剂、增塑剂和着色剂,所述的新型隔音材料按照质量百分比计算,包括一下重量份:醇酸树脂20-35份、偶氮二甲酰胺10-20份、石英沙5-10份、阻燃剂0.5-5.0份、粘结剂3-7份、防水剂8-15份、聚乙烯2-8份、抗冲改性剂3-5份、增塑剂2-6份和着色剂1-3份。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述的新型隔音材料按照质量百分比计算,包括一下重量份:醇酸树脂25份、氮二甲酰胺13份、石英沙6份、阻燃剂2.0份、粘结剂4份、防水剂10份、聚乙烯4份、抗冲改性剂4份、增塑剂5份和着色剂2份。
