本发明涉及变压器技术领域,尤其涉及一种多用途的变压器用绝缘纸。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国电力、电气、电子、家电和通讯等行业的快速发展,人们对变压器的要求越来越高。纤维素绝缘纸是油浸式电力变压器中应用最广泛的内绝缘材料之一,由于运行期间无法更换,其机械及绝缘性能的好坏直接决定着变压器的使用寿命。实际变压器中,绝缘纸长期受到高强度电场应力的作用,一旦发生击穿将导致变压器故障。如能提升绝缘纸的电气性能,便可节省绝缘纸的使用量,延长绝缘纸的工作寿命,减小变压器油隙的宽度,进而限制变压器的体积和铁芯损耗,因此,开展绝缘纸的改性研究意义重大。云母是电气电子行业中不可缺少的绝缘材料。目前,虽然世界上已出现很多新型材料,但其中还没有一种绝缘材料能够完全取代云母。利用云母来改性绝缘纸可以得到性能更加优异的绝缘纸,但是目前国内外对于这方面的研究很少。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种多用途的变压器用绝缘纸。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种多用途的变压器用绝缘纸,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:硅烷偶联剂kh5500.6-0.7、云母6-8、甘氨酸1-1.5、硅烷偶联剂kh5700.3-0.4、乳化剂OP-100.1-0.2、十二烷基磺酸钠0.2-0.3、E44环氧树脂2-3、三聚磷酸钠0.5-0.6、浆板500-550、白乳胶0.4-0.6、大蒜精油0.7-0.8、丙烯酰胺0.7-0.9、蛋白氨基酸1.2-1.6、茶叶渣粉1.1-1.4、去离子水适量。
所述一种多用途的变压器用绝缘纸,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂kh550加入到乙醇与水质量比为1:1的溶液中,水浴加热至35°C,滴加乙二酸调节PH值为4,水解1-1.5h,将云母片浸渍到75%的乙醇中搅拌浸泡1-2h,然后超声洗涤10-15min,再用去离子水浸泡0.5h,最后置于烘箱中于110°C下干燥2h,研磨备用;
(2)将上述制备的云母加到硅烷偶联剂kh550的水解液中,水浴温度控制在60-65°C,然后加入茶叶渣粉和白乳胶超声搅拌30-45min,过滤,用去离子水洗涤数次,之后在恒温鼓风干燥箱中于90°C下干燥2-3h备用;
(3)将甘氨酸用13倍量的水溶解后和硅烷偶联剂kh570、乳化剂OP-10、十二烷基磺酸钠和E44环氧树脂加到烧瓶中,控制水浴温度在80-85°C下缓慢搅拌3h,再加入大蒜精油和蛋白氨基酸继续搅拌10-15min,然后加入氢氧化钠溶液调节PH值呈中性,再用高剪切分散乳化机将其乳化,得到稳定的改性水性环氧树脂乳液;
(4)将步骤(2)制备的改性云母、步骤(3)制备的改性水性环氧树脂乳液、丙烯酰胺和三聚磷酸钠混合,再加入适量的去离子水稀释成质量浓度在0.5-0.6%的浆料,将浆板浸泡后进行打浆,打浆度为40-45°SR时停止打浆,然后将浆料放入纤维解离器中,加入去离子水使浆料的浓度在2-2.5%进行解离,得到纸浆悬浊液备用;
(5)将纸浆悬浊液和云母浆料混合,用电力搅拌棒强力搅拌10min,然后继续解离15min,之后进行抄造、烘干即可得到绝缘纸。
本发明的优点是:本发明采用硅烷偶联剂kh550对云母进行表面改性,增强云母表面的侨联作用,改善和改性的水性环氧树脂乳液的相容性,提高了对云母表面的附着力,和纤维素纸浆混合能够大大提高其结合力与分散均匀性,增强了绝缘纸的拉伸强度、介电强度、电气性能和耐热性能等作用,添加的茶叶渣粉和白乳胶废物利用,能够增强绝缘纸的抗菌、抗氧化等方面的作用,添加的大蒜精油和蛋白氨基酸能够增强绝缘纸的杀菌、抑菌、耐热等作用,本发明制备的绝缘纸具有良好的绝缘、抗氧化、杀菌等作用,尺寸稳定性好,工艺稳定,可用于变压器、电机等电器,应用前景良好。
