Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动腹膜透析的腹腔排空检测方法,首先对引流每股流量值进行采样,然后对相邻股的流量值进行差值比较,记差值的绝对值为δi,(1)当δi=0时,即引流流量无数值变化,引流正常;(2)当δi>0,且Li+1≠0,δi+1=0,对于n>i+1,若δn>0,δn+1=0,Ln+1=0,向腹腔注入一股透析液,若注入畅通,则液体已排空,否则为管路堵塞;若δn>0,δn+1=0,Ln+1≠0,继续差值比较;(3)当δi>0且Li+1=0,则***不正或管路堵塞。本发明通过对自动腹膜透析设备的每一股引流流量采样值对比分析,能够准确的判断病人腹腔排空、管路堵塞、病人***不好三个状态。

Description

自动腹膜透析的腹腔排空检测方法
技术领域
本发明涉及腹膜透析领域,特别是一种自动腹膜透析的腹腔排空检测方法。
背景技术
腹膜透析是一种用来清除由肾脏***出来的有毒物质及代谢物并有助于调节液体与电解质平衡的过程。自动腹膜透析是通过自动腹膜透析设备连接透析管路将腹膜透析用液体注入人的腹腔以实现腹膜透析。
自动腹膜透析设备通过透析管组连接患者端管路、透析液袋及废液桶,将腹膜透析液自动注入患者腹腔,透析液在病人腹腔会跨越腹膜与病人血液中高浓度的有毒物质和代谢物进行置换。透析液在腹腔中留置一定的时间后,自动腹膜透析设备将腹腔内液体引流出腹腔,排入废液桶,以此完成腹膜透析治疗。
病人腹腔中的透析液排空是透析治疗的重要环节。如病人在夜间做自动腹膜透析治疗,以引流‐注入‐留置为一个治疗周期,通常一晚需要3或4个周期的连续治疗。如某一周期的引流过程腹腔液体未能排空,造成病人留腹液体过多,下一周期又正常注入,轻则影响透析治疗的效果,重则造成病人的腹腔注入液体过多,危及病人的生命。
现有的腹腔排空检测方法主要是流量判定方法,自动腹膜透析设备在透析治疗过程中会计算引流、注入阶段每一股液体的流量,当引流的流量为0时,即判定腹腔已排空。
影响腹腔排空检测方法的因素很多,例如病人在治疗过程中身体压到管路,腹腔中的管子飘起来接触不到腹腔液体,自动腹膜透析设备引不出液体,引流量为0,误判定腹腔已排空;或者在引流过程中,病人腹腔中的管子吸到腹腔壁,管子被腹腔壁堵塞,或者腹腔液中含有从人体置换出的纤维物堵塞了管路,自动腹膜透析设备计量的引流量为0,也会误判定腹腔已排空。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动腹膜透析的腹腔排空检测方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:一种自动腹膜透析的腹腔排空检测方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、对引流每股流量值进行采样;
步骤2、对相邻股的流量值进行差值比较,记第i+1股流量值Li+1与第i股流量值Li差值的绝对值为δi,i=1,2,3…;
步骤3、当δi=|Li+1‐Li|=0时,即引流流量无数值变化,引流正常;
当δi=|Li+1‐Li|>0时,进行以下判断:
(1)当Li+1≠0,且δi+1=|Li+2‐Li+1|=0时,对于n>i+1,若δn=|Ln+1‐Ln|>0,δn+1=|Ln+2‐Ln+1|=0,Ln+1=0,自动腹膜透析设备向腹腔注入一股透析液,若注入畅通则腹液体已排空,若注入不畅通则判定管路堵塞;若δn=|Ln+1‐Ln|>0,δn+1=|Ln+2‐Ln+1|=0,Ln+1>0,则继续差值比较;
(2)当Li+1=0时,则病人***不正或管路堵塞。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著效果为:
本发明通过对自动腹膜透析设备的每一股引流流量的采样值的对比分析,能够准确的判断病人腹腔排空、管路堵塞、病人***不好的三个状态。

具体实施方式
结合图1,一种自动腹膜透析的腹腔排空检测方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、对引流每股流量值进行采样;
步骤2、对相邻股的流量值进行差值比较,记第i+1股流量值Li+1与第i股流量值Li差值的绝对值为δi,i=1,2,3…;
步骤3、当δi=|Li+1‐Li|=0时,即引流流量无数值变化,引流正常;
当δi=|Li+1‐Li|>0时,进行以下判断:
(1)当Li+1≠0,且δi+1=|Li+2‐Li+1|=0时,腹腔液体剩余不多,对于n>i+1,若δn=|Ln+1‐Ln|>0,δn+1=|Ln+2‐Ln+1|=0,Ln+1=0,自动腹膜透析设备向腹腔注入一股透析液,若注入畅通则腹液体已排空,若注入不畅通则判定管路堵塞;若δn=|Ln+1‐Ln|>0,δn+1=|Ln+2‐Ln+1|=0,Ln+1>0,则继续差值比较;
(2)当Li+1=0时,向腹腔注入一股透析液,若注入畅通,则病人***不正,若注入不畅通则判定管路堵塞。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
引流初期,L1=10ml,L2=10ml……
δi=|Li+1‐Li|>0,进行下列判断:
(1)Li=10ml,Li+1=8ml,Li+2=8ml,Li+3=6ml,Li+4=6ml……Ln=2ml,Ln+1=0ml,Ln+2=0ml
Li+1=8≠0,且δi+1=|Li+2‐Li+1|=|8‐8|=0时,腹腔液体剩余不多,δn=|Ln+1‐Ln|=|0‐2|>0,δn+1=|Ln+2‐Ln+1|=|0‐0|=0,Ln+1=0,自动腹膜透析设备向腹腔注入一股透析液,若注入畅通则腹液体已排空,若注入不畅通则判定管路堵塞;若Ln=6ml,Ln+1=2ml,Ln+2=2ml,δn=|Ln+1‐Ln|=|2‐6|>0,δn+1=|Ln+2‐Ln+1|=|2‐2|=0,Ln+1=2>0,则继续差值比较;
(2)当Li=10ml,Li+1=0ml,向腹腔注入一股透析液,若注入畅通,则病人***不正,若注入不畅通则判定管路堵塞。

Claims (2)

1.一种自动腹膜透析的腹腔排空检测方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、对引流每股流量值进行采样;
步骤2、对相邻股的流量值进行差值比较,记第i+1股流量值Li+1与第i股流量值Li差值的绝对值为δi,i=1,2,3…;
步骤3、当δi=|Li+1-Li|=0时,即引流流量无数值变化,引流正常;
当δi=|Li+1-Li|>0时,进行以下判断:
(1)当Li+1≠0,且δi+1=|Li+2-Li+1|=0时,对于n>i+1,若δn=|Ln+1-Ln|>0,δn+1=|Ln+2-Ln+1|=0,Ln+1=0,自动腹膜透析设备向腹腔注入一股透析液,若注入畅通则腹腔液体已排空,若注入不畅通则判定管路堵塞;若δn=|Ln+1-Ln|>0,δn+1=|Ln+2-Ln+1|=0,Ln+1>0,则继续差值比较;
(2)当Li+1=0时,则病人***不正或管路堵塞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动腹膜透析的腹腔排空检测方法,其特征在于,步骤3中当Li+1=0时,向腹腔注入一股透析液,若注入畅通,则病人***不正,若注入不畅通则判定管路堵塞。
