具有保护罩的机床
技术领域
本发明涉及具有保护罩的机床,尤其涉及具备适于使可伴随机械的移动而移动的保护罩的动作平滑的构造的具有保护罩的机床。
背景技术
在机床中,为了防止加工中产生的切屑堆积于对工作台、床鞍或立柱进行驱动的配件,或者为了防止加工中使用的冷却液飞溅至对工作台、床鞍或立柱进行驱动的配件,通常以覆盖这些配件的方式,设置有在进给轴的轴移动时伸缩的伸缩罩(例如日本特开2001—246531号公报)。0001使用图3A、B对以往的具备伸缩罩的机床进行说明。图3A是具备伸缩罩的机床的俯视图,图3B是主视图。
在床体1上介由床鞍2载置有用于固定工件7的工作台3。在床体1的后方设置有立柱4,该立柱4对前端安装有工具6的主轴5进行支撑。在床体1的周围设有防溅罩8,该防溅罩8被配置为从床体1的上部覆盖机床整体。0002在床鞍2与工作台3之间设置有未图示的进给机构,构成为通过驱动该进给机构,工作台3向图中箭头方向移动。而且,为了保护伴随工作台3的移动而向上部露出的床鞍2上表面、进给机构等不受切屑、冷却液等影响,而在工作台3的正面部、背面部、两侧面部分别设置有伸缩罩9、10、11、12。
在具有使用图3A、B来说明的那样的伸缩罩的机床中,虽然能够过伸缩罩来防止切屑向所保护的配件堆积、防止冷却液向所保护的配件飞溅,但是由于切屑、污垢堆积于伸缩罩,或罩自身的摩擦、罩自身磨损或变形,而存在伸缩罩变得无法平滑地动作的情况,由于这种原因而存在导致伸缩罩破损、加工品精度下降的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,在具有可伴随伸缩罩等机械的移动而移动的保护罩的机床中,提供适于使保护罩的动作平滑的构造。
本发明的具有保护罩的机床是具备使多个罩依次重叠且在机床的可动部的移动方向上伸缩自如地形成的伸缩罩的机床,具有向该伸缩罩的滑动部位供给润滑剂的润滑剂供给单元。
也可以为,上述润滑剂供给单元具有对从上述润滑剂供给单元向上述伸缩罩的滑动部位供给的上述润滑剂的量进行调整的润滑剂供给量调整单元。
也可以为,上述润滑剂供给量调整单元根据供给上述润滑剂的上述伸缩罩的滑动部位的位置来变更所供给的上述润滑剂的量。
也可以为,上述润滑剂供给量调整单元根据加工条件来变更所供给的上述润滑剂的量。
也可以为,上述润滑剂供给量调整单元根据加工的工件的材质来变更所供给的上述润滑剂的量。
也可以为,上述润滑剂供给量调整单元根据上述机床的工作时间来变更所供给的上述润滑剂的量。
也可以为,上述润滑剂供给单元具有对从上述润滑剂供给单元向上述伸缩罩的滑动部位供给上述润滑剂的频率进行调整的润滑剂滴下频率调整单元。

本发明通过具备以上的结构,能够使机床所具备的伸缩罩的动作平滑,并且还能与基于伸缩罩位置的切屑堆积量的不同、基于加工条件的切屑产生量的不同、基于工件材质的切屑性质的不同、机械的使用期间或工作状况的不同相对应地来防止伸缩罩破损、加工品精度下降。

另外,也可以根据加工条件、加工程序中主轴的转速、进给量等的与加工相关的指令值,在润滑剂供给装置15中使用润滑剂滴下量调整单元来变更调整润滑剂的供给量,从而变更滴下量。0006再有,还可以根据机床的使用周期、工作时间,在润滑剂供给装置15中使用润滑剂滴下量调整单元来变更调整润滑剂的供给量,从而变更润滑剂的滴下量。

1.一种具有保护罩的机床,是具备使多个罩依次重叠且在机床的可动部的移动方向上伸缩自如地形成的伸缩罩的机床,上述具有保护罩的机床的特征在于,
该具有保护罩的机床具有向该伸缩罩的滑动部位供给润滑剂的润滑剂供给单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保护罩的机床,其特征在于,
上述润滑剂供给单元具有对从上述润滑剂供给单元向上述伸缩罩的滑动部位供给的上述润滑剂的量进行调整的润滑剂供给量调整单元。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有保护罩的机床,其特征在于,
上述润滑剂供给量调整单元根据供给上述润滑剂的上述伸缩罩的滑动部位的位置来变更所供给的上述润滑剂的量。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的具有保护罩的机床,其特征在于,
上述润滑剂供给量调整单元根据加工条件来变更所供给的上述润滑剂的量。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的具有保护罩的机床,其特征在于,
上述润滑剂供给量调整单元根据加工的工件的材质来变更所供给的上述润滑剂的量。

上述润滑剂供给量调整单元根据上述机床的工作时间来变更所供给的上述润滑剂的量。
