the vehicle-mounted unit writes the parking position information into a vehicle management card so as to inquire the parking position information through the vehicle management card; wherein inquiring the parking position information through the vehicle management card includes: displaying the inquired parking position information through a display screen on the vehicle management card;
when a vehicle parks in a parking place, the parking space management unit is triggered, the parking space management unit sends corresponding parking space information to the vehicle-mounted unit, the vehicle-mounted unit transmits the identification of the vehicle-mounted unit and parking position information of the vehicle back to the parking space management system through the parking space management unit, registration operation of vehicle parking charging is completed, and meanwhile, the parking position information of the vehicle is written into the vehicle management card through writing operation of the vehicle-mounted unit; when a vehicle is taken out, the parking space information is obtained by operating the vehicle management card, and the vehicle is found; and inserting the vehicle management card into the vehicle-mounted unit, and finishing the charging operation of vehicle parking charging through the parking space management system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the on-board unit obtaining parking location information for a vehicle carrying the vehicle unit comprises:

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the on-board unit obtaining parking location information for a vehicle carrying the vehicle unit comprises:
