本发明公开了一种防水LED路灯,包括一个内壳基座,其特征在于,所述的内壳基座上设置有半球形的PCB基板,在所述的内壳基座和所述的PCB基板之间固定有一层导热硅脂垫片,所述的PCB基板上设置有环球形的LED模组,所述的LED模组外侧设置有半球形透明外壳,所述的内壳基座底部设置有波浪形的散热鳍片,所述内壳基座底部两侧设置有突出部,所述的突出部上设置有螺纹孔,LED发光单元贴装在所述铝质散热基板上形成LED路灯模组,LED路灯模组采用导热硅脂垫片粘结球形分布于路灯散热外壳的基座部分,再将透明外罩安装于路灯散热外壳的上部,所述的内壳基座底部设置有防水垫片,LED路灯具有良好的散热功能和防水效果。

一种防水LED路灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明装置,尤其涉及一种防水LED路灯,可应用于户外道路照明、公园照明等领域。
背景技术
目前LED路灯已广泛应用于户外道路照明、高速路照明、隧道照明等方面,LED路灯具有节能、环保、发热少等优点,可替代传统的高压钠灯、金卤灯,在城市节能减排方面具有十分突出的优势。
我国发明CN201748223U公开了一种LED路灯,其结构是包括带反光杯的路灯散热外壳、模组式散热基板、白光LED器件和透明玻璃外罩,所述白光LED器件贴装在所述模组式散热基板上,所述模组式散热基板由导热硅脂垫片粘结在所述路灯散热外壳的基座部分,所述透明玻璃外罩安装于所述路灯散热外壳的上部,由于采用了梯形状分布LED路灯模组,满足道路照明的要求,其缺陷是防水性能不足,尤其是在室外长期的使用过程中,空气湿度、雨水以及灰尘等影响,缩短了产品的使用寿命。由于LED路灯的外罩必须是一个封闭的腔体,LED路灯多采用二次光学透镜实现配光曲线的优化,其制造工艺复杂,所述缺陷值得改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述技术缺陷,提供了一种防水LED路灯,所述LED发光单元贴装在所述铝质散热基板上形成LED路灯模组,该LED路灯模组采用导热硅脂垫片粘结球形分布于路灯散热外壳的基座部分,再将透明外罩安装于路灯散热外壳的上部,这种LED路灯具有良好的散热功能和良好的防水效果。
为了达到上述技术目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种防水LED路灯,包括一个内壳基座,其特征在于,所述的内壳基座上设置有半球形的PCB基板,在所述的内壳基座和所述的PCB基板之间固定有一层导热硅脂垫片,所述的PCB基板上设置有环球形的LED模组,所述的LED模组外侧设置有半球形透明外壳,所述的内壳基座底部设置有波浪形的散热鳍片,所述内壳基座底部两侧设置有突出部,所述的突出部上设置有螺纹孔,所述的内壳基座底部设置有防水垫片。
根据上述结构的本发明,其特征还在于,所述的透明外壳为玻璃透明外壳。
根据上述结构的本发明,其特征还在于,所述的PCB基板为铝基板。
所述透明玻璃外壳安装于所述散热外壳的上部,具有防尘、防潮湿、防水的功能。
本发明所获得的有益效果是:所述LED发光单元贴装在所述铝质散热基板上形成LED路灯模组,该LED路灯模组采用导热硅脂垫片粘结球形分布于路灯散热外壳的基座部分,再将透明外罩安装于路灯散热外壳的上部,所述的内壳基座底部设置有防水垫片,这种LED路灯具有良好的散热功能和良好的防水效果。

如图1所示,一种防水LED路灯,包括一个内壳基座11,其特征在于,所述的内壳基座11上设置有半球形的PCB基板12,在所述的内壳基座11和所述的PCB基板12之间固定有一层导热硅脂垫片13,所述的PCB基板12上设置有环球形的LED模组14,所述的LED模组14外侧设置有半球形透明外壳15,所述的内壳基座11底部设置有波浪形的散热鳍片16,所述内壳基座11底部两侧设置有突出部17,所述的突出部17上设置有螺纹孔18,所述的内壳基座11底部设置有防水垫片19。
根据上述结构的本发明,其特征还在于,所述的透明外壳15为玻璃透明外壳。
根据上述结构的本发明,其特征还在于,所述的PCB基板12为铝基板。
所述透明玻璃外壳安装于所述散热外壳的上部,具有防尘、防潮湿、防水的功能。

1.一种防水LED路灯,包括一个内壳基座,其特征在于,所述的内壳基座上设置有半球形的PCB基板,在所述的内壳基座和所述的PCB基板之间固定有一层导热硅脂垫片,所述的PCB基板上设置有环球形的LED模组,所述的LED模组外侧设置有半球形透明外壳,所述的内壳基座底部设置有波浪形的散热鳍片,所述内壳基座底部两侧设置有突出部,所述的突出部上设置有螺纹孔,所述的内壳基座底部设置有防水垫片。
