Some wearable devices have an emergency call function, and telephone numbers of emergency contacts, such as telephone numbers of friends or family, are preset on the wearable devices, and once an emergency occurs, the wearable devices can dial the telephone numbers of the emergency contacts by themselves to help users notify friends or family.
When an emergency contact is set by an existing wearable device, a user is usually required to log in a certain specified network platform or APP (application) application software, and after the wearable device is registered, bound and activated, the emergency contact is set through the network platform or the APP application software. However, users (i.e. persons under guardianship) of wearable devices with emergency call function are often people needing monitoring, such as old people or children, who are not familiar with the specific operation of setting up emergency contacts by using a network platform or APP software. Under the condition that a person under guardianship and a guardian are in different places, the guardian also needs to set an emergency contact through a network platform or APP application software, and the operation of setting the emergency contact needs to be accessed to the Internet, so that on one hand, the operation process is complex, and the user experience is poor; on the other hand, in a scene that the internet cannot be accessed, at this time, if the emergency contact person changes, for example, the guardian changes the mobile phone number, the monitored person cannot automatically complete the operation of changing the emergency contact person of the wearable device, the emergency contact person cannot be set or changed for the wearable device, and the normal use of the wearable device is seriously affected.
Therefore, a wearable device emergency contact setting scheme is needed to solve the above technical problems.

Detailed Description
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide an emergency contact setting scheme for a wearable device, where an emergency contact setting policy is preset in the wearable device, a terminal initiates an incoming call request to the wearable device, and when incoming call data of the incoming call request satisfies the emergency contact setting policy, the wearable device automatically sets an emergency contact according to a phone number of the terminal, so as to reduce requirements of the terminal device and a setting environment, simplify an emergency contact setting operation of the wearable device, and improve convenience in setting the emergency contact of the wearable device. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a wearable device emergency contact setting method which is applied to a system comprising a terminal and a wearable device. The terminal is a device capable of transmitting voice bidirectionally via electric signals, and may be a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone) or a fixed terminal (such as a fixed phone), for example. Wearable equipment is for possessing functions such as calculation, monitoring, the portable equipment of all kinds of terminals of joinable, for example, intelligent wrist-watch, intelligent bracelet, intelligent walking stick etc..
An emergency contact setting policy may be preset in the wearable device to determine whether to set a phone number of a terminal initiating an incoming call request as an emergency contact through the emergency contact setting policy.
The emergency contact setting policy may include one or any combination of the following: the time length of the incoming call request, the number of times of the incoming call request per unit time, and the time period in which the reception time of the incoming call request is located.
Specifically, the wearable device is internally preset with the following parameter values:
1. the first threshold is used as a judgment condition of the time length of the incoming call request, and preferably, the first threshold may be set to 10 seconds.
2. The second threshold is used as a judgment condition for the number of times the terminal makes an incoming call request per unit time, and preferably, the second threshold may be set to 3 times/minute.
3. The specified time period may be one or several time periods in a day as the specified time period for use as the judgment condition of the time period in which the incoming call request reception time is located, and for example, 10:00 to 12:00 may be a first specified time period and 16:00 to 18:00 may be a second specified time period.
The wearable device emergency contact setting process provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the wearable device emergency contact setting procedure includes the following steps:
step 101, a terminal initiates an incoming call request to a wearable device.
Specifically, the incoming call request can be initiated to the wearable device manually by the end user, that is, the incoming call request is initiated to the wearable device by the user through manual dialing on the terminal. When the terminal is a mobile terminal, application software (such as dialing software) can be pre-installed in the mobile terminal, a timed call is set in the dialing software, and when the preset time is up, the dialing software on the mobile terminal automatically initiates an incoming call request to the wearable device, so that the operation of manual dialing of a mobile terminal user is simulated.
Generally, a wearable device has a called function, that is, the wearable device can receive a calling phone, but does not have a function of talking with a calling party (terminal), and therefore, after the terminal initiates an incoming call request to the wearable device and keeps the incoming call request for a while, the incoming call request is terminated (i.e., the phone is hung up).
And step 102, the wearable device acquires the telephone number of the terminal according to the incoming call request and acquires incoming call data of the incoming call request.
The incoming call data reflects a wearable device emergency contact setting policy, and may include one or any combination of the following: the time length of the incoming call request, the number of times of the incoming call request in unit time, and the time period of the incoming call request.
Specifically, when the wearable device receives a call request initiated by the terminal, the wearable device starts to record the receiving time of the call request (namely the starting time of the call request and the time when the terminal starts to make a call), when the call request is ended (namely the terminal hangs up the call and stops ringing), the wearable device records the ending time of the call request, and calculates the duration of the call request according to the receiving time and the receiving time of the call request.
