本发明公开一种自动UV喷涂传送机构,包括:箱体以及设置在所述箱体下方的水帘过滤装置;所述水帘过滤装置的上方设置不锈钢链条传送机构;所述不锈钢链条传送机构的两端分别为进口端和出口端;所述出口端的下方设置UV灯照射组;所述不锈钢链条机构的上方设置喷涂装置。所述自动UV喷涂传送机构可以在制程运送中减去治具的使用,降低了生产成本和人工成本,减少了工艺流程中的繁琐动作,自动化加工,喷涂效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动UV喷涂传送机构。
背景技术
目前,UV自动喷涂设备广泛应用于工件外观涂层自动化加工操作,主要以一体化的制作方式为主,即喷涂、烘烤、固烤的作业方式以传送带方式依次连接进行,加工过程中所需要的工件必需全部都集中放置在治具上备用,增加了生产成本和耗材成本,降低了企业生产效率;而传统技术在制程中需要在工件的下方衬托治具,从入料口进入后经过层层工位到达收料口,取完工件后还要由人工将治具再重新搬移至入料口,增大了劳动强度,造成了人力上的浪费,且传输机构的维护维修成本高,过程繁琐,耽误生产进程,增大了企业的生产成本,降低了企业的生产效率。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明公开一种自动UV喷涂传送机构,包括:箱体以及设置在所述箱体下方的水帘过滤装置;所述水帘过滤装置的上方设置不锈钢链条传送机构;所述不锈钢链条传送机构的两端分别为进口端和出口端;所述出口端的下方设置UV灯照射组;所述不锈钢链条机构的上方设置喷涂装置。
优选地,所述喷涂装置包括设置在所述箱体内的横梁以及滑动连接在所述横梁上的喷涂头。
优选地,所述水帘过滤装置包括吸水口管路和过滤装置。
优选地,所述不锈钢链条传送机构的两端下方设置支架;所述UV灯照射组连接在支架上。
本发明的有益效果是所述自动UV喷涂传送机构可以在制程运送中减去治具的使用,降低了生产成本和人工成本,减少了工艺流程中的繁琐动作,自动化加工,喷涂效果好。

如图所示,本发明公开一种自动UV喷涂传送机构,包括:箱体1以及设置在所述箱体1下方的水帘过滤装置2;所述水帘过滤装置2的上方设置不锈钢链条传送机构3;所述不锈钢链条传送机构3的两端分别为进口端和出口端;所述出口端的下方设置UV灯照射组4;所述不锈钢链条机构3的上方设置喷涂装置。所述喷涂装置包括设置在所述箱体内的横梁5以及滑动连接在所述横梁5上的喷涂头6。所述水帘过滤装置2包括吸水口管路7和过滤装置。所述不锈钢链条传送机构3的两端下方设置支架8;所述UV灯照射组4连接在支架8上。所述自动UV喷涂传送机构可以在制程运送中减去治具的使用,降低了生产成本和人工成本,减少了工艺流程中的繁琐动作,自动化加工,喷涂效果好。

1.一种自动UV喷涂传送机构,其特征在于,包括:箱体以及设置在所述箱体下方的水帘过滤装置;所述水帘过滤装置的上方设置不锈钢链条传送机构;所述不锈钢链条传送机构的两端分别为进口端和出口端;所述出口端的下方设置UV灯照射组;所述不锈钢链条机构的上方设置喷涂装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动UV喷涂传送机构,其特征在于:所述喷涂装置包括设置在所述箱体内的横梁以及滑动连接在所述横梁上的喷涂头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动UV喷涂传送机构,其特征在于:所述水帘过滤装置包括吸水口管路和过滤装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动UV喷涂传送机构,其特征在于:所述不锈钢链条传送机构的两端下方设置支架;所述UV灯照射组连接在支架上。
