Abstract

本发明提供一种COA基板,该COA基板包括衬底基板、金属层、薄膜晶体管、彩色滤光片、透明电极以及衬垫,其中彩色滤光片上设置有多个通孔,衬垫设置在彩色滤光片的通孔对应的区域。本发明还提供一种液晶显示面板及液晶显示装置,本发明的COA基板、液晶显示面板及液晶显示装置通过在通孔区域设置衬垫可较好的避免液晶层中真空气泡的出现,从而提升了液晶显示面板的画面显示质量。

Description

COA基板、液晶显示面板及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种COA基板、液晶显示面板及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
在液晶显示领域中,为了避免阵列基板和彩膜基板对盒时,彩膜基板上的彩膜色阻和阵列基板上的像素单元对位不准的问题,液晶面板制作厂商开发了COA基板(ColorFilteronArray),即将彩膜色阻直接设置在阵列基板上,这样可以较好的解决阵列基板和彩膜基板对盒时对位不准的问题。
请参照图1,图1为现有的液晶显示面板的结构示意图。该液晶显示面板包括COA基板10以及对位基板16,该COA基板10包括数据线(图中未示出)、扫描线(图中未示出)、薄膜晶体管11、彩色滤光片12、透明电极13以及衬垫14。其中数据线用于传输数据信号;扫描线用于传输扫描信号;薄膜晶体管11用于在扫描信号的控制下,将数据信号传输至透明电极13;透明电极13用于驱动相应的液晶分子15进行偏转;彩色滤光片12用于形成各色出射光;衬垫14用于保持COA基板10和对位基板16的距离。
由于透明电极13需要设置在彩色滤光片12上,因此在彩色滤光片12上设置有多个通孔121用于向透明电极13传输数据信号(即连接透明电极13以及数据线),这样导致该COA基板10的通孔121设置处的液晶分子15的流动性较差,容易出现真空气泡,从而影响对应的液晶显示面板的画面显示质量。
故,有必要提供一种COA基板、液晶显示面板及液晶显示装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种液晶层中不易出现真空气泡,从而画面显示质量较好的COA基板、液晶显示面板及液晶显示装置;以解决现有的液晶显示面板的液晶层中易出现真空气泡,从而影响画面显示质量的技术问题。
本发明实施例提供一种COA基板,其包括:
衬底基板;
金属层,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于形成传输数据信号的数据线以及传输扫描信号的扫描线;
薄膜晶体管,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于在所述扫描信号的控制下将所述数据信号传输至透明电极上;
彩色滤光片,设置在所述金属层和所述薄膜晶体管上,用于将入射光转换为各色出射光;其上设置有多个通孔;
所述透明电极,设置在所述彩色滤光片上,其通过所述通孔与所述薄膜晶体管连接;以及
衬垫,设置在所述彩色滤光片的所述通孔对应的区域,用于保持所述COA基板和相应的对位基板的距离。
在本发明所述的COA基板中,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影覆盖所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影。
在本发明所述的COA基板中,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影面积略大于所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影面积。
在本发明所述的COA基板中,所述彩色滤光片包括红色色阻、绿色色阻、蓝色色阻以及黑色色阻。
本发明实施例还提供一种液晶显示面板,其包括COA基板、对位基板以及设置在所述COA基板和所述对位基板之间的液晶层;
其中所述COA基板包括:
衬底基板;
金属层,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于形成传输数据信号的数据线以及传输扫描信号的扫描线;
薄膜晶体管,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于在所述扫描信号的控制下将所述数据信号传输至透明电极上;
彩色滤光片,设置在所述金属层和所述薄膜晶体管上,用于将入射光转换为各色出射光;其上设置有多个通孔;
所述透明电极,设置在所述彩色滤光片上,其通过所述通孔与所述薄膜晶体管连接;以及
衬垫,设置在所述彩色滤光片的所述通孔对应的区域,用于保持所述COA基板和相应的对位基板的距离。
在本发明所述的液晶显示面板中,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影覆盖所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影。
在本发明所述的液晶显示面板中,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影面积略大于所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影面积。