If the incoming call data also includes a time period of the incoming call request, the wearable device can further determine a time period during which the time of receipt of the incoming call request is after recording the time of receipt of the incoming call request. The time period division rule is preset in the wearable device, and may be set by a manufacturer of the wearable device, or may be set by a user of the wearable device when the wearable device is initialized.
When the incoming call data includes the number of incoming call requests per unit time, the wearable device counts the number of times that the terminal makes the incoming call request to the device per unit time, for example, counts the number of times that the terminal makes the incoming call request to the device within one minute. Specifically, the unit time can be timed by setting the timer, and the number of times of incoming call requests is counted by setting the counter, so that the counting of the number of times of the incoming call requests initiated by the terminal to the wearable device in the unit time is realized, and the specific implementation modes of the timer and the counter belong to the prior art and are not repeated herein.
The parameters specifically contained in the incoming call data of the incoming call request can be set by a manufacturer of the wearable device, and the parameter values of the incoming call data of the incoming call request, namely the first threshold, the second threshold and the specified time period, can be set and adjusted by a user of the wearable device, so that the emergency contact setting policy can be established and adjusted.
Step 103, the wearable device judges whether the incoming call data of the incoming call request meet the setting condition of the emergency contact person, if so, step 104 is executed, otherwise, the process is ended.
Specifically, if the wearable device determines that the incoming call data of the incoming call request meets the emergency contact setting condition, an emergency contact is set according to the phone number of the terminal, that is, step 104 is executed, and if the wearable device determines that the incoming call data of the incoming call request does not meet the emergency contact setting condition, the wearable device emergency contact setting procedure is ended.
The emergency contact setting condition is considered to be satisfied when one or any combination of the following conditions is satisfied:
(1) the incoming call request time length is greater than a first threshold value;
(2) the number of times that the terminal initiates incoming call requests to the wearable device in unit time is larger than a second threshold;
(3) the time period during which the incoming call request is received is a specified time period.
And 104, the wearable device sets an emergency contact according to the telephone number of the terminal.
Specifically, when the wearable device judges that the incoming call data of the incoming call request meet the setting condition of the emergency contact, the phone number of the terminal is stored in an emergency contact list.
It should be noted that, if multiple terminals all initiate incoming call requests to the wearable device at different times and the incoming call data of the incoming call requests of the multiple terminals all satisfy the emergency contact setting condition, the wearable device may perform one of the following two operations:
operation one: the wearable device sets the telephone number of the terminal initiating the incoming call request as an emergency contact according to the sequence of the receiving time of each incoming call request, and the priority of the emergency contact is consistent with the sequence of the receiving time of the incoming call request, that is to say, the wearable device can set a plurality of emergency contacts. Specifically, the telephone number of the terminal which initiates the incoming call request at the earliest time is used as the first emergency contact, the telephone number of the terminal which initiates the incoming call request at the second time is used as the second emergency contact, and so on. In this case, it is also possible to further set a plurality of different thresholds for the parameter of each incoming data. For example, if the wearable device allows setting 3 emergency contacts, then 3 different first thresholds may be set for the first emergency contact, the second emergency contact, and the third emergency contact, respectively, as the determination condition of the incoming call request duration.
And operation II: the wearable device enables the phone number of the second terminal initiating the incoming call request to cover the stored phone number of the first terminal initiating the incoming call request, namely, only one emergency contact can be set by the wearable device, and the phone number of the emergency contact is the phone number of the terminal which initiates the incoming call request and meets the setting condition of the emergency contact.
It can be seen from step 101 and step 104 that, by presetting an emergency contact setting policy in the wearable device, the terminal initiates an incoming call request to the wearable device, and if the incoming call data of the incoming call request meets the emergency contact setting policy, the wearable device automatically sets an emergency contact according to the phone number of the terminal, so that a terminal user can set the emergency contact for the wearable device without using the internet but by dialing a phone call, the whole setting process does not need the participation of the user of the wearable device, the wearable device automatically completes the setting operation, the setting operation is simplified, and the problems that a monitored person is in a different place from a guardian, and the monitored person cannot independently complete the setting and changing operations of the emergency contact are solved. In addition, the invention has lower requirements on the terminal equipment and the setting environment, and can realize the setting of the emergency contact person as long as the terminal equipment has the telephone calling function and can complete the telephone call.
Further, after step 104, the wearable device emergency contact setting procedure may further include the following steps:
and S105, the wearable device returns a successful response of setting the emergency contact to the terminal.
Specifically, if the terminal is a fixed terminal, the wearable device may return a successful response to the emergency contact setting to the terminal by way of a phone call. If the terminal is a mobile terminal, the wearable device can also return a successful response of setting of the emergency contact to the terminal by sending prompt information, and the prompt information can be sent by a short message, a multimedia message or a data flow mode.
