技术领域
本公开内容涉及一种端部密封倾斜阀。更具体地,本公开内容涉及一种用于加压分配容器的端部密封倾斜阀。
背景技术
多种不同类型的产品在容器中出售,所述容器包括端部阀以使消费者能够获取容器中的物品。例如,产品(诸如发泡剃须凝胶、发泡牙膏、各种食品以及发泡发用产品)在具有端部阀的容器中出售。消费者偏转设置在包含产品的容器上的倾斜阀来从容器中释放产品。
这种发泡产品可能会导致“后流淌”(“afterdrool”),即保留在阀密封下游的任意产品通道中的产品量膨胀并从容器的产品输送孔中挤出。
下面描述的方法和***减少或避免这种“后流淌”或不需要的产品分配,例如,以使得在阀关闭后,使暴露于大气的食品量减少到接近于零,并且由此将潜在的损失最小化。

具体实施方式

壳体105的轮廓是波形的。如图3所示,在填充操作期间,当阀100沿力F的方向轴向被完全地压下时,肩部145与孔165重合或邻近;座115和壳体105之间的间隙170的宽度因壳体105的外径在肩部145处的减小而增加。在产品分配期间,在阀杆110被完全地轴向压下时将产品的填充速度最大化,同时保持壳密封件120的完整性。
阀杆110被“缩颈”或具有枢转点155,以减小阀100、500从关闭分配位置移动至打开分配位置的力,并为在阀杆110和壳体105部件之间的差异移动建立特定的枢转点,由此提供一致的打开产品流动轮廓。
端部密封件150的下游端成形为利用容器300的内部压力来补充弹簧125的机械弹簧压力,以确保在试验(rest-test)时有效的密封件可以证明在满足阀100、500功能的条件下不一定必须需要弹簧-这对于接触金属部件可能导致降解的产品是有利的。
通过提供一致的壳体105的顶部表面轮廓和孔的几何形状,改善了阀100、500的密封功能。通过使阀弹簧的关闭力和筒体压力集中在较小的表面区域上,可以强化密封环135和/或阀杆环140的密封性能。
通过将端部密封件150下游的产品通道最小化,从端部密封件150至开孔133的距离减少或消除“后流淌”或不需要的产品分配。

Claims (17)

1.一种阀,所述阀包括:
端部密封组件,所述端部密封组件具有第一部分和第二部分;
具有孔的安装座,所述端部密封组件的所述第一部分通过所述孔,从而在所述安装座和所述第一部分之间形成间隙;
连接至所述安装座的外壳,所述端部密封组件的所述第二部分在所述外壳中;
在所述外壳和所述端部密封组件之间的壳密封件,所述壳密封件覆盖所述间隙,所述壳密封件能够在通过所述间隙施加预定压力时变形,以在所述外壳和所述端部密封组件之间形成开口。
