本发明涉及一种复合型化肥及其制备工艺,其特征是,它由以下重量份的物质混合而成的:碳酸氢铵50-70份,硫铵30-50份,硫酸镁5-10份。本发明将有效量的碳酸氢铵、硫铵和硫酸镁混合,不但解决了碳酸氢铵肥料受潮结块,保存期短的问题,而且为土壤增加了硫、镁元素,提高了肥效和养分,为焦化厂副产品的应用提供了一条途径。经检验,本发明的复合化学肥料经济实用,每吨成本与碳铵相差无几,但效果却是碳铵的1-2倍,储存期由原来的3个月延长到10-12个月。

技术领域
本发明属于农用化肥领域,具体涉及一种复合型化肥及其制备工艺。
背景技术
碳酸氢氨是一种常用的氮肥,它价格低廉,肥效快,对农作物增产起着主要作用,是目前农作物上应用最多的肥料,其不足之处是,稳定性差,吸湿性很强,吸湿后很容易分解而损失养份并且还会腐蚀包装袋并,肥效降低,储存期只有3个月,另外在储存过程中极易结块,不仅给使用带来不便,而且影响施用效果,长期。
硫铵是焦化厂的副产品,其中所含的硫是农作物必不可少的第六大元素,也作为肥料用,但它存放期短,不适宜露天保存,长期堆积或受潮严重后容易结块,而且会腐烂包装袋,在阳光下暴晒也会造成铵的分解而生成氨气损失,无法直接作为肥料施用。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述碳酸氢铵和硫铵存放期短,受潮后易结块的问题,提供一种复合型化肥及其制备工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明的复合化学肥料由以下重量份的物质混合而成的:碳酸氢铵50-70份,硫铵30-50份,硫酸镁5-10份。
本发明中的硫酸镁有很强的干燥能力,吸水后生成MgS04.7H20,吸水作用迅速,效率高,价廉,为一良好干燥剂,另外它含有两种能够被农作物直接吸收酌元素—硫、镁。两种元素都是作物生长所必需的营养元素,在十六种元素中占有重要地位,其主要作用和效果仅次于氮、磷、钾,位居第四位。经农科部门多年的研究和实验证明,对小麦、玉米、水稻、花生、棉花、烟草、蔬菜及甘蔗、柑橘、橡胶、油棕榈、苹果、葡萄等各类作物,不仅有明显增产和提高品质的效果,还能提高作物的抗逆能力。将有效量的碳酸氢铵、硫铵和硫酸镁混合,不但解决了碳酸氢铵肥料受潮结块,保存期短的问题,而且为土壤增加了硫、镁元素,提高了肥效和养分,为焦化厂副产品的应用提供了一条途径。经检验,本发明的复合化学肥料经济实用,每吨成本与碳铵相差无几,但效果却是碳铵的1-2倍,储存期由原来的3个月延长到10-12个月。碳酸氢铵50-70份,硫铵30-50份,硫酸镁5-10份。

以下实施例为本发明作进一步出阐述。
实施例:
下面以1吨复合化学肥料来说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例一,取碳酸氢铵肥料60重量份,磨细的硫铵35重量份,硫酸镁5重量份,即碳酸氢铵肥料59.6kg,磨细的硫铵36.7kg,硫酸镁3.7kg,将上述三种组分混合均匀包装即可。
实施例二,取碳酸氢铵肥料55重量份,磨细的硫铵40重量份,硫酸镁5重量份,即碳酸氢铵肥料53kg,磨细的硫铵39kg,硫酸镁4kg,将上述三种组分混合均匀包装即可。
实施例三,取碳酸氢铵肥料65重量份,磨细的硫铵30重量份,硫酸镁5重量份,即碳酸氢铵肥料65kg,磨细的硫铵30kg,硫酸镁5kg,将上述三种组分混均匀包装合即可。
