技术领域
本发明涉及一种管类加工气动夹具，属于夹具工装技术领域。
背景技术
在现代工业生产过程中，夹具在工件打孔的过程中得到了广泛的应用，对于管类进行打孔时，由于管类材料呈圆柱形，打孔前的固定不易夹紧和定位，容易产生偏差，打孔的准确性和精度不能很好的保证，导致生产的效率和工件产品的合格率不高，大大降低了生产效率，不利于生产的进行。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种方便加工打孔的管类加工气动夹具。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种管类加工气动夹具，包括底座和台面，所述底座设置在台面下端；所述台面上还设有加工座；所述加工座分为两部分，一部分固定在台面上，另一部分通过导向杆可以上下移动；所述加工座上端设有钻孔；所述加工座两部分之间设有加工孔；所述加工孔内侧端设有挡板；所述挡板外端连接有移动气缸；所述移动气缸推动挡板在加工孔内移动；所述挡板中间设有加工定位杆；所述加工座侧面设有固定气缸；所述固定气缸的活塞杆连接有固定杆；所述固定气缸通过固定板连接在加工座上。
优选的，所述加工孔内设有排屑槽。

本发明的一种管类加工气动夹具，通过加工座放置管类材料在加工孔内加工，加工座对材料夹紧，加工定位杆用于材料定位，钻孔用于钻头的伸入进行打孔加工，加工座侧面的固定气缸推动固定杆对材料进行进一步的固定卡死，通过上述夹具实现了管类材料的打孔加工，固定方便，加工简单，产品精度得到提高，大大的提高了产品的合格率。

下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1、2所示为本发明所述的一种管类加工气动夹具，包括底座1和台面2，所述底座1设置在台面2下端；所述台面2上还设有加工座3；所述加工座3分为两部分，一部分固定在台面2上，另一部分通过导向杆4可以上下移动；所述加工座3上端设有钻孔5；所述加工座3两部分之间设有加工孔6；所述加工孔6内侧端设有挡板7；所述挡板7外端连接有移动气缸8；所述移动气缸8推动挡板7在加工孔6内移动；所述挡板7中间设有加工定位杆9；所述加工座3侧面设有两个固定气缸10；所述固定气缸10的活塞杆连接有固定杆11；所述固定气缸10通过固定板12连接在加工座3上；所述加工孔6内设有排屑槽13。
使用时，先将待加工的管类材料放入加工孔6内，管类材料固定在加工定位杆9上，顶住挡板7，固定杆11在固定气缸10的推动下向内顶紧，固定材料，保证材料的稳定，然后钻头从钻孔5对管类材料进行打孔加工，加工孔6内的排屑槽13用于钻孔时铁屑的排出。
本发明方案通过加工座3放置管类材料在加工孔6内加工，加工座3对材料夹紧，加工定位杆9用于材料定位，钻孔5用于钻头的伸入进行打孔加工，加工座3侧面的固定气缸10推动固定杆11对材料进行进一步的固定卡死，通过上述夹具实现了管类材料的打孔加工，固定方便，加工简单，产品精度得到提高，大大的提高了产品的合格率。
