一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置,涉及一种土壤生态监测装置,所述装置包括箱体、盖子、透水透气孔、尼龙网或不锈钢网、把手;装置为内外两层,外层为长方体箱体,装置上部开口并可拆卸,箱体的六个面均匀分布透水透气孔,装置内层为大小等同于外层的100目尼龙网或不锈钢网;装置的外边沿安装有两个拉手。该装置利用蚯蚓做污染土壤毒性的现场诊断,提供了经济、方便、有效的模拟装置,为得到可靠的土壤环境毒性数据提供了技术保障。

一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置
技术领域
本发明涉及土壤环境生态毒理诊断装置,尤其涉及一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置。
背景技术
土壤生态***中,蚯蚓是最重要的栖息者之一。一方面,蚯蚓能够改善土壤的通气、保水和排水,提高土壤的养分循环速度,调节土壤微生物区系的组成,改善土壤生态***的功能;另一方面,蚯蚓在陆地生态***中具有特殊地位,它是很多动物如鼠类、鸟类等的食物,因此在某种意义上,它是连接土壤圈与大气圈的重要环节。
在土壤污染生态毒理诊断研究中,由于蚯蚓分布广泛,且对土壤污染胁迫较敏感,因而蚯蚓成为土壤污染状况检测的重要生物指标之一,也是许多生态毒理国际标准中推荐使用的模式生物。目前,关于土壤污染的蚯蚓毒理学诊断研究,主要是以蚯蚓的存活率(或死亡率)、蚯蚓体重增长率和蚯蚓繁殖率等指标变化响应为研究对象,检验土壤污染的状况。然而,上述相关研究目前主要依赖于实验室异位诊断手段,但随着土壤污染生态毒理诊断研究和实际应用的深入发展,急需开展以原位毒性诊断为手段的研究,因此,设计更为适应开展蚯蚓原位生态毒性诊断的实验装置则尤为重要,这是保障研究顺利开展以及获得可靠数据的首要条件,这也是本专利的主要目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置,该装置利用蚯蚓做污染土壤毒性的现场诊断,提供了经济、方便、有效的模拟装置,为得到可靠的土壤环境毒性数据提供了技术保障。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置,所述装置包括箱体、盖子、透水透气孔、尼龙网或不锈钢网、把手;装置为内外两层,外层为长方体箱体,装置上部开口并可拆卸,箱体的六个面均匀分布透水透气孔,装置内层为大小等同于外层的100目尼龙网或不锈钢网;装置的外边沿安装有两个拉手。
所述的一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置,所述外层箱体长为20-40cm、宽为20-40cm、高为20-50cm。
所述的一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置,所述装置立方体的六个面均匀打孔的孔径为2.5mm,孔径间距为3cm。
本发明的优点与效果是:
本发明为利用蚯蚓开展污染土壤毒性的现场诊断提供了经济、方便、有效的模拟装置,为得到更为可靠的检测土壤环境毒性数据提供技术保障。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
如图1所示,图中标记:1、箱体;2、盖子;3、透水透气孔,4、尼龙网或不锈钢网;5、把手。
本发明一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置,装置分为内外两层,外层主体材料为有机玻璃或塑料,形状为长方体箱体,箱体长为20-40cm、宽为20-40cm、高为20-50cm,装置上部开口并可拆卸,立方体的6个面均匀打孔,孔径2.5mm,间距为3cm。装置内层为大小等同于外层的100目尼龙网或不锈钢网。在装置的外边沿安装有2个拉手。
实验操作时,将实验装置带到需要开展毒性诊断的场地,在监测点挖出与装置体积接近的土,去除土中原有的蚯蚓,将土壤装入培养装置,将适当数量的蚯蚓放入装置,盖好盖子,再将装置放回监测点位,并根据实验需要进行短期或者长期监测。监测过程在野外现场进行,有利于得到更可靠的实验结果。

1.一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括箱体、盖子、透水透气孔、尼龙网或不锈钢网、把手;装置为内外两层,外层为长方体箱体,装置上部开口并可拆卸,箱体的六个面均匀分布透水透气孔,装置内层为大小等同于外层的100目尼龙网或不锈钢网;装置的外边沿安装有两个拉手。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置,其特征在于,所述外层箱体长为20-40cm、宽为20-40cm、高为20-50cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于土壤生态毒性诊断的蚯蚓原位监测装置,其特征在于,所述装置立方体的六个面均匀打孔的孔径为2.5mm,孔径间距为3cm。