本发明实施例还提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括背光源以及液晶显示面板;其中液晶显示面板包括COA基板、对位基板以及设置在所述COA基板和所述对位基板之间的液晶层;
其中所述COA基板包括:
衬底基板;
金属层,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于形成传输数据信号的数据线以及传输扫描信号的扫描线;
薄膜晶体管,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于在所述扫描信号的控制下将所述数据信号传输至透明电极上;
彩色滤光片,设置在所述金属层和所述薄膜晶体管上,用于将入射光转换为各色出射光;其上设置有多个通孔;
所述透明电极,设置在所述彩色滤光片上,其通过所述通孔与所述薄膜晶体管连接;以及
衬垫,设置在所述彩色滤光片的所述通孔对应的区域,用于保持所述COA基板和相应的对位基板的距离。
在本发明所述的液晶显示装置中,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影覆盖所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影。
在本发明所述的液晶显示装置中,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影面积略大于所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影面积。
本发明的COA基板、液晶显示面板及液晶显示装置通过在通孔区域设置衬垫可较好的避免液晶层中真空气泡的出现,从而提升了液晶显示面板的画面显示质量;解决了现有的液晶显示面板的液晶层中易出现真空气泡,从而影响画面显示质量的技术问题。

请参照附图中的图式,其中相同的组件符号代表相同的组件。以下的说明是基于所例示的本发明具体实施例,其不应被视为限制本发明未在此详述的其它具体实施例。
请参照图2,图2为本发明的液晶显示面板的优选实施例的结构示意图。本优选实施例的液晶显示面板20包括COA基板21、对位基板22以及设置在COA基板21和对位基板22之间的液晶层23。
其中该COA基板21包括衬底基板211、金属层(图中未示出)、薄膜晶体管212、彩色滤光片213、透明电极214以及衬垫215。金属层设置在衬底基板211上,用于形成传输数据信号的数据线以及传输扫描信号的扫描线。薄膜晶体管212设置在衬底基板211上,用于在扫描信号的控制下将数据信号传输至透明电极214上。彩色滤光片213设置在金属层和薄膜晶体管212上,用于将入射光转换为各色出射光;其上设置有多个通孔216;该彩色滤光片213可包括间隔设置的红色色阻、绿色色阻以及蓝色色阻(即有色色阻),和设置在不同有色色阻之间的黑色色阻。透明电极214设置在彩色滤光片213上,其通过通孔216与薄膜晶体管212连接。衬垫215设置在彩色滤光片213的通孔216对应的区域,用于保持COA基板21和相应的对位基板22的距离。
如图2所示,衬垫215在衬底基板211上的投影区域为B,通孔216在衬底基板211上的投影区域为A,其中衬垫215在衬底基板211上的投影区域B完全覆盖通孔216在衬底基板211上的投影区域A,且衬垫215在衬底基板211上的投影区域B的面积略大于通孔216在衬底基板211上的投影区域A的面积,以保证衬垫215对通孔216覆盖的完全性。
本优选实施例的COA基板21制成时,首先在衬底基板211上制作金属层,然后对金属层进行图形化处理,以形成用于传输数据信号的数据线以及用于传输扫描信号的扫描线,这里需要使用绝缘层将数据线和扫描线进行隔离。
在形成数据线的同时,在衬底基板211上制作薄膜晶体管212,以对相应的液晶显示面板的像素单元进行控制,该薄膜晶体管212包括漏极、栅极以及源极,其中源极与数据线连接,漏极与透明电极连接,栅极与扫描线连接。
随后可在金属层和薄膜晶体管212上设置彩色滤光片213,如红色色阻、蓝色色阻、绿色色阻以及黑色色阻,同时在彩色滤光片213上形成多个通孔126,该通孔216的位置与薄膜晶体管212的漏极位置对应。
然后在彩色滤光片213上制作透明电极214,该透明电极214通过彩色滤光片213上的通孔216与薄膜晶体管212的漏极连接。
最后在彩色滤光片213的通孔216对应区域制作衬垫215,该衬垫215完全填充通孔216,即保证衬垫215和通孔216内的透明电极214之间没有间隙。衬垫215在衬底基板211上的投影区域完全覆盖通孔216在衬底基板211上的投影区域,且衬垫215在衬底基板211上的投影区域的面积略大于通孔216在衬底基板211上的投影区域的面积。这样即去除了阵列基板21表面的凹陷,使得阵列基板21的表面更加平整,又不会使得衬垫对画面显示的影响过大。
因此本优选实施例的液晶显示面板的COA基板的衬垫设置,增强了液晶层23中的液晶分子的流动性,避免了液晶层23中真空气泡的产生,提高了液晶显示面板的显示品质。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,该液晶显示装置包括背光源以及液晶显示面板,该液晶显示面板包括COA基板、对位基板以及设置在COA基板和对位基板之间的液晶层。
