本发明公开了一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,包括袋体,袋体由外至内依次包括防晒面料层、散热隔热面料层、铝膜层和支撑层,防晒面料层由涤纶纤维和桑蚕丝纤维混纺编织而成,散热隔热面料层由天丝纤维和亚麻纤维混纺编织而成,支撑层包括金属层和包裹在金属层表面的织物,织物由抗静电编织布缝制而成,抗静电编织布由单丝氨纶和防静电丝交叉制成,本发明通过采用防晒面料和散热隔热面料,使得屏蔽袋具有良好的隔热效果,通过支撑层,有效解决产品在存放、转运中的静电问题和屏蔽袋结构强度低的问题,本发明适应环境能力强,应用范围广,能够更好的适应不同的加工环境。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种防静电隔热铝膜袋。
背景技术
目前,电子产品的应用越来越多,由于电子元器件的结构精密复杂,在流通和使用的过程中,容易受到静电和水蒸气分子的损害,轻者使得电子元件的电参数漂移,寿命缩短,重者使元器件完全失效,集成电路元器件的线路缩小,耐压降低,线路面积减小,使得器件耐静电冲击能力减弱,静电电场和静电电流成为这些高密度元器件的致命杀手,同时大量的塑料制品等高绝缘材料的普遍应用,导致产生静电的机会大增,日常生活中如走动,空气流动,搬运等都能产生静电,人们一般认为只有CMOS类的芯片会对静电敏感,实际上,集成度高的元器件电路都很敏感。
静电对电子组件的影响:
1.静电吸附灰尘,改变线路件的阻抗,影响产品的功能与寿命;
2.因电场或电流破坏组件的绝缘或导体,使组件不能工作;
3.因瞬间的电场或电流产生的热,组件受伤,仍能工作,寿命受损。
静电损伤的特点:
1.隐蔽性,人体不能直接感知静电,除非发生静电放电,但发生静电放电,人体也不一定能有电击的感觉,这是因为人体感知的静电放电电压为2-3KV;
2.潜伏性,有些电子元器件收到静电损伤后性能没有明显的下降,但多次累加放电会给器件造成内伤而形成隐患,而且增加了器件对静电的敏感性,已产生的问题并无任何方法可以解决;
3.随机性,电子组件什么情况下会遭受到静电破坏呢,可以这么说,从一个组件生产后一直到他损坏之前,所有的过程都会收到静电的威胁,而这些静电的产生也具有随机性,由于静电的产生和放电都是瞬间发生的,及难预测和防护;
4.复杂性,静电放电损伤分板工作,因电子产品的精细,细小的结构特点而费时、费事、费钱,要求较复杂的技术往往需要使用扫描电镜等精密仪器,即使如此有些静电损伤现象也难以与其他原因造成的损伤加以区别,使人误把静电损伤失效当做其他失效,这是对静电放电损害未充分认识之前,常常归咎于早起失效或情况不明的失效,从而不自觉的掩盖了失效的真正原因。
针对上述问题,出现了由防静电铝膜袋,该薄膜包括主体层、固定连接于主体层外侧的防静电外层和固定连接于主体层内侧的防静电内层,其中的主体层通常为二层复合结构,外面一层是聚酯金属层,第二层为PE聚乙烯层,由于内外防静电层的存在,该包装袋可以有效地防止静电的损害,具有防静电的功能,但上述防静电膜制成的防静电袋其他性能还存在很大的缺陷。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有技术存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种防静电隔热铝膜袋。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,包括袋体,袋体由外至内依次包括防晒面料层、散热隔热面料层、铝膜层和支撑层,防晒面料层由涤纶纤维和桑蚕丝纤维混纺编织而成,散热隔热面料层由天丝纤维和亚麻纤维混纺编织而成,支撑层包括金属层和包裹在金属层表面的织物,织物由抗静电编织布缝制而成,抗静电编织布由单丝氨纶和防静电丝交叉制成。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的铝膜层厚度为2-5mm。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的织物由1-2层抗静电编织布构成。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的金属层为金属银、金属铜、金属镍、金属铝、金属锌中的任意一种或者含有其中两种以上的金属合金。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的支撑层厚度55-80um。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的防晒面料层可由氨纶纤维、涤纶纤维和桑蚕丝纤维混纺编织而成替代。
作为本发明的进一步优化,本发明所述的散热隔热面料层可由维纶纤维和苎麻纤维混纺编织而成替代。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:本发明通过采用防晒面料和散热隔热面料,使得屏蔽袋具有良好的隔热效果,通过支撑层,有效解决产品在存放、转运中的静电问题和屏蔽袋结构强度低的问题,本发明适应环境能力强,应用范围广,能够更好的适应不同的加工环境。

本实施例的一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,包括袋体,袋体由外至内依次包括防晒面料层1、散热隔热面料层2、铝膜层3和支撑层4,防晒面料层1由涤纶纤维和桑蚕丝纤维混纺编织而成,散热隔热面料层2由天丝纤维和亚麻纤维混纺编织而成,铝膜层3厚度为5mm,支撑层4包括金属层和包裹在金属层表面的织物,织物由抗静电编织布缝制而成,抗静电编织布由单丝氨纶和防静电丝交叉制成,织物由2层抗静电编织布构成,支撑层4厚度650um。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1相比,防晒面料层1用氨纶纤维、涤纶纤维和桑蚕丝纤维混纺编织而成替代,其他均相同。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1相比,散热隔热面料层2用由维纶纤维和苎麻纤维混纺编织而成替代,其他均相同。

1.一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,包括袋体,其特征在于:所述袋体由外至内依次包括防晒面料层、散热隔热面料层、铝膜层和支撑层,所述防晒面料层由涤纶纤维和桑蚕丝纤维混纺编织而成,所述散热隔热面料层由天丝纤维和亚麻纤维混纺编织而成,所述支撑层包括金属层和包裹在金属层表面的织物,所述织物由抗静电编织布缝制而成,所述抗静电编织布由单丝氨纶和防静电丝交叉制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,其特征在于:所述铝膜层厚度为3-5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,其特征在于:所述织物由1-2层抗静电编织布构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,其特征在于:所述金属层为金属银、金属铜、金属镍、金属铝、金属锌中的任意一种或者含有其中两种以上的金属合金。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,其特征在于:所述支撑层厚度55-80um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,其特征在于:所述防晒面料层可由氨纶纤维、涤纶纤维和桑蚕丝纤维混纺编织而成替代。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电隔热铝膜袋,其特征在于:所述散热隔热面料层可由维纶纤维和苎麻纤维混纺编织而成替代。