The prompt information sent by the short message and the multimedia message can be characters or pictures such as "you become an emergency contact of the XX wearable device" and the like sent to the mobile terminal. After the phone of the terminal is dialed through a phone call mode, a voice prompt is broadcasted to inform a terminal user that the emergency contact of the wearable device is set successfully. The sending of the prompt message in the data traffic manner may be sending a string of data streams to the instant messaging software of the mobile terminal to inform that the user of the mobile terminal has successfully set the emergency contact as the wearable device.
It should be noted that the wearable device may determine whether the terminal is a mobile terminal according to the phone number of the terminal. Specifically, the first digit of the telephone number of the mobile terminal is 1, and the first digit of the area code of the fixed terminal telephone number of the continental area in China is 0 (the first digit of the area code of the hong Kong and Australia area is 8), so that whether the terminal initiating the call request is the mobile terminal can be judged by identifying the first digit of the telephone number of the terminal.
As can be seen from the above step 105, after the wearable device successfully sets the emergency contact, the wearable device also returns a response to the terminal to inform the terminal user that the emergency contact is successfully set, and if the terminal does not receive the response returned by the wearable device, it indicates that the terminal user is not successfully set as the emergency contact of the wearable device. Subsequently, the terminal user can log in a website to inquire the parameter setting condition (namely the emergency contact person setting strategy) of the wearable device, so as to initiate an incoming call request to the wearable device again according to the emergency contact person setting strategy, and the setting operation of the emergency contact person is carried out again.
According to the invention, the setting strategy of the emergency contact person can be flexibly adjusted by setting and adjusting the parameter value preset in the wearable device, especially aiming at the scene of changing the telephone number of the emergency contact person, the wearable device can automatically complete the change of the emergency contact person only by using the telephone number of the new terminal to call the wearable device according to the mode meeting the setting strategy of the emergency contact person, and the setting of the emergency contact person is more convenient and faster.
For clearly explaining the technical solution of the present invention, the wearable device emergency contact setting procedure of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to a specific embodiment.
First, a second threshold is preset in the wearable device to be 3 times/minute, and a specified time period is set to be: 11:30-13:30. The setting strategy of the emergency contact is as follows: if the terminal initiates an incoming call request in a specified time period (11:30-13:30) and the incoming call request is greater than 3 times/minute, the emergency contact setting condition is considered to be satisfied, and the telephone number of the terminal initiating the incoming call request may be set as the telephone number of the emergency contact.
The mobile terminal is at 12:00:00 initiates a first incoming call request, and after the incoming call request lasts for 2 seconds, the mobile terminal hangs up the incoming call request. Further, the mobile terminal at 12:00: a second incoming call request is initiated 30, which is suspended by the mobile terminal after 4 seconds. Still further, the mobile terminal, at 12:00: 45 initiates a third incoming call request, and after the incoming call request lasts for 3 seconds, the mobile terminal hangs up the incoming call request. Still further, the mobile terminal, at 12: and 00:55 initiating a fourth incoming call request, and after the incoming call request lasts for 8 seconds, hanging up the incoming call request by the mobile terminal.
When the wearable device receives a first incoming call request initiated by the mobile terminal, the wearable device acquires the telephone number of the mobile terminal according to the incoming call request, records the receiving time of the first call request (namely 12:00:00), and determines the time period of the first incoming call request (namely 11:30-13:30 time period). Similarly, the wearable device processes the second incoming call request, the third incoming call request and the fourth incoming call request in the above way, and respectively obtains the receiving time of the second incoming call request (12: 00: 30) and the receiving time period of the second incoming call request (i.e. 11:30-13:30 time periods), the receiving time of the third incoming call request (12: 00: 45) and the receiving time period of the third incoming call request (i.e. 11:30-13:30 time periods), the receiving time of the fourth incoming call request (12: 00: 55) and the receiving time period of the fourth incoming call request (i.e. 11:30-13:30 time periods).
The wearable device starts timing from 12:00:00, and counts that the mobile terminal initiates four incoming call requests to the device in 1 minute within the time of 12:00:00-12:00: 59. Since the four incoming call requests are all at the specified time period: 11:30-13:30, and the incoming call request is more than 3 times/minute, the emergency contact setting condition is met, so the wearable device stores the phone number of the mobile terminal in the emergency contact list, and the setting of the emergency contact is completed. And then, the wearable device returns prompt information that the setting of the emergency contact person is successful to the mobile terminal in a short message mode so as to inform a user of the mobile terminal that the setting of the emergency contact person is successful.