具体实施方式
一种多用途的变压器用绝缘纸,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:硅烷偶联剂kh5500.6、云母6、甘氨酸1、硅烷偶联剂kh5700.3、乳化剂OP、十二烷基磺酸钠0.2、E44环氧树脂2、三聚磷酸钠0.5、浆板500、白乳胶0.4、大蒜精油0.7、丙烯酰胺0.7、蛋白氨基酸1.2、茶叶渣粉1.1、去离子水适量。
所述一种多用途的变压器用绝缘纸,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂kh550加入到乙醇与水质量比为1:1的溶液中,水浴加热至35°C,滴加乙二酸调节PH值为4,水解1h,将云母片浸渍到75%的乙醇中搅拌浸泡1h,然后超声洗涤10min,再用去离子水浸泡0.5h,最后置于烘箱中于110°C下干燥2h,研磨备用;
(2)将上述制备的云母加到硅烷偶联剂kh550的水解液中,水浴温度控制在60°C,然后加入茶叶渣粉和白乳胶超声搅拌30min,过滤,用去离子水洗涤数次,之后在恒温鼓风干燥箱中于90°C下干燥2h备用;

(5)将纸浆悬浊液和云母浆料混合,用电力搅拌棒强力搅拌10min,然后继续解离15min,之后进行抄造、烘干即可得到绝缘纸。
按照本实施例制备的绝缘纸其性能测试如下:击穿电压为4.3KV、介电强度为40KV/mm,绝缘纸的阻燃级别为V0级,纸白度≥80%,干抗拉强度为3.2KN/m,湿抗张强度为0.42KN/m,吸水高度52mm,透气度为20±4s,体积电阻率为0.9×106,表面电阻为4.3×104,介电常数为5.1,介电损耗因数为0.043。

1.一种多用途的变压器用绝缘纸,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:硅烷偶联剂kh5500.6-0.7、云母6-8、甘氨酸1-1.5、硅烷偶联剂kh5700.3-0.4、乳化剂OP-100.1-0.2、十二烷基磺酸钠0.2-0.3、E44环氧树脂2-3、三聚磷酸钠0.5-0.6、浆板500-550、白乳胶0.4-0.6、大蒜精油0.7-0.8、丙烯酰胺0.7-0.9、蛋白氨基酸1.2-1.6、茶叶渣粉1.1-1.4、去离子水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多用途的变压器用绝缘纸,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂kh550加入到乙醇与水质量比为1:1的溶液中,水浴加热至35°C,滴加乙二酸调节PH值为4,水解1-1.5h,将云母片浸渍到75%的乙醇中搅拌浸泡1-2h,然后超声洗涤10-15min,再用去离子水浸泡0.5h,最后置于烘箱中于110°C下干燥2h,研磨备用;
(2)将上述制备的云母加到硅烷偶联剂kh550的水解液中,水浴温度控制在60-65°C,然后加入茶叶渣粉和白乳胶超声搅拌30-45min,过滤,用去离子水洗涤数次,之后在恒温鼓风干燥箱中于90°C下干燥2-3h备用;
(3)将甘氨酸用13倍量的水溶解后和硅烷偶联剂kh570、乳化剂OP-10、十二烷基磺酸钠和E44环氧树脂加到烧瓶中,控制水浴温度在80-85°C下缓慢搅拌3h,再加入大蒜精油和蛋白氨基酸继续搅拌10-15min,然后加入氢氧化钠溶液调节PH值呈中性,再用高剪切分散乳化机将其乳化,得到稳定的改性水性环氧树脂乳液;
