Abstract

本发明公开了一种无边框显示设备,显示装置、透镜组和设于所述透镜组和所述显示装置的显示面之间的透明材料层,所述透镜组的外表面为曲面,所述透明材料层至少完全覆盖所述显示装置的显示面。通过在显示装置和透镜组之间设有透明材料层,将透镜组的外表面做成曲面,并使透明材料层完全覆盖显示装置的显示面,真正做到了无边框显示的效果,而且避免了出现干涉现象,保证了显示效果;同时,将显示装置的上偏光片贴合在透镜组的曲面上,避免了现有技术中透镜组直接贴合在显示玻璃上的上偏光片上而造成的偏光片损伤。

无边框显示设备
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种无边框显示设备。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,使用液晶显示装置的用户越来越多,因此人们对液晶显示装置的质量要求也越来越高。目前各厂家的液晶显示装置同质化越来越严重,使得人们出于差异化和体验度的考量主要追求更大的有效显示面积。
为了满足用户需求,市场上甚至出现了完全无边框的显示技术,如图1所示,这种技术具体是在显示装置1的显示面上贴合一层倒梯形截面的棱台形放大体2,同时在显示装置外安装有保护框3,对棱台形放大体2的背部进行支撑。但是,事实上这种组合式的显示设备并不能很好地实现无边框的显示效果。由于棱台形放大体2具有伸出于显示装置两侧的倾斜部分,棱台形放大体2与显示设备的显示玻璃处极易发生干涉,不仅没有达到无边框显示,还会严重影响到显示效果。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种显示效果好的无边框显示设备。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种无边框显示设备,包括显示装置、透镜组和设于所述透镜组和所述显示装置的显示面之间的透明材料层,所述透镜组的外表面为曲面,所述透明材料层至少完全覆盖所述显示装置的显示面。
进一步地,所述透明材料层为光学胶。
进一步地,所述透镜组的外表面贴附有上偏光片。
进一步地,所述显示装置的底面贴附有下偏光片。
进一步地,所述透镜组的四周伸出于所述显示装置,所述透明材料层完全覆盖所述透镜组的底面。
进一步地,所述显示装置的底面贴附有下偏光片,所述下偏光片的边缘伸出于所述显示装置四周。
进一步地,所述透镜组的截面为弓形。
或者,所述的无边框显示设备还包括边框,所述边框紧贴于所述显示装置和所述透镜组的端面。
进一步地,所述边框顶部的内壁设有台阶部,所述透镜组的底面与所述显示面尺寸相同,所述透镜组的顶部朝四周凸出形成凸缘,所述凸缘紧贴所述台阶部。
进一步地,所述透镜组的端面与底面所呈的角度不小于90°。
通过在显示装置和透镜组之间设有透明材料层,将透镜组的外表面做成曲面,并使透明材料层完全覆盖显示装置的显示面,真正做到了无边框显示的效果,而且避免了出现干涉现象,保证了显示效果;同时,将显示装置的上偏光片贴合在透镜组的曲面上,避免了现有技术中透镜组直接贴合在显示玻璃上的上偏光片上而造成的偏光片损伤。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
参阅图2,本发明的无边框显示设备包括显示装置10、透镜组20和设置在透镜组20和显示装置10的显示面之间的透明材料层30,透镜组20的外表面为曲面,透明材料层30至少完全覆盖显示装置10的显示面。
透镜组20具有可见光波长范围的高透过率,通过将其外表的曲面曲率进行设计,曲率偏小的曲面可以减小画面扭曲的风险。由于透镜组20的外表面为曲面,显示装置10与透镜组20之间有一层透明材料层30,显示设备出现干涉的几率大大降低,自透镜组20边缘出射的光线经折射后发散,用户看到的显示画面不具有边框,显示效果好。
优选地,透明材料层30为光学胶,显示装置10为液晶面板,透镜组20的外表面贴附有上偏光片40,显示装置10的底面贴附有下偏光片60。上偏光片40被设置在透镜组20的外表面,避免了安装透镜组20是其被夹在光学玻璃和透镜组20之间造成损坏,而且上偏光片40贴装更方便,也降低了光学玻璃上设置的透明材料层30对上偏光片40的影响。
