Abstract

本发明涉及汽车过滤器,提供一种柴油车过滤器用氨气发生装置,圆筒形的壳体一端设有氨气喷嘴,另一端外侧设有尿素加热腔,尿素加热腔外侧设有套筒,套筒与壳体之间设有与尿素加热腔连通的空腔,套筒的外侧设有尿素入口,尿素入口连接计量装置并连通内部的空腔和尿素加热腔,位于套筒外侧且与套筒截面的相切的位置设有汽车尾气入口。本发明各个入口设计合理,能够使得汽车尾气与尿素在利用喷射方向的不同在排气管中氨气均匀混合,氨气直接喷射入排气总管,可用于闭环DeNOx***,高除硝效能,无水解和蒸发所需空间,可应用于闭环除硝***,催化器、排气管中无沉积物,降低了因沉积导致的***失效,填补了柴油车尾气净化装置用氨气发生装置的空白。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及汽车过滤器技术领域,具体涉及一种柴油车过滤器用的氨气发生装置。
背景技术
随着我国汽车使用量的增加,如何控制尾气中的污染物已经成为热点。其中,选择性催化还原(SelectiveCatalyticReduction,简称SCR)作为一种有效控制氮氧化物排放的重要手段,因其脱硝效率高,工艺成熟等特点被广泛应用。SCR技术是在催化剂的作用下,利用还原剂(液氨等)与烟气中的氮氧化物反应生成氮气和水,从而去除氮氧化物的技术。目前国内市场上的汽车尾气过滤器用氨气发生器大部分为直接喷氨水,不能有效改善排气中的氮氧化物,容易造成沉积堵塞,造成***失效,车辆无法继续使用,影响很大。
发明内容
本发明为了解决直喷式发生器混合效果差、易产生堵塞的问题,提供一种混合均匀,催化效率高,闭环除硝的柴油车过滤器用的氨气发生装置。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现,一种柴油车过滤器用氨气发生装置,圆筒形的壳体一端设有氨气喷嘴,另一端外侧设有尿素加热腔,尿素加热腔外侧设有套筒,套筒与壳体之间设有与尿素加热腔连通的空腔,套筒的外侧设有与氨气喷嘴位于同一轴线的尿素入口,尿素入口连接计量装置并连通内部的空腔和尿素加热腔,位于套筒外侧且与套筒截面的相切的位置设有汽车尾气入口;氨气喷嘴为收敛设置并连接尾气净化装置PDF,尿素加热腔与氨气喷嘴之间依次设置电热催化器和水解催化器,电热催化器连接控制器。
为了使分散均匀,所述尿素入口与尿素加热腔之间设有多孔隔板。
为了增加回旋速度,所述汽车尾气入口位于套筒的前部。
优选的,所述氨气喷嘴5与尾气净化装置PDF距离小于250mm。
优选的,所述电热催化器和水解催化器之间设有连接控制器的温度传感器。
本发明的有益之处在于,各个入口设计合理,能够使得汽车尾气与尿素在利用喷射方向的不同在排气管中氨气均匀混合,氨气直接喷射入排气总管,可用于闭环DeNOx***,高除硝效能,即便是在冷启动时独立于载荷(排气量,排气温度和背压),优化的排气管布置,无水解和蒸发所需空间,可应用于闭环除硝***,催化器、排气管中无沉积物,降低了因沉积导致的***失效,填补了柴油车尾气净化装置用氨气发生装置的空白。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种柴油车过滤器用氨气发生装置,包括尿素入口1、尿素加热腔2、电加热催化器3、水解催化器4、氨气喷嘴5、温度传感器接头6、电加热接头7、汽车尾气入口8,氨气发生装置的整体为圆筒形,壳体一端设有氨气喷嘴5,另一端外侧设有尿素加热腔2,尿素加热腔2外侧设有套筒21,套筒21与壳体之间设有空腔,该空腔与尿素加热腔2在壳体端面处连通,套筒21的外侧设有与氨气喷嘴5位于同一轴线的尿素入口1,尿素入口1连接计量装置并连通内部套筒21与壳体之间的空腔和尿素加热腔2。
位于套筒21外侧且与套筒21截面的相切的位置设有汽车尾气入口8;氨气喷嘴5为收敛设置,尿素加热腔2与氨气喷嘴5之间依次设置电加热催化器3和水解催化器4,电热催化器3连接控制器并控制电加热催化器3的工作。为了提高催化效果,氨气喷嘴5与尾气净化装置DPF的距离小于250mm。为了使汽车尾气与尿素混合均匀,尿素入口1与尿素加热腔2之间设有多孔隔板,多孔隔板与壳体末端固定连接,汽车尾气入口8位于套筒的前部。
本发明具体实施时,尿素通过计量***进入尿素入口1,汽车尾气通过尾气入口8进入氨气发生装置,汽车尾气会在空腔内回旋,与尿素混合后经过多孔隔板进入尿素加热腔2,由于汽车尾气具有一定角速度,与直线方向喷射的尿素共同作用得到充分的混合,经过多孔隔板分散。然后尿素加热腔2内对尿素进行加热并混合,其中水蒸发形成气体,如果在刚起动时尾气温度低,再经过电加热催化器3,完全形成气体,然后经过水解催化器4,形成氨气和水,氨气经过喷嘴5喷到尾气净化装置DPF中,加热的温度用温度传感器接到温度传感器接头6上进行温度控制。

Claims (5)

1.一种柴油车过滤器用氨气发生装置,其特征在于,圆筒形的壳体一端设有氨气喷嘴(5),另一端外侧设有尿素加热腔(2),尿素加热腔(2)外侧设有套筒(21),套筒(21)与壳体之间设有与尿素加热腔(2)连通的空腔,套筒(21)的外侧设有与氨气喷嘴(5)位于同一轴线的尿素入口(1),尿素入口(1)连接计量装置并连通内部的空腔和尿素加热腔(2),位于套筒(21)外侧且与套筒(21)截面的相切的位置设有汽车尾气入口(8);氨气喷嘴(5)为收敛设置并连接尾气净化装置PDF,尿素加热腔(2)与氨气喷嘴(5)之间依次设置电热催化器(3)和水解催化器(4),电热催化器(3)连接控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油车过滤器用氨气发生装置,其特征在于,所述尿素入口(1)与尿素加热腔(2)之间设有多孔隔板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的柴油车过滤器用氨气发生装置,其特征在于,所述汽车尾气入口(8)位于套筒(21)的前部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柴油车过滤器用氨气发生装置,其特征在于,所述氨气喷嘴(5)与尾气净化装置PDF距离小于250mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的柴油车过滤器用氨气发生装置,其特征在于,所述电热催化器(3)和水解催化器(4)之间设有连接控制器的温度传感器。
