Abstract

本发明提供一种背光模组,为液晶显示模组的背光源,其特征在于:所述背光模组包括背光柔性印刷电路板,所述背光柔性印刷电路板的正面包括若干发光单元及连接于所述发光单元的正极走线及负极走线,所述背光柔性印刷电路板的背面铺设接地的铜皮。通过上述方式,本发明提供的背光模组的背面铺设一层铜皮,背光模组产生的热量可以迅速通过铜皮传导散热,且成本较低。本发明还提供具有该背光模组的液晶显示模组及手机。

背光模组、液晶显示模组及手机
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,特别是涉及一种背光模组,还涉及一种配置有该背光模组的液晶显示模组及手机。
背景技术
随着科技不断地进步,液晶显示技术应用越来越广泛,现有的液晶显示模组需要使用背光模组作为光源,以液晶为开关来实现显示,背光模组的发光单元在发光的同时,有一部分能量转换为热能散发出去,造成发热现象。现在的便携式电子设备,如手机,屏幕越来越大,背光亮度的要求越来越高,所以采用的发光单元也越来越多,致使发热现象更加严重。
通常的做法是在背光模组的反面贴一层石墨烯散热,成本较为高昂,另一种方法是采用发光率较高的光源,相对现有光源的能量转换效率高,发热量减少,但成本也较高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本较低且能快速散热的背光模组,以及配置有该背光模组的液晶显示模组及手机,能够解决背光模组发热的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组,为液晶显示模组提供背光,背光模组包括背光柔性印刷电路板,背光柔性印刷电路板的正面包括若干发光单元及连接于发光单元的正极走线及负极走线,背光柔性印刷电路板的背面铺设接地的铜皮。
其中,发光单元为LED灯。
其中,液晶显示模组包括一主印刷电路板,铜皮一端设有接地焊盘,铜皮通过接地焊盘连接于主印刷电路板。
其中,铜皮为实心铜。
其中,铜皮为网格铜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶显示模组,包括一背光模组,背光模组包括一背光柔性印刷电路板,背光柔性印刷电路板的正面包括若干发光单元及连接于发光单元的正极走线及负极走线,背光柔性印刷电路板的背面铺设接地的铜皮。
其中,液晶显示模组还包括一主印刷电路板,铜皮一端设有接地焊盘,铜皮通过接地焊盘连接于主印刷电路板。
其中,铜皮为实心铜。
其中,铜皮为网格铜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的再一个技术方案是:提供一种手机,包括上述的液晶显示模组。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的背光模组的背面铺设一层铜皮,背光模组产生的热量可以迅速通过铜皮传导散热,且成本较低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
参阅图1及图2,本发明提供一种背光模组100,为液晶显示面板提供背光。该背光模组100包括一背光柔性电路板120,该背光柔性印刷电路板120的正面130包括若干发光单元132及连接于发光单元132的正极走线134及负极走线136,该背光柔性印刷电路板120的背面140铺设一层铜皮142,该铜皮142的一端设有一接地焊盘144。在本实施方式中,发光单元132为四个LED灯。在本实施方式中,该铜皮142为实心铜。在其他实施方式中,该铜皮142为网格铜。
请一并参阅图3,本发明提供一种液晶显示模组200,该液晶显示模组200包括一主印刷电路板210,该铜皮142通过接地焊盘144连接于主印刷电路板210。
请一并参阅图4,本发明还提供一种手机300,包括上述的液晶显示模组200,所述液晶显示模组200包括上述背光模组100。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的背光模组的背面铺设一层铜皮,背光模组产生的热量可以迅速通过铜皮传导散热,且成本较低。

1.一种背光模组,为液晶显示模组提供背光,其特征在于:所述背光模组包括背光柔性印刷电路板,所述背光柔性印刷电路板的正面包括若干发光单元及连接于所述发光单元的正极走线及负极走线,所述背光柔性印刷电路板的背面铺设接地的铜皮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述发光单元为LED灯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述液晶显示模组包括一主印刷电路板,所述铜皮一端设有接地焊盘,所述铜皮通过接地焊盘连接于所述主印刷电路板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述铜皮为实心铜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述铜皮为网格铜。
6.一种液晶显示模组,包括一背光模组,所述背光模组包括一背光柔性印刷电路板,所述背光柔性印刷电路板的正面包括若干发光单元及连接于所述发光单元的正极走线及负极走线,所述背光柔性印刷电路板的背面铺设接地的铜皮。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述液晶显示模组包括一主印刷电路板,所述铜皮一端设有接地焊盘,所述铜皮通过接地焊盘连接于所述主印刷电路板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述铜皮为实心铜。
9.根据权利要求7所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述铜皮为网格铜。
10.一种手机,其特征在于,包括权利要求6-9任一项所述的液晶显示模组。
