The invention discloses a dampproof polyethylene film which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-6 parts of methylsulfuric acid alkyl trimethyl ammonium, 1-2 parts of a acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 3-4 parts of oxidized polyethlene wax, 1-2 parts of antimonous oxide, 6-7 parts of diphenol bis-(diphenyl phosphate), 1-2 parts of hydroxy-propyl acrylate, 3-4 parts of nano wollastonite, 5-6 parts of phthalic acid dibutyl ester and 32 parts of polyethylene micropowder. The dampproof polyethylene film disclosed by the invention is good in transparency, thermal resistance and tensile strength, and is unlikely to crinkle.
