Abstract
科恩达翼片换气扇,包括柜体、科恩达翼片、两块半边形科恩达翼片、抽风机和纱网。柜体包括风机腔、稳压腔及用来安装科恩达翼片和半边形科恩达翼片的框架,柜体前面板和柜体后面板上设有连通至风机腔的进气孔,柜体前面板和柜体后面板的内侧端面上分别设有两条平行的导轨,两条导轨之间安装有两块活动的挡板,纱网安装在框架上。稳压腔设在风机腔的上端并通过通风口与风机腔连通,框架设在稳压腔的上端。抽风机安装在风机腔内的上端,科恩达翼片及半边形科恩达翼片安装在框架内,其一端与稳压腔连通,另一端与框架壁板连接并通过框架壁板封闭;两块半边形科恩达翼片分别与框架的壁板连接而形成管体内腔,科恩达翼片设在两块半边形科恩达翼片之间。

技术领域
本发明涉及换气扇,特别是科恩达翼片换气扇。
背景技术
换气扇被广泛应用于工业、家庭以及公共场所,主要通过室内外空气的交换来满足不同功能房间对室内温湿度、清洁度等要求。现有的换气扇主要是利用扇叶转动来剪切气流产生前后压差来实现换气。虽然换气扇种类繁多,但都具有噪声大、气流紊乱和不易清洗等缺点。用换气扇向室内进风的情况下,传统换风扇进风气流紊乱对室内空气扰动较大,容易造成室内人员的吹风感,影响人的热舒适性;大风量换气的情况下,对换气扇风机的要求高,同时容易产生噪音,给人不舒适感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种科恩达翼片换气扇。它解决了现有的换气扇进风气流紊乱,在大风量进气的情况下噪声大的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:科恩达翼片换气扇,包括柜体、科恩达翼片、两块半边形科恩达翼片、抽风机和纱网。
柜体包括风机腔、稳压腔及用来安装科恩达翼片和半边形科恩达翼片的框架,柜体前面板和柜体后面板上设有连通至风机腔的进气孔,柜体前面板和柜体后面板的内侧端面上分别设有两条平行的导轨,两条导轨之间安装有两块活动的挡板,移动挡板可打开或关闭进气孔,纱网安装在框架上,并位于科恩达翼片条形出风口的背面。
稳压腔设在风机腔的上端并通过通风口与风机腔连通,框架设在稳压腔的上端。
科恩达翼片包括V形下部、弧形上部及连接块;弧形上部与V形下部通过连接块连接为一体,而形成科恩达翼片的管体内孔;V形下部的开口端与弧形上部的开口端之间设有条形出风口;V形下部的外壁为科恩达曲面。
半边形科恩达翼片为科恩达翼片的一半,其以科恩达翼片的中心平面y对半剖开而成。
抽风机安装在风机腔内的上端。科恩达翼片及半边形科恩达翼片安装在框架内,其一端与稳压腔连通,另一端与框架壁板连接并通过框架壁板封闭;两块半边形科恩达翼片分别与框架的壁板连接而形成管体内腔,科恩达翼片设在两块半边形科恩达翼片之间。
本发明进一步的技术方案是:稳压腔水平设置在风机腔上方,科恩达翼片及半边形科恩达翼片竖直设置在框架内。
本发明再进一步的技术方案是:稳压腔竖直设置在风机腔上方框架的壁板上,科恩达翼片及半边形科恩达翼片水平设置在框架内。
简述本发明的使用:
本发明用于室内外空气交换,柜体嵌入室内的墙壁中,框架与室外相通。当科恩达翼片换气扇用于进风时,科恩达翼片的条形出风口方向面向室内,当科恩达翼片换气扇用于排风时,科恩达翼片的条形出风口方向面向室外。
工作时,启动抽风机,空气通过柜体上的进气孔进入风机腔,再进入稳压腔,使气流平缓,再进入科恩达翼片管体内孔中,从条形出风口吹出。吹出的风能起到引导气流的作用,将框架后(前)端敞开处的空气引导流动至框架前(后)端敞开处。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、通风高效,科恩达翼片的外壁为用于导流的科恩达曲面,其附壁效应使出风气流得到大幅度改善。这种基于科恩达曲面的导流面保证了气流的平稳,有利于气流的诱导,诱导总风量与进口风量之比即诱导比高达15倍。
2、气流柔和,条形出风口与圆形出风口相比,吹出的气流更均匀、柔和。
3、形式多样,本发明既可以用作新风扇,也可用作排风扇;进风开口方向多样,可根据实际情况来选择室内或室外作为进风环境,避免使用被污染作为诱导气流,防止造成室内环境或换气扇内部污染,影响室内空气质量,降低风机性能和使用年限;出风管有水平和竖直两种布置方式,出口气流分别具有水平分层和纵向分层的特点;出风管的长度、数量和间距均可根据风量和安装的要求变化。
4、使用安全,采用了诱导式出风,无叶片旋转,避免了因叶片高速转动而引起的意外伤害,安全系数高。
5、易清洁,本发明具有无叶片和抽风机内置的特点,裸露在环境的柜体结构简单,形状规整,可免拆卸清洗;抽风机内置避免了由于清洁不当,水浸入到电机里面而使其受损的情况。

