本发明公开了内墙腻子膏，包括以下组分：方解石粉50wt%~53wt%；灰钙粉10？wt%~13wt%；高岭土3wt%~4。5wt%；膨润土2wt%~4wt%；VAE可再分散性乳胶粉1wt%~1.5wt%；羟丙基甲基纤维素0.5wt%~0.8wt%;木质纤维0.2wt%~0.5wt%;余量为水。本发明的优点是不含甲醛和苯等有害化学物质，且易于保存、使用方便，附着力强。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种建筑装饰材料，具体是指内墙腻子膏。
背景技术
内墙腻子膏是平整墙体表面的一种装饰型材料，用于内墙涂乳胶漆贴壁纸前的基层填充找平。是一种厚浆状膏体。
市场上一般用的是工人现场用腻子粉加水直接搅拌成膏体抹墙，这样会产生很多粉尘，而且每人每次搅拌的软硬均匀都不一样，从而影响质量同时也浪费了很多时间。
市场上也有用重钙或滑石粉和建筑胶水（801胶水或903胶水）搅拌而成的腻子膏，可是这些胶水普遍含有甲醛和苯，影响人们的身体健康，也污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足，而提供一种不含甲醛和苯等有害化学物质，且易于保存、不会产生粉尘，使用方便，节省施工时间，附着力强的环保内墙腻子膏。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是包括以下组分：
方解石粉50wt%~53wt%；
灰钙粉10wt%~13wt%；
高岭土3wt%~4.5wt%；
膨润土2wt%~4wt%；
VAE可再分散性乳胶粉1wt%~1.5wt%；
羟丙基甲基纤维素0.5wt%~0.8wt%
木质纤维0.2wt%~0.5wt%
余量为水。
优选设置是包括以下组分：
方解石粉52wt%；
灰钙粉11wt%；
高岭土3.5wt%；
膨润土3wt%；
VAE可再分散性乳胶粉1.5wt%；
羟丙基甲基纤维素0.6wt%；
木质纤维0.4wt%
余量为水。
本发明的优点是：
（1）附着力强、具有良好的双亲和性，不仅能与基层牢固粘合，而且与涂料之间也易于附着；
（2）密实度好，然而硬化层却容易打磨，有利于乳胶漆成膜，
（3）具有抗裂性能，可以对墙体微小裂缝起到缓冲作用
（4）具备耐水、耐潮功能，使得墙体遇水不会脱落；
（5）没有使用防腐剂，但是稳定性好，密封贮藏至少能保持6个月以上不变质；
（6）使用方便，打开密封袋即可使用；
（7）环保，不含甲醛和苯，对装修工人和用户身体无伤害。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体的描述，只用于对本发明进行进一步说明，不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限定，该领域的技术工程师可根据上述发明的内容对本发明作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
包括以下组分：
方解石粉52wt%；
灰钙粉11wt%；
高岭土3.5wt%；
膨润土3wt%；
VAE可再分散性乳胶粉1.5wt%；
羟丙基甲基纤维素0.6wt%；
木质纤维0.4wt%
余量为水。
实施例2
包括以下组分：
方解石粉51wt%；
灰钙粉12wt%；
高岭土4wt%；
膨润土3wt%；
VAE可再分散性乳胶粉1wt%；
羟丙基甲基纤维素0.7wt%；
木质纤维0.3wt%
余量为水。
实施例3
包括以下组分：
方解石粉50wt%；
灰钙粉13wt%；
高岭土4.5wt%；
膨润土2wt%；
VAE可再分散性乳胶粉1.5wt%；
羟丙基甲基纤维素0.8wt%；
木质纤维0.2wt%
余量为水。
本实施例1、实施例2、实施例3中各物料经过分散，混合，静置等工序，可封装于密封袋中密封存储。
另外，本实施例上述的各种物料可以直接从市场采购配置。（最好从专业的厂家购买，不然质量也有所差别）。

1.一种内墙腻子膏，其特征在于包括以下组分：
方解石粉50wt%~53wt%
灰钙粉10wt%~13wt%；
高岭土3wt%~4.5wt%；
膨润土2wt%~4wt%；
VAE可再分散性乳胶粉1wt%~1.5wt%；
羟丙基甲基纤维素0.5wt%~0.8wt%；
木质纤维0.2wt%~0.5%wt;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内墙腻子膏，其特征包括以下组分：
方解石粉52wt%；
灰钙粉11wt%；
高岭土3.5wt%；
膨润土3wt%；
VAE可再分散性乳胶粉1.5wt%；
羟丙基甲基纤维素0.6wt%；
木质纤维0.4wt%
余量为水。
