Abstract
The invention discloses a dispersant, which is prepared from the following components of sodium polymethacrylate, sodium hydroxide, white carbon black, ethanolamine, diethanolamine, n-amyl alcohol, malonic acid, phosphate and sodium sulfite; the dispersant can reduce the surface tension of the water-based environment-friendly paint, enhance the wetting effect on pigment particles, stably disperse the pigment particles in a liquid phase, and firmly adsorb the pigment particles on the surfaces of the pigment particles, so that the pigment particles are stably suspended in a water solvent to achieve the optimal dispersing effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemicals, in particular to a dispersing agent.
Background
The dispersant is a surfactant which has two opposite properties of lipophilicity and hydrophilcity in a molecule, can uniformly disperse solid particles of inorganic and organic pigments which are difficult to dissolve in liquid, and simultaneously prevents the solid particles from settling and agglomerating. The requirements of people on health and environmental protection are improved, and the water-based environment-friendly coating becomes a new favorite in the field of architectural decoration. However, the surface tension of water is much greater than that of organic solvents, and some additives are needed to reduce the surface tension of water, enhance the wetting effect on pigment particles and stably disperse the pigment particles in a liquid phase. However, many dispersants produced in the existing market have insignificant dispersing effect and low efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dispersing agent.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a dispersing agent is prepared from the following components, by weight, 35 parts of sodium polymethacrylate, 2 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2 parts of white carbon black, 1 part of ethanolamine, 8 parts of diethanolamine, 1 part of n-amyl alcohol, 3 parts of malonic acid, 2 parts of phosphate and 4 parts of sodium sulfite; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) adding 60 parts by weight of acetone into a reaction kettle, heating to 75-80 ℃, carrying out constant temperature treatment for 1-1.5 hours, adding sodium polymethacrylate and ethanolamine, and reacting for 6-8 hours at the pressure of 10-15Mpa and the temperature of 95-100 ℃;
2) introducing nitrogen into n-pentanol, malonic acid and white carbon black at the temperature of 55-60 ℃ and the pressure of 15-18MPa to react for 40-45 minutes;
3) mixing the raw materials obtained in 1) and 2), heating to 60 ℃, adding diethanol amine, adding phosphate when the temperature rises to 85 ℃, stopping heating when the temperature rises to 130 ℃, reacting for 2-3 hours, quickly cooling to 35-40 ℃, and taking out the materials;
4) grinding the material taken out in the step 3) in a colloid mill for 0.5-1 hour, then putting the ground material in a stirring cylinder, adding sodium sulfite, and stirring for 30 minutes;
5) removing acetone from the material in 4), adding sodium hydroxide, adjusting the pH =8.0-8.5, stirring for 10 minutes, sealing for 30-40 minutes, and homogenizing in a homogenizer for 45 minutes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the dispersing agent disclosed by the invention can reduce the surface tension of the water-based environment-friendly coating, enhances the wetting effect on pigment particles, enables the pigment particles to be stably dispersed in a liquid phase, and can be firmly adsorbed on the surfaces of the pigment particles, so that the pigment particles are stably suspended in an aqueous solvent to achieve the optimal dispersing effect, and the dispersing effect and the dispersing speed are improved by adding the modified white carbon black.
