针对上述技术问题，本发明提供一种抗衰老组合物及其制备方法。本发明的抗衰老组合物由以下重量份的组分组成：珍珠粉10～30份、杏仁粉30～50份、白芍5～15份、当归10～20份、甘草30～50份、麦冬5～15份、川芎5～15份、独活10～20份、薏仁10～20份、防风10～20份、党参5～15份、米糠10～20份、胶原蛋白粉10～20份、黄芩10～20份、红景天10～20份。
进一步地，由以下重量份的组分组成：珍珠粉15～25份、杏仁粉35～45份、白芍8～12份、当归12～17份、甘草35～45份、麦冬8～13份、川芎9～12份、独活13～18份、薏仁12～17份、防风12～18份、党参8～13份、米糠12～18份、胶原蛋白粉12～18份、黄芩12～18份、红景天12～18份。

(1).按表1配方量，将白芍、当归、甘草、麦冬、川芎、独活、薏仁、防风、党参、米糠、黄芩与红景天晒干粉碎至能通过200目筛；
(2).加入珍珠粉、杏仁粉，混合均匀；
(3).将步骤(2)制得的混合粉末加入到5倍重量的水中，超声煮沸至溶液体积为加热前溶剂体积的1/5，滤去沉淀；加入溶液重量1/10的甘露醇，搅拌至溶解；
(4).每瓶5ml灌装即得。

红景天甙含量测定实施例
按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中“保健食品中红景天甙的测定”第一法进行。
红景天甙标准溶液：准确称取红景天甙标准品0.02g，加入加入溶解并定容至10ml。
试样处理：称取实施例1～5制得的样品各20ml分别于50ml量瓶中，先加入25ml甲醇，超声10min后用甲醇定容至刻度，混匀，再经0.45μm滤膜过滤，为供试品溶液。
色谱条件：色谱柱为C18柱，4.6×250×5μm；柱温为室温；检测波长215nm；流动相为甲醇:0.02mol/l乙酸钠溶液＝9:91；流速为1.0ml/min。
标准曲线绘制：分别配置浓度为0、0.01、0.02、0.05、0.2、0.5μg/ml红景天甙标准溶液，在上述给定的色谱条件下进行分析，以峰面积对浓度做标准曲线。
测试过程：取10μl标准溶液及供试品溶液注入液相色谱仪，以保留时间定性，以试样峰面积与标准比较定量。
计算公式：X＝(A1×C×V)/(A2×m×1000)，其中：X为试样中红景天甙的含量，mg/g；A1为供试品峰面积；C为标准溶液浓度，μg/ml；V为试样定容体积，ml；A2为标准溶液峰面积；m为试样质量，g。结果如表2：

效果实施例
1.对小鼠免疫器官的影响。
取体重为12-15的雄性KM小鼠140只，按体重随机分为实施例1～5组、市售品组和空白对照组共7组。每组20只小鼠。每天灌胃给药一次，对照组灌胃给同体积的蒸馏水，连续7天。末次给药24小时后，处死动物，称体重及胸腺、脾脏的重量，以胸腺或脾脏重量(mg)与体重(g)之比作为胸腺或脾脏系数。结果如表3：

2.对D-半乳糖损伤小鼠脂褐质含量和抗氧化功能酶活力的影响
选用三月龄健康昆明种小鼠雌雄各半共80只，18～20g。随机分为8组：正常组、模型组、市售品组、实施例1～5组。采用单笼饲养，自由摄食与饮水，室温18～20℃，日光灯辅助照明，每日维持光照12小时。
以生理盐水配制的0.96％D-半乳糖，5mg/kg体重，皮下注射造模，每日1次，连续造模6周。加药组经口给予不同受试样品，模型组和正常组给予同体积溶剂，在给受试样品的同时，除正常组外，各组继续给予相同剂量D-半乳糖皮下注射，正常组皮下注射生理盐水，实验结束处死动物，测脂褐质含量和抗氧化功能酶活力。测定结果进行统计处理，结果见表4：

Claims (6)

1.一种抗衰老组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份的组分组成：珍珠粉10～30份、杏仁粉30～50份、白芍5～15份、当归10～20份、甘草30～50份、麦冬5～15份、川芎5～15份、独活10～20份、薏仁10～20份、防风10～20份、党参5～15份、米糠10～20份、黄芩10～20份、红景天1～5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰老组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份的组分组成：珍珠粉15～25份、杏仁粉35～45份、白芍8～12份、当归12～17份、甘草35～45份、麦冬8～13份、川芎9～12份、独活13～18份、薏仁12～17份、防风12～18份、党参8～13份、米糠12～18份、黄芩12～18份、红景天2～4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗衰老组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份的组分组成：珍珠粉20份、杏仁粉40份、白芍10份、当归15份、甘草40份、麦冬10份、川芎10份、独活15份、薏仁15份、防风15份、党参10份、米糠15份、黄芩15份、红景天3份。
4.一种制备如权利要求1～3任意一项所述的一种抗衰老组合物的方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
(1).按配方量，将白芍、当归、甘草、麦冬、川芎、独活、薏仁、防风、党参、米糠、黄芩与红景天晒干粉碎；
(2).加入珍珠粉、杏仁粉，混合均匀；
(3).将步骤(2)制得的混合粉末加入到5倍重量的水中，超声煮沸至溶液体积为加热前溶剂体积的1/5，滤去沉淀；加入溶液重量1/10的甘露醇，搅拌至溶解；
(4).每瓶5ml灌装即得。
5.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗衰老组合物，其特征在于：所述粉碎后的白芍、当归、甘草、麦冬、川芎、独活、薏仁、防风、党参、米糠、黄芩、红景天粉末以及珍珠粉和杏仁粉能通过200目筛。
6.权利要求1～3任意一项所述抗衰老组合物在制备抗衰老的外用护肤品或药品中的用途。
