Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将冷却介质或润滑介质输送至旋转工具的装置,所述旋转工具在车床内被夹紧。
背景技术
已知的是,在具有旋转工具的车床内(所述车床不具有或只具有一个将冷却液或润滑液沿着所述工具的外侧输送至切削刃的输送装置),通过合适的装置来设置:将冷却液或润滑液输送至在工具内部中延伸的通道(内部冷却)。在EP 2 493 654 B1中例如描述了这样的装置:所述装置包括在内部与***工具固定相连的套筒和在外部相对于工具固定的套筒,其中,所述两个套筒相对彼此密封,并且所述外套筒设有用于冷却介质或润滑介质管路的接口。
在加工期间的切割冷却以及切屑移除对于车床也是重要的课题。在自动车床上进行切削加工时,可以通过在切削刃上适宜地冷却来实现提高工具的使用寿命和改善表面品质。对于车床而言,一种正如由旋转工具所已知的解决方案至今未被看作是必需的,因为没有其它可能来将冷却液或润滑液输送至固定工具的切削刃。
结果表明,通过借助于内部冷却的车床以优化的切削参数进行加工能够提高产量。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种输送装置用于将冷却液或润滑液输送至背侧,即,所述背侧是车床内的工具的背向所述切削刃的一侧,该工具设有通道用于内部冷却。在此,由于在现代的长式自动车床内越来越窄的空间关系,因此针对内部冷却需要尽可能紧凑的解决方案。
所述任务根据本发明通过一种开头描述的类型的、具有本发明所述特征的装置得以解决。

具体实施方式
如在图1和图2中所示,车床的工具保持部具有用于型号HK的标准夹紧钳9的接收锥体,该接收锥体具有柱状孔用于接收具有切削刃11的工具10的柄部。具有***工具的所述夹紧钳以已知的方式借助于夹紧螺母2压到接收锥体内以将工具柄部固定在夹紧钳内,所述夹紧螺母被旋拧到工具保持部处的外螺纹上。
为了夹紧螺母的旋上和松开,该夹紧螺母设有自身已知的端侧或者径向的轮廓,适配于轮廓槽的扳手5配合到所述轮廓内,所述扳手在图4中示意性示出。
在所述轮廓槽的径向内部,自身已知的密封垫片14置入到夹紧螺母的工具侧开口内,所述密封垫片使内部空间相对于外侧密封,从而冷却液或润滑液仅能够通过存在于工具内的通道到达至切削刃。
夹紧螺母2同时构造为用于冷却液或润滑液的输送装置的内套筒。为了这个目的,夹紧螺母的外侧上的外柱面设有轴向间隔开的环绕的三个凹槽,这些凹槽中的中间凹槽6通过一些径向孔7与夹紧螺母的内部空间相连接。所述另外两个凹槽用于接收密封环3。
环状的外套筒1具有内柱面,该内柱面具有这样的直径:该直径如此相应于夹紧螺母的外柱面的直径,使得在接合状态下外套筒以滑动轴承的方式安置在夹紧螺母(或者说内套筒)上。在接合位置中,外套筒以卡环4固定以防轴向运动,针对该卡环,夹紧螺母具有在外柱面的工具侧上的另一环形凹槽。通过密封环3使得所述中间凹槽两侧上的、内套筒与外套筒之间的微小的环形间隙被有效地密封。夹紧螺母(或者说内套筒)2因此可以在外套筒内旋转。
用于所述两个密封环的凹槽可以替代地设置在外套筒内。同样地,所述中间凹槽可以替代地设置在外套筒的内柱面内,在所述中间凹槽内实现了液体至径向孔7的分配。
外套筒1设有自身已知的接口8用于软管装配,即设有贯通的螺纹孔。当所述装置加载冷却液或润滑液时,所述冷却液或润滑液通过外套筒内的孔到达至中间环形凹槽6、并且继续通过内套筒内的孔7到达至夹紧钳。通过夹紧钳的缝隙,使冷却液或润滑液到达至工具的背侧、并且进入到存在于工具内的轴向通道内。
通过外套筒与夹紧螺母(或者说内套筒)之间的可旋转性可以使得夹紧螺母松开用于工具更换并且接着又拧紧,而不需要使输送软管与外套筒分离。因此能够在机器上非常简单直接地进行工具更换。
在图3中所示的实施例中,自身已知的冷却盘置入到夹紧螺母的工具侧的开口内,所述冷却盘产生沿着工具外侧层流的冷却液层或润滑液层。所述实施方式其余与先前描述相一致。

Claims (3)

1.一种在车床内的抗扭转的工具保持部,包括:夹紧螺母,用于夹紧一夹紧钳,该夹紧钳具有***的工具柄部,和输送装置,用于将冷却液或润滑液输送至抗扭转的、被夹紧在车床内的工具,
其中,所述夹紧螺母包括:外柱面和一个或多个从所述外柱面引导至所述夹紧螺母内侧的孔,
所述工具保持部还包括:
具有内柱面的环状外套筒,该内柱面适配于所述夹紧螺母的外柱面,从而使得所述外套筒相对于所述夹紧螺母能够旋转,
引导至所述外套筒内表面的软管接口,用于输送冷却液或润滑液,
设置在所述柱面之一中的第一环槽,用于分配所述冷却液或润滑液,
在第一环槽两侧的另外的环槽,以及
设置在所述另外的环槽内的密封环,
由此在工作期间所述夹紧螺母和所述外套筒相对于彼此处于旋转固定的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工具保持部,其特征在于,所述夹紧螺母设有轮廓,用于与扳手配合。
3.一种用于将冷却液或润滑液输送至通过夹紧螺母被夹紧在夹紧钳内的工具的输送装置的用途,包括:
-将一个或多个孔从夹紧螺母的外侧上的外柱面引导至所述夹紧螺母内侧,
-将环状外套筒的内柱面适配于所述夹紧螺母的外柱面,
-将软管接口引导至所述外套筒内表面,用于输送冷却液或润滑液,
-在所述柱面之一中设置第一环槽,用于分配所述冷却液或润滑液,
-在第一环槽两侧设置另外的环槽,
-在所述另外的环槽内设置密封环。
