本发明公开了一种过滤网清洗方便的橘子型空气净化器,包括:底座及上盖,所述底座呈半圆形设置,所述底座设有一收容空间,所述收容空间内设有香薰杯杯座及位于香薰杯杯座上方的香薰杯及过滤芯装置,所述过滤芯装置套设于香薰杯的外侧,所述底座的底部设有环形进风口,所述上盖包括与底座相配合的第一盖部及设置于第一盖部上方的第二盖部,所述第一盖部与第二盖部之间设有凹槽,所述底座的外侧设有外螺纹,所述第一盖部的内侧设有内螺纹,所述第一盖部内设有风机及电路板,所述第一盖部的上方设有与凹槽相通的环形出风口,所述第一盖部的外侧设有电源开关及电源插口,从而可方便过滤网频繁清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器领域,尤其涉及一种过滤网清洗方便的橘子型空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用 、商用、工业、楼宇。现有技术中的空气净化器对过滤空气中的颗粒物有良好的效果,但是不具有抗病毒、杀菌的功能,致使有害物在空气净化器滤芯上大量繁殖,从而威胁人们的健康,另外,现有技术中的空气净化器封装的时候均采用固定件封装,如果需要对滤芯进行清洗,需要对整个空气净化器进行拆卸,非常不便,而且该种结构的空气净化器由于结构原因使得人们无法频繁的对滤芯进行清洗,因此被污染的滤芯在使用过程中很容易造成二次污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单、安装方便的可频繁对滤芯进行清洗的橘子型空气净化器。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种过滤网清洗方便的橘子型空气净化器,包括:底座及上盖,所述底座与上盖合在一起呈橘子型,所述底座呈半圆形设置,所述底座设有一收容空间,所述收容空间内设有香薰杯杯座及位于香薰杯杯座上方的香薰杯及过滤芯装置,所述过滤芯装置套设于香薰杯的外侧,所述过滤芯装置呈圆柱形设置,所述过滤芯装置包括上框架、下框架及卡扣于上框架与下框架之间的过滤芯,所述上框架包括第一圆形主体部、自第一圆形主体部的外缘弯折延伸的第一卡扣边及自第一圆形主体部的内缘弯折延伸的第二卡扣边,所述下框架的结构与上框架相同,所述过滤芯包括:HEPA过滤层、冷触媒过滤层、纳米银过滤层、纳米铜过滤层及竹炭过滤层,所述底座的底部设有环形进风口,所述上盖包括与底座相配合的第一盖部及设置于第一盖部上方的第二盖部,所述第一盖部与第二盖部之间设有凹槽,所述底座的外侧设有外螺纹,所述第一盖部的内侧设有与外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,所述第一盖部内设有风机及电路板,所述第一盖部的上方设有与凹槽相通的环形出风口,所述第一盖部的外侧设有电源开关及电源插口,所述电路板通过电路分别与风机、电源开关及电源插口相连。
优选地,在上述的一种过滤网清洗方便的橘子型空气净化器中,所述第二盖部的上方设有橘柄部及橘叶部。
优选地,在上述的一种过滤网清洗方便的橘子型空气净化器中,所述竹炭过滤层呈折叠状设置。
优选地,在上述的一种过滤网清洗方便的橘子型空气净化器中,所述第二盖部的外侧涂覆有光触媒涂层。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中的空气净化器结构简单、安装方便、造型美观,通过将上盖与底座旋转拧开,即可将底座内的过滤芯装置拿出水洗清洁,清洗起来非常方便,可对过滤芯装置进行频繁清洗,从而可避免因过滤芯藏污纳垢而对空气造成二次污染;本发明中的空气净化器通过在底座内设置香薰杯,从而可在香薰杯内添加精油,使精油自然挥发净化空气。

