Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)在19质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份羟丙基纤维素、1.3质量份N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2.6质量份2,4,4ˊ-三氯-2ˊ-羟基二苯醚8-羟基喹啉铜、1.7质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入2.5质量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、0.8质量份酸性烷基膦酸酯、1.3质量份氯化二硬脂基二甲基铵、2.2质量份聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明复合面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种复合面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在19质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份羟丙基纤维素、1.3质量份N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2.6质量份2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚8-羟基喹啉铜、1.7质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2.5质量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、0.8质量份酸性烷基膦酸酯、1.3质量份氯化二硬脂基二甲基铵、2.2质量份聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
优选的,复合面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在19质量份去离子水中投入1质量份羟丙基纤维素、1.3质量份N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2.6质量份2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚8-羟基喹啉铜、1.7质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
实施例1
一种复合面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在19质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份羟丙基纤维素、1.3质量份N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2.6质量份2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚8-羟基喹啉铜、1.7质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2.5质量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、0.8质量份酸性烷基膦酸酯、1.3质量份氯化二硬脂基二甲基铵、2.2质量份聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
实施例2
复合面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在19质量份去离子水中投入1质量份羟丙基纤维素、1.3质量份N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2.6质量份2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚8-羟基喹啉铜、1.7质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;

3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
实施例3
复合面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:

1.复合面料的整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)在19质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份羟丙基纤维素、1.3质量份N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2.6质量份2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚8-羟基喹啉铜、1.7质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2.5质量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、0.8质量份酸性烷基膦酸酯、1.3质量份氯化二硬脂基二甲基铵、2.2质量份聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)在19质量份去离子水中投入1质量份羟丙基纤维素、1.3质量份N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2.6质量份2,4,4'-三氯-2'-羟基二苯醚8-羟基喹啉铜、1.7质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2.5质量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、0.8质量份酸性烷基膦酸酯、1.3质量份氯化二硬脂基二甲基铵、2.2质量份聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
