Abstract

【背景技术】
当前,患者的各种生理参数的测量主要在医疗中心或医疗站进行。渐渐地,患者可独立地使用便携式医学装置以在家进行这样的测量。一般而言,用户仅仅需要用便携式医学装置执行简单和容易的步骤以完成测量。在移动测量模式中,便携式医学装置将通过无线通信(例如,因特网或其他传送技术)与远程服务器通信,以将关于测量的数据发送到远程服务器,并且从远程服务器获得响应以在医学管理中进行帮助。
例如,血压可以用电子血压计在家测量,以及体温可以用医用温度计在家测量。接下来,测量数据经由通信网络发送到医疗中心或类似的服务机构。接下来,数据由医学专家进行分析。因此,在家的日常健康护理可以在专家的指引下进行,提供可靠的健康护理服务。
【发明内容】
本发明特提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种记录生理信号的装置,包含存储单元,用于在时间段储存用户的生理信号;信号分析器,用于分析用户的生理信号以提供分析结果;以及控制器,用于根据分析结果改变时间段。
本发明还提供一种记录生理信号的方法,包含在时间段储存用户的生理信号;分析用户的生理信号以提供分析结果;以及根据分析结果改变时间段。
本发明通过响应于分析结果动态地调整时间段,可以自动地收集大量的生理信号。因此,当在可变时间段获得的生理信号的量是充分的时,用户的健康状况可以经由远程服务器立即诊断。

图1图示了根据本发明的实施例的记录生理信号的装置100。在本实施例中,生理信号可以是心电图(ECG)、肌电图(EMG)、眼球电图(EOG)、胃电图(EGG)、脑电图(EEG)、血压、体温等的用户健康相关的信息。装置100包含生理信号传感器110、存储单元120、信号分析器130、控制器140、用户界面单元150、无线通信模块160和天线170。当装置100正确地连接到用户时,生理信号传感器110能够感测用户的生理状况的一个方面,并获得生理信号Sphy。在装置100中,生理信号Sphy可以同时地提供到存储单元120和信号分析器130。存储单元120可包括存储器125,用于在时间段Tstore储存生理信号Sphy以获得储存后的信号Sphy’。在本实施例中,时间段Tstore是可变的,且可以由来自控制器140的调整信号Sadj控制。在生理信号记录期间,当存储单元120储存生理信号Sphy时,信号分析器130也从生理信号传感器110接收生理信号Sphy,并分析生理信号Sphy以提供分析结果Sana。接下来,控制器140根据分析结果Sana改变时间段,以便可以在生理信号记录期间增加时间段。在本实施例中,调整信号Sadj可以从控制器140发送以通知存储单元120以特定时长来增加时间段。