具体实施方式
实施例一、科恩达翼片换气扇,包括柜体1、两块科恩达翼片2、两块半边形科恩达翼片3、抽风机4和纱网6。
柜体1包括风机腔1-1、稳压腔1-2及用来安装科恩达翼片2和半边形科恩达翼片3的框架1-3,柜体前面板1-5和柜体后面板1-7上设有连通至风机腔1-1的进气孔1-8,柜体前面板1-5和柜体后面板1-7的内侧端面上分别设有两条平行的导轨1-6,两条导轨1-6之间安装有两块活动的挡板5,移动挡板5可打开或关闭进气孔1-8,纱网6安装在框架1-3上,并位于科恩达翼片2条形出风口2-1的背面。
稳压腔1-2设在风机腔1-1的上端并通过通风口1-4与风机腔1-1连通,框架1-3设在稳压腔1-2的上端。
科恩达翼片2包括V形下部2-3、弧形上部2-4及连接块2-5;弧形上部2-4与V形下部2-3通过连接块2-5连接为一体,而形成科恩达翼片2的管体内孔;V形下部2-3的开口端与弧形上部2-4的开口端之间设有条形出风口2-1;V形下部2-3的外壁为科恩达曲面2-2。
半边形科恩达翼片3为科恩达翼片2的一半,其以科恩达翼片2的中心平面y对半剖开而成。
抽风机4安装在风机腔1-1内的上端。科恩达翼片2及半边形科恩达翼片3安装在框架1-3内,其一端与稳压腔1-2连通,另一端与框架1-3壁板连接并通过框架1-3壁板封闭;两块半边形科恩达翼片3分别与框架1-3的壁板连接而形成管体内腔,科恩达翼片2设在两块半边形科恩达翼片3之间。
稳压腔1-2水平设置在风机腔1-1上方,科恩达翼片2及半边形科恩达翼片3竖直设置在框架1-3内。
实施例二、本实施例与实施例一相比,区别仅在于:稳压腔1-2竖直设置在风机腔1-1上方框架1-3的壁板上,科恩达翼片2及半边形科恩达翼片3水平设置在框架1-3内。
Claims (3)
1.科恩达翼片换气扇,其特征是:包括柜体、科恩达翼片、两块半边形科恩达翼片、抽风机和纱网;
柜体包括风机腔、稳压腔及用来安装科恩达翼片和半边形科恩达翼片的框架,柜体前面板和柜体后面板上设有连通至风机腔的进气孔,柜体前面板和柜体后面板的内侧端面上分别设有两条平行的导轨,两条导轨之间安装有两块活动的挡板,移动挡板可打开或关闭进气孔,纱网安装在框架上,并位于科恩达翼片条形出风口的背面;
稳压腔设在风机腔的上端并通过通风口与风机腔连通,框架设在稳压腔的上端;

3.如权利要求1所述的科恩达翼片换气扇,其特征是:稳压腔竖直设置在风机腔上方框架的壁板上,科恩达翼片及半边形科恩达翼片水平设置在框架内。
