Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合面料，包括表层和内层，其中，表层采用20-30%的棉纤维和70-80%的涤纶纤维混纺织成；内层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，该经纱由30-40%的竹炭纤维和60-70%的黏胶纤维混纺而成，纬纱为涤纶纤维；将表层进行防水处理，内层进行拉毛处理。本发明公开的复合面料表层具有较好的防水性能，内层吸湿透气，具有较好的保暖效果，适用于制造外套、家居拖鞋等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合面料。
背景技术
在一些外套或是冬鞋的制造过程中，通常要求面料能够做到表面防水防污，内层保暖透气；然而由于各种纤维具有不同的特点，不可能面面俱到，如棉纤维具有较好的保暖透气性，但其为亲水纤维，难以达到防水的目的；而涤纤维一般为疏水面料，但其透气性又较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题，提供了一种复合面料，该面料的外表面具有较强的防水防污能力，内表棉具有吸湿透气，抗菌除味的效果，适用于外套和家居拖鞋的制造。
为了达到上述目的，本发明中的技术方案如下：
一种复合面料，包括表层和内层，其中，表层采用20-30%的棉纤维和70-80%的涤纶纤维混纺织成；内层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，经纱由30-40%的竹炭纤维和60-70%的黏胶纤维混纺而成，纬纱为涤纶纤维；并且，对上述内层进行拉毛处理，使内层内表面形成一层长绒毛，增加面料的保暖性。
更具体地，采用防水整理剂对该表层面料进行处理，该防水整理剂按重量百分比包括：10-15份的聚醚改性硅油，5-8份的丙烯酸酯乳液，3-5份的乳化剂和10-15份的分散剂。
更具体地，将该表层和该内层采用黏胶连接在一起。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于：
1）该复合面料表层采用涤棉纤维混纺，既有一定的透气性，又有较好的保暖效果；且表层经防水整理剂处理后，具有较好的防水性能；
2）该复合面料内层采用竹炭纤维、黏胶纤维和涤纶纤维混纺，使内层具有较好的吸湿透气性，并且竹炭纤维具有一定的抗菌除味效果，适合作为拖鞋面料；并且将内层内表面进行拉毛处理，可提高面料的保暖性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是：
一种复合面料，包括表层和内层，其中，表层采用25%的棉纤维和75%的涤纶纤维混纺织成；内层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，经纱由35%的竹炭纤维和65%的黏胶纤维混纺而成，纬纱为涤纶纤维；并且，对上述内层进行拉毛处理，使内层内表面形成一层长绒毛。
在表层织造完成后，采用防水整理剂对该表层面料进行处理，该防水整理剂按重量百分比包括：15份的聚醚改性硅油，6份的丙烯酸酯乳液，3份的乳化剂和12份的分散剂。
处理后，将该表层和该内层采用黏胶连接在一起。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种复合面料，包括表层和内层，其特征在于，所述的表层采用20-30%的棉纤维和70-80%的涤纶纤维混纺织成；所述的内层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述的经纱由30-40%的竹炭纤维和60-70%的黏胶纤维混纺而成，所述的纬纱为涤纶纤维。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的复合面料，其特征在于，对所述的内层进行拉毛处理。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的复合面料，其特征在于，采用防水整理剂对所述的表层面料进行处理，所述的防水整理剂按重量百分比包括：10-15份的聚醚改性硅油，5-8份的丙烯酸酯乳液，3-5份的乳化剂和10-15份的分散剂。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的复合面料，其特征在于，所述的表层和所述的内层采用黏胶连接在一起。