图3B显示了图示根据本发明的另一实施例的图2的生理信号SECG与用于储存生理信号SECG的时间段Tstore的改变之间的关系的另一示例。请一并参考图2和图3B,装置200的信号分析器可分析图3B的生理信号SECG以派生分析结果。在本实施例中,分析结果指示生理信号SECG是噪声,或生理信号SECG具有饱和片段(如在标号C303显示的)。因此,装置200可经由其显示器显示消息,以通知用户电极没有粘上且需要压紧。同时,装置200的控制器将改变时间段Tstore,且时间段Tstore的长度从时间t3扩大到时间t4,由此获得更多量的生理信号SECG。因此,时间段Tstore的当前长度设置为从0s到时间t4。在一个实施例中,时间段Tstore的扩大后的长度位于一分钟内,即t4<60s。此外,如果分析结果指示生理信号SECG是不正常形态时,则装置200将经由显示器显示消息,以通知用户需要停止记录并改变电极的感测位置。此外,装置200将经由其显示器显示消息,以要求用户输入健康状况(例如,疼痛、心悸、正常等)和服务请求(例如,与医生通信)。此外,装置200可经由服务器240发送健康状况或服务请求到医院250。接下来,响应于健康状况或服务请求,医院250可根据生理信号SECG经由服务器240提供指令到装置200,以便为用户指示后续过程。由于在可变时间段Tstore储存的生理信号SECG足够长,时间段医生可立即诊断,而不需要装置200再次记录使用固定时间段储存的生理信号SECG。
简言之,调整用于储存生理信号的时间段可以以若干途径来实现,且其中的一些将在以下提及。作为示例,时间段的起始时间或停止时间可以改变。对于另一示例,时间段可以是分割为多个片段,且生理信号在多个片段中储存。
图4显示根据本发明的实施例的记录生理信号(个人健康数据)的方法。在本实施例中,生理信号可以是关于心电图(ECG)、肌电图(EMG)、眼球电图(EOG)、胃电图(EGG)、脑电图(EEG)、血压、体温、光电容积脉搏波(PPG)、脉冲血氧定量法(SPO2)、非接触心率/心跳监测、非接触呼吸监测、活动图表等的用户健康信息。首先,在步骤S410,获得并在时间段Tstore储存/记录生理信号Sphy,其中时间段设置为从第一时间点到第二时间点。在到达第二时间点之前,分析所获得的生理信号Sphy以获得分析结果(步骤S420)。在一个实施例中,分析结果包含关于信号类型或所获得的生理信号Sphy的质量的信息。在一个实施例中,时间段Tstore可分割为多个时间段或片段,且所获得的生理信号Sphy的斜率和绝对值在每个时间段计算,以便确定所获得的生理信号Sphy在每个时间段是否饱和、快速转变、具有低信噪比或是平坦线。例如,当所获得的生理信号Sphy的斜率在特定时间段是零时,分析结果将指示所获得的生理信号Sphy在具体时间段是饱和的。接下来,根据分析结果确定是否改变时间段Tstore(步骤S430)。在本实施例中,分析结果指示生理信号Sphy是否是不可靠的,生理信号Sphy是否是噪声,生理信号Sphy的形态是否是不正常的,生理信号Sphy的节奏是否是不正常的,或生理信号Sphy是否是正常的。例如,如果生理信号Sphy是不靠的,则扩大时间段Tstore的长度(步骤S440),即时间段Tstore设置为从第一时间点到第三时间点,其中第三时间点比第二时间点长。相反,如果生理信号Sphy是可靠的,则时间段Tstore的长度不变(步骤S450)。在本实施例中,可以首先检查所获得的生理信号Sphy,以便确定是否要扩大时间段Tstore以便为远程服务器收集更多信息时间段。因此,当发送到远程服务器的生理信号的量是充分的时,用户状态的诊断是准确的和有效率的。此外,当在扩大后的时间段Tstore所获得的生理信号Sphy是正常的时,扩大后的时间段Tstore可保持不变或缩短。
根据实施例,通过响应于分析结果动态地调整时间段Tstore,可以自动地收集大量的生理信号Sphy。因此,当在可变时间段Tstore获得的生理信号Sphy的量是充分的时,用户的健康状况可以经由远程服务器立即诊断。
尽管本发明已经以示例的方式并依据优选实施例来描述,要理解,本发明不限于所公开的实施例。相反,其打算覆盖各种修改和类似设置(如对于本领域技术人员是明显的)。因此,所附的权利要求的范围应该符合最广的解释以包含所有这样的修改和类似设置。
Claims (20)
1.一种记录生理信号的装置,其特征在于,包含:
存储单元,用于在时间段储存用户的生理信号;
信号分析器,用于分析所述用户的所述生理信号以提供分析结果;以及
控制器,用于根据所述分析结果改变所述时间段。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述时间段小于60秒,且所述控制器通过增加所述时间段多于10%来改变所述时间段。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述时间段通过改变所述时间段的起始时间、改变所述时间段的停止时间或将所述时间段分割为多个间隔来改变。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述存储单元经由有线连接以及无线连接中的一个从生理信号传感器接收所述用户的所述生理信号。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户的所述生理信号是心电图信号,且所述分析结果指示所述心电图信号是否是不可靠的、所述心电图信号是否是噪声、所述心电图信号的形态是否是不正常的、所述心电图信号的节奏是否是不正常的以及所述心电图信号是否是正常的其中之一。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述分析结果指示所述心电图信号的形态是不正常的或所述心电图信号是不可靠时,所述控制器扩大所述时间段。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包含:
输入界面,配置为接收输入信息,
其中所述输入信息包含由所述用户输入的健康状况和服务请求的其中之一。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包含:
无线通信模块,配置为将所述用户的所述生理信号和所述输入信息中的一个发送到远程服务器或建立用于所述用户和所述远程服务器之间的在线服务的连接。
9.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包含:
输出界面,配置为根据所述分析结果生成视觉的信号和音频信号中的一个。
10.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包含:
输出界面,配置为当储存所述用户的所述生理信号完成时,生成视觉的信号和音频信号中的一个。
11.一种记录生理信号的方法,其特征在于,包含:
在时间段储存用户的生理信号;
分析所述用户的所述生理信号以提供分析结果;以及
根据所述分析结果改变所述时间段。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述时间段小于60秒,且通过增加所述时间段多于10%来改变所述时间段。
13.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,改变所述时间段的步骤还包含:
改变所述时间段的起始时间;
改变所述时间段的停止时间;或
将所述时间段分割为多个间隔。
14.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,经由有线连接以及无线连接中的一个从生理信号传感器接收所述用户的所述生理信号。
15.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户的所述生理信号是心电图信号,且所述分析结果指示所述心电图信号是否是不可靠的、所述心电图信号是否是噪声、所述心电图信号的形态是否是不正常的、所述心电图信号的节奏是否是不正常的以及所述心电图信号是否是正常的其中之一。
16.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述分析结果指示所述心电图信号的形态时不正常的或所述心电图信号是不可靠时,所述控制器扩大所述时间段。
17.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包含:
将所述用户的所述生理信号发送到远程服务器。
18.如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,还包含:
在所述用户和所述远程服务器之间建立在线服务。
19.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包含:
根据所述分析结果生成视觉的信号和音频信号中的一个。
20.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包含:
当储存所述用户的所述生理信号完成时,生成视觉的信号和音频信号中的一个。