参图1所示,一种过滤网清洗方便的橘子型空气净化器,包括:底座1及上盖2,所述底座1与上盖2合在一起呈橘子型,所述底座1呈半圆形设置,所述底座1设有一收容空间3,所述收容空间3内设有香薰杯杯座及位于香薰杯杯座上方的香薰杯4及过滤芯装置5,所述过滤芯装置5套设于香薰杯4的外侧,所述过滤芯装置5呈圆柱形设置,所述过滤芯装置5包括上框架6、下框架7及卡扣于上框架6与下框架7之间的过滤芯8,所述上框架6包括第一圆形主体部9、自第一圆形主体部9的外缘弯折延伸的第一卡扣边10及自第一圆形主体部9的内缘弯折延伸的第二卡扣边11,所述下框架7的结构与上框架6相同,所述过滤芯8包括:HEPA过滤层、冷触媒过滤层、纳米银过滤层、纳米铜过滤层及竹炭过滤层,所述竹炭过滤层呈折叠状设置。通过设置纳米银过滤层及纳米铜过滤层两层抗菌过滤层,可大大提高抗菌功能。所述底座1的底部设有环形进风口12,所述上盖2包括与底座1相配合的第一盖部13及设置于第一盖部13上方的第二盖部14,所述第一盖部13与第二盖部14之间设有凹槽15,所述底座1的外侧设有外螺纹16,所述第一盖部13的内侧设有与外螺纹16相配合的内螺纹17,所述第一盖部13内设有风机及电路板,所述第一盖部13的上方设有与凹槽15相通的环形出风口18,所述第一盖部13的外侧设有电源开关19及电源插口,所述电路板通过电路分别与风机、电源开关及电源插口相连。所述第二盖部14的上方设有橘柄部20及橘叶部21。所述第二盖部14的外侧涂覆有光触媒涂层。所述光触媒涂层可以将其周围的氧气和水分子转换成极具活性的活性氧层,这种活性氧又可以将周围的有机物质(甲醛,乙醛,氨,细菌等)分解为水和 CO2。
综上所述,本发明中的空气净化器结构简单、安装方便、造型美观,通过将上盖与底座旋转拧开,即可将底座内的过滤芯装置拿出水洗清洁,清洗起来非常方便,可对过滤芯装置进行频繁清洗,从而可避免因过滤芯藏污纳垢而对空气造成二次污染;本发明中的空气净化器通过在底座内设置香薰杯,从而可在香薰杯内添加精油,使精油自然挥发净化空气。

1.一种过滤网清洗方便的橘子型空气净化器,其特征在于,包括:底座及上盖,所述底座与上盖合在一起呈橘子型,所述底座呈半圆形设置,所述底座设有一收容空间,所述收容空间内设有香薰杯杯座及位于香薰杯杯座上方的香薰杯及过滤芯装置,所述过滤芯装置套设于香薰杯的外侧,所述过滤芯装置呈圆柱形设置,所述过滤芯装置包括上框架、下框架及卡扣于上框架与下框架之间的过滤芯,所述上框架包括第一圆形主体部、自第一圆形主体部的外缘弯折延伸的第一卡扣边及自第一圆形主体部的内缘弯折延伸的第二卡扣边,所述下框架的结构与上框架相同,所述过滤芯包括:HEPA过滤层、冷触媒过滤层、纳米银过滤层、纳米铜过滤层及竹炭过滤层,所述底座的底部设有环形进风口,所述上盖包括与底座相配合的第一盖部及设置于第一盖部上方的第二盖部,所述第一盖部与第二盖部之间设有凹槽,所述底座的外侧设有外螺纹,所述第一盖部的内侧设有与外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,所述第一盖部内设有风机及电路板,所述第一盖部的上方设有与凹槽相通的环形出风口,所述第一盖部的外侧设有电源开关及电源插口,所述电路板通过电路分别与风机、电源开关及电源插口相连;所述第二盖部的上方设有橘柄部及橘叶部;所述竹炭过滤层呈折叠状设置;所述第二盖部的外侧涂覆有光触媒涂层。