本实施例中,透镜组20底面的面积大于显示装置10的显示面,该透镜组20截面为弓形,其底面四周伸出于显示装置10,透明材料层30完全覆盖透镜组20的底面。通过合理设置透镜组20伸出显示装置10的尺寸可以有效规避较大的AA区(AtciveArea,有效显示区域)导致的黑边现象。同时,下偏光片60的边缘伸出于显示装置10四周,以提高射入的光的利用率。
实施例2
如图3所示,与实施例1不同,本实施例的无边框显示设备具有边框50,但是其显示出的画面不显示边框,具体是将边框50紧贴于显示装置10和透镜组20的端面,透镜组20的顶面的曲面凸出于边框50,使得显示装置10边缘处的光线经过透镜组20折射后,遮挡住边框50,实现无边框效果。
这里,在边框50顶部的内壁还设置有台阶部51,透镜组20的底面与显示面尺寸相同,透镜组20的顶部朝四周凸出形成距离其底面一段距离的凸缘21,凸缘21紧贴在台阶部51内,透镜组20、显示装置10和边框50三者可以很好地契合在一起。该凸缘21可以是通过打磨形成,优选透镜组20的端面与底面所呈的角度θ不小于90°,以避免影响显示效果。
更进一步地,上偏光片40的四周可以进一步延伸至边框50或显示面,使其部分夹设在透镜组20的端面和边框50之间,可以利用边框50与透镜组20实现辅助定位,降低上偏光片40在透镜组20的曲面上贴附的难度。
通过在显示装置和透镜组之间设有透明材料层,将透镜组的外表面做成曲面,并使透明材料层完全覆盖显示装置的显示面,真正做到了无边框显示的效果,而且避免了出现干涉现象,保证了显示效果;同时,将显示装置的上偏光片贴合在透镜组的曲面上,避免了现有技术中透镜组直接贴合在显示玻璃上的上偏光片上而造成的偏光片损伤,而且光学胶不再影响到上偏光片,上偏光片能够更好地发挥其作用,也能更方便地贴附在透镜组的曲面上。
以上仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种无边框显示设备,其特征在于,包括显示装置(10)、透镜组(20)和设于所述透镜组(20)和所述显示装置(10)的显示面之间的透明材料层(30),所述透镜组(20)的外表面为曲面,所述透明材料层(30)至少完全覆盖所述显示装置(10)的显示面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无边框显示设备,其特征在于,所述透明材料层(30)为光学胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无边框显示设备,其特征在于,所述透镜组(20)的外表面贴附有上偏光片(40)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无边框显示设备,其特征在于,所述显示装置(10)的底面贴附有下偏光片(60)。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的无边框显示设备,其特征在于,所述透镜组(20)的四周伸出于所述显示装置(10),所述透明材料层(30)完全覆盖所述透镜组(20)的底面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无边框显示设备,其特征在于,所述显示装置(10)的底面贴附有下偏光片(60),所述下偏光片(60)的边缘伸出于所述显示装置(10)四周。
7.根据权利要求5所述的无边框显示设备,其特征在于,所述透镜组(20)的截面为弓形。
8.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的无边框显示设备,其特征在于,还包括边框(50),所述边框(50)紧贴于所述显示装置(10)和所述透镜组(20)的端面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无边框显示设备,其特征在于,所述边框(50)顶部的内壁设有台阶部(51),所述透镜组(20)的底面与所述显示面尺寸相同,所述透镜组(20)的顶部朝四周凸出形成凸缘(21),所述凸缘(21)紧贴所述台阶部(51)。
10.根据权利要求8所述的无边框显示设备,其特征在于,所述透镜组(20)的端面与底面所呈的角度不小于90°。
