技术领域:
本发明涉及一种电动汽车电驱***,属于电动汽车技术领域。
背景技术:
汽车工业的发展让石油危机和环境污染问题日趋严重。目前为了适应能源发展的前景,电动汽车开始应用于市场,但因其采用蓄电池取代传统汽车发动机,因而有远程电量不足的局限性。另外,电动汽车中途缺电时,蓄电池无法快速充满,若在充还电站还电池,亦费时费力,这些问题制约了电动汽车的普及及推广。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足而提供一种能耗低,保护环境,节约能源,可灵活充电,不影响电动汽车近程使用,行车安全的电动汽车电驱***。
本发明的魔法可以通过如下措施来达到:一种电动汽车电驱***,其包括主车,其特征在于主车通过动力连接臂连接至少一个电驱单元,主车内设有智能主机,智能主机包括主机数据采集控制器,数据采集控制器分别连接主机模拟量输入模块、主机开关量输入模块,主机模拟量输入模块连接主车的节气门位置传感器,主机开关量输入模块连接主车的刹车灯开关,主机数据采集控制器通过主机无线网桥连接接口转换器,接口转换器连接CPU,CPU连接电驱信息显示器;电驱单元包括电驱底盘、电驱单元数据采集控制器,电驱底盘下端设有两个或四个车轮,电驱底盘上设有差速器;电驱单元数据采集控制器分别连接电驱单元无线网桥、电驱单元模拟量输入模块、电驱单元开关量输出模块、电驱单元模拟量输出模块,电驱单元模拟量输入模块连接蓄电池组,电驱单元开关量输出模块连接制动***,电驱单元模拟量输出模块连接三相PWM转换器,三相PWM转换器连接电动机,电动机连接差速器,制动***连接车轮。
本发明同已有技术相比可产生如下积极效果:本发明解决了电动汽车蓄电池远程时电量不足的问题,解决了蓄电池近程时蓄电池自重过大的问题。解决了目前电动汽车行驶距离与蓄电池重量之间的矛盾,使电动汽车的能耗进一步降低,保护了环境,节约了能源。另外,电驱单元不挂接时可灵活充电,不影响电动汽车近程使用。电驱单元自带动力及刹车,对电动汽车的动力及行车安全影响小。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细说明:
实施例:一种电动汽车电驱***(参见图1-图3),其包括主车1,主车1通过动力连接臂3连接至少一个电驱单元2,主车1内设有智能主机4,智能主机4包括主机数据采集控制器4-1,数据采集控制器4-1分别连接主机模拟量输入模块4-2、主机开关量输入模块4-3,主机模拟量输入模块4-2连接主车的节气门位置传感器4-4,主机开关量输入模块4-3连接主车的刹车灯开关4-5,主机数据采集控制器4-1通过主机无线网桥4-6连接接口转换器4-7,接口转换器4-7连接CPU4-8,CPU4-8连接电驱信息显示器4-9。电驱单元2包括电驱底盘2-9、电驱单元数据采集控制器2-1,电驱底盘2-9下端设有两个或四个车轮2-10,电驱底盘2-9上设有差速器2-11;电驱单元数据采集控制器2-1分别连接电驱单元无线网桥2-12、电驱单元模拟量输入模块2-2、电驱单元开关量输出模块2-3、电驱单元模拟量输出模块2-4,电驱单元模拟量输入模块2-2连接蓄电池组2-5,电驱单元开关量输出模块2-3连接制动***2-6,电驱单元模拟量输出模块2-4连接三相PWM转换器2-7,三相PWM转换器2-7连接电动机2-8,电动机2-8连接差速器2-11,制动***2-6连接车轮2-10。
工作过程
(1)加速:智能主机内的主机数据采集控制器通过主机模拟量输入模块采集主车油门信号(采集点:主车燃油车节气门位置信号,电动车电门信号),经过主机无线网桥后由接口转换器进行接口转换,经过CPU计算处理,再经接口转换器、主机无线网桥输出无线信号,经过电驱单元无线网桥接收后送至电驱单元数据采集控制器处理,输出油门信号,控制三相PWM转换器及电动机实现加速。
(2)刹车:智能主机内的主机数据采集控制器通过主机开关量输入模块采集主车刹车信号(采集点:主车刹车灯信号),经过主机无线网桥后由接口转换器进行接口转换,经过CPU计算处理,再经接口转换器、主机无线网桥输出无线信号,经过电驱单元无线网桥接收后送至电驱单元数据采集控制器处理,输出刹车信号,控制电驱单元制动***,实现刹车。
电驱信息显示器显示的是电驱单元蓄电池组的电压、电流、功率、温度等以及剩余电量、可续航里程灯。实现过程:电驱单元数据采集控制器通过电驱单元模拟量输入模块采集蓄电池组的电压、电流、温度等信号,经过电驱单元无线网桥发射后,由智能主机中的主机无线网桥接收,经过CPU计算处理,经电驱信息显示器显示。

1.一种电动汽车电驱***,其包括主车(1),其特征在于主车(1)通过动力连接臂(3)连接至少一个电驱单元(2),主车(1)内设有智能主机(4),智能主机(4)包括主机数据采集控制器(4-1),数据采集控制器(4-1)分别连接主机模拟量输入模块(4-2)、主机开关量输入模块(4-3),主机模拟量输入模块(4-2)连接主车的节气门位置传感器(4-4),主机开关量输入模块(4-3)连接主车的刹车灯开关(4-5),主机数据采集控制器(4-1)通过主机无线网桥(4-6)连接接口转换器(4-7),接口转换器(4-7)连接CPU(4-8),CPU(4-8)连接电驱信息显示器(4-9);电驱单元(2)包括电驱底盘(2-9)、电驱单元数据采集控制器(2-1),电驱底盘(2-9)下端设有两个或四个车轮(2-10),电驱底盘(2-9)上设有差速器(2-11);电驱单元数据采集控制器(2-1)分别连接电驱单元无线网桥(2-12)、电驱单元模拟量输入模块(2-2)、电驱单元开关量输出模块(2-3)、电驱单元模拟量输出模块(2-4),电驱单元模拟量输入模块(2-2)连接蓄电池组(2-5),电驱单元开关量输出模块(2-3)连接制动***(2-6),电驱单元模拟量输出模块(2-4)连接三相PWM转换器(2-7),三相PWM转换器(2-7)连接电动机(2-8),电动机(2-8)连接差速器(2-11),制动***(2-6)连接车轮(2-10)。
