一种新型双光透镜组
技术领域
本发明属于汽车车灯制造领域,尤其涉及一种新型双光透镜组。
背景技术
目前,随着HID(氙灯)的普及,人们已无法满足卤素灯光的照射效果,对汽车灯光的要求也越来越高,但是氙气灯射出的光线在雨天和雾天会互相折射,光线分散。
发明内容
为了克服氙气灯射出的光线在雨天和雾天会互相折射,光线分散的缺陷,本发明提供一种新型双光透镜组。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型双光透镜组由透镜(1);玻璃(2);金属支架(3);遮光板(4);电磁继电器(5);反射镜(6);HID卡扣小铁(7);D1S灯泡(8);遮光罩调节夹子(9);M4*10螺丝(10)组成;所述的反射镜是采用(ADC12)铝合金材料压铸、喷漆、真空镀铝等加工工艺来实现反射聚光功能,其特征在于反射镜内表面采用皮纹处理,解决光型发散、杂光问题;
所述的金属支架是起支撑玻璃透镜、调整焦距、连接反射镜和挡光板作用,其特征在于采用金属铁板冲压成型,在固定方面采用1个主支撑脚和3个副支撑脚固定反射镜;
所述的遮光板,其特征在于遮掉了汽车前照灯向上的光线,能防止司机炫目,而且在雨天和雾天中提高能见度,通过连杆结构与电磁继电器紧密结合,更好、更快地进行远近光切换。
所述的灯泡是氙气灯泡,其特征在于,为防止灯泡与反射镜的分离,使用垫片、卡扣和螺丝将灯泡与反射镜固定住。
所述的透镜组三区在玻璃上采用局部喷砂,防止超亮。
本方面的有益效果是:
本发明使用时通过电磁铁的开合带动转动片,是的光源射出的光线得以被转动片遮挡一部分或者不遮挡,然后光线通过透镜射出,实现远光和近光的切换。两个光源的光强度比一个光源的光强度大。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明一种新型双光透镜组,它的主要光学单元部件电磁铁,主要功能:用通、断电流控制电磁铁磁性的有无,用电流的强弱或线圈的匝数来控制磁性的大小,从而进行远近光的切换。
反射镜(6)是采用(ADC12)铝合金材料压铸、喷漆、真空镀铝等加工工艺来实现反射聚光功能,反射镜(6)内表面采用皮纹处理,解决光型发散、杂光问题;
金属支架(3)是起支撑玻璃透镜、调整焦距、连接反射镜(6)和挡光板作用,它采用金属铁板冲压成型,在固定方面采用1个主支撑脚和3个副支撑脚固定反射镜(6);
关键部件遮光板(4),它遮掉了汽车前照灯向上的光线,能防止司机炫目,而且在雨天和雾天中提高能见度。遮光板(4)通过连杆结构与电磁继电器(5)紧密结合,更好、更快地进行远近光切换。
灯泡(8)是采用氙气灯泡(8),为防止灯泡(8)与反射镜(6)的分离,垫片、卡扣和螺丝将灯泡与反射镜(6)固定住。另外为防止透镜组三区超亮,在玻璃(2)上采用局部喷砂的方法。
支架总成是由玻璃透镜(1)、金属支架(3)、遮光板(4)总成组成,固定是靠金属支架(3)上卡脚的机械折弯来压紧玻璃(2);
反射镜(6)总成是由反射镜(6)、D1S灯泡(8)、HID卡扣小铁(7)、M4*10螺丝(10)组成,固定D1S灯泡(8)是利用HID卡扣小铁(7)和M4*10螺丝(10);固定反射镜(6)是靠金属支架(3)上卡脚的机械折弯来卡住。
支架总成、反射镜(6)总成、遮光板(4)总成组装关系是用4个定位销和2个M4*10螺丝(10)来固定,这种机械性固定方式,减少不稳定的因素导致支架总成在行车过程的光型摆动,影响驾驶员的视线。

1.一种新型双光透镜组由透镜(1);玻璃(2);金属支架(3);遮光板(4);电磁继电器(5);反射镜(6);HID卡扣小铁(7);DlS灯泡(8);遮光罩调节夹子(9);M4*10螺丝(10)组成;所述的反射镜是采用(ADC12)铝合金材料压铸、喷漆、真空镀铝等加工工艺来实现反射聚光功能,其特征在于反射镜内表面采用皮纹处理,解决光型发散、杂光问题。
2.根据权利要求1,所述的金属支架是起支撑玻璃透镜、调整焦距、连接反射镜和挡光板作用,其特征在于采用金属铁板冲压成型,在固定方面采用1个主支撑脚和3个副支撑脚固定反射镜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的遮光板,其特征在于遮掉了汽车前照灯向上的光线,能防止司机炫目,而且在雨天和雾天中提高能见度,通过连杆结构与电磁继电器紧密结合,更好、更快地进行远近光切换。
4.根据权利要求1所述的灯泡是氙气灯泡,其特征在于,为防止灯泡与反射镜的分离,使用垫片、卡扣和螺丝将灯泡与反射镜固定住。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透镜组三区在玻璃上采用局部喷砂,防止超亮。