该COA基板包括衬底基板、金属层、薄膜晶体管、彩色滤光片、透明电极以及衬垫。金属层设置在衬底基板上,用于形成传输数据信号的数据线以及传输扫描信号的扫描线。薄膜晶体管设置在衬底基板上,用于在扫描信号的控制下将数据信号传输至透明电极上。彩色滤光片设置在金属层和薄膜晶体管上,用于将入射光转换为各色出射光;其上设置有多个通孔;该彩色滤光片可包括间隔设置的红色色阻、绿色色阻以及蓝色色阻,和设置在不同有色色阻之间的黑色色阻。透明电极设置在彩色滤光片上,其通过通孔与薄膜晶体管连接。衬垫设置在彩色滤光片的通孔对应的区域,用于保持COA基板和相应的对位基板的距离。
优选的,衬垫在衬底基板上的投影覆盖通孔在衬底基板上的投影。
优选的,衬垫在衬底基板上的投影面积略大于通孔在衬底基板上的投影面积,
本优选实施例的液晶显示装置的具体工作原理与上述的液晶显示面板的优选实施例中的描述相同或相似,具体请参见上述液晶显示面板的优选实施例中的相关描述。
本发明的COA基板、液晶显示面板及液晶显示装置通过在通孔区域设置衬垫可较好的避免液晶层中真空气泡的出现,从而提升了液晶显示面板的画面显示质量;解决了现有的液晶显示面板的液晶层中易出现真空气泡,从而影响画面显示质量的技术问题。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种COA基板,其特征在于,包括:
衬底基板;
金属层,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于形成传输数据信号的数据线以及传输扫描信号的扫描线;
薄膜晶体管,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于在所述扫描信号的控制下将所述数据信号传输至透明电极上;
彩色滤光片,设置在所述金属层和所述薄膜晶体管上,用于将入射光转换为各色出射光;其上设置有多个通孔;
所述透明电极,设置在所述彩色滤光片上,其通过所述通孔与所述薄膜晶体管连接;以及
衬垫,设置在所述彩色滤光片的所述通孔对应的区域,用于保持所述COA基板和相应的对位基板的距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的COA基板,其特征在于,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影覆盖所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影。
3.根据权利要求2所述的COA基板,其特征在于,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影面积略大于所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影面积。
4.根据权利要求1所述的COA基板,其特征在于,所述彩色滤光片包括红色色阻、绿色色阻、蓝色色阻以及黑色色阻。
5.一种液晶显示面板,其特征在于,包括COA基板、对位基板以及设置在所述COA基板和所述对位基板之间的液晶层;
其中所述COA基板包括:
衬底基板;
金属层,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于形成传输数据信号的数据线以及传输扫描信号的扫描线;
薄膜晶体管,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于在所述扫描信号的控制下将所述数据信号传输至透明电极上;
彩色滤光片,设置在所述金属层和所述薄膜晶体管上,用于将入射光转换为各色出射光;其上设置有多个通孔;
所述透明电极,设置在所述彩色滤光片上,其通过所述通孔与所述薄膜晶体管连接;以及
衬垫,设置在所述彩色滤光片的所述通孔对应的区域,用于保持所述COA基板和相应的对位基板的距离。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影覆盖所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影面积略大于所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影面积。
8.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括背光源以及液晶显示面板;其中液晶显示面板包括COA基板、对位基板以及设置在所述COA基板和所述对位基板之间的液晶层;
其中所述COA基板包括:
衬底基板;
金属层,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于形成传输数据信号的数据线以及传输扫描信号的扫描线;
薄膜晶体管,设置在所述衬底基板上,用于在所述扫描信号的控制下将所述数据信号传输至透明电极上;
彩色滤光片,设置在所述金属层和所述薄膜晶体管上,用于将入射光转换为各色出射光;其上设置有多个通孔;
所述透明电极,设置在所述彩色滤光片上,其通过所述通孔与所述薄膜晶体管连接;以及
衬垫,设置在所述彩色滤光片的所述通孔对应的区域,用于保持所述COA基板和相应的对位基板的距离。
9.根据权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影覆盖所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影。
10.根据权利要求9所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述衬垫在所述衬底基板上的投影面积略大于所述通孔在所述衬底基板上的投影面积。
