本发明涉及一种晶片清洗检查一体机，包括烧杯台、清洗台以及检查台，所述烧杯台上放置有烧杯，所述清洗台上设置有第一清洗喷头，所述检查台上设置有强光灯和吹风头；所述清洗台上设置有用于控制第一清洗喷头的第一开关，所述检查台上设置有用于控制强光灯的第二开关和用于控制吹风头的第三开关。方便对晶片的筛检，提高晶片筛检效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种晶片清洗检查一体机。
背景技术
晶片的筛检，以往都经过一条流水线来完成，需要经过清洗、吹干、打强光检查，合格的话，放入成品柜，不合格再度清洗，然后吹干放入不合格柜，可见以往的筛检需要许多人，比较房费人力和物力，筛检显得非常不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提供一种晶片清洗检查一体机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种晶片清洗检查一体机，包括烧杯台、清洗台以及检查台，所述烧杯台上放置有烧杯，所述清洗台上设置有第一清洗喷头，所述检查台上设置有强光灯和吹风头；
所述清洗台上设置有用于控制第一清洗喷头的第一开关，所述检查台上设置有用于控制强光灯的第二开关和用于控制吹风头的第三开关。
进一步的，所述检查台上还设置有第二清洗喷头以及用于控制第二清洗喷头的第四开关。
进一步的，所述第一开关为脚踏开关，第一脚踏开关设置在清洗台的下方；所述第二开关、第三开关为脚踏开关，第二脚踏开关和第三脚踏开关设置在检查台的下方；所述第四开关为脚踏开关，第四脚踏开关设置在检查台的下方。
进一步的，所述的烧杯台位于清洗台的上方。
进一步的，所述检查台位于清洗台的左侧或者右侧。
本发明的有益效果是：方便对晶片的筛检，提高晶片筛检效率。

如图1所示，一种晶片清洗检查一体机，包括烧杯台1、清洗台2以及检查台3，烧杯台1上放置有烧杯11，清洗台2上设置有第一清洗喷头21，检查台3上设置有强光灯33和吹风头32。
清洗台2上设置有用于控制第一清洗喷头21的第一开关，检查台3上设置有用于控制强光灯33的第二开关和用于控制吹风头32的第三开关。
检查台3上还设置有第二清洗喷头31以及用于控制第二清洗喷头31的第四开关。
第一开关为脚踏开关，第一脚踏开关设置在清洗台2的下方；第二开关、第三开关为脚踏开关，第二脚踏开关和第三脚踏开关设置在检查台3的下方；第四开关为脚踏开关，第四脚踏开关设置在检查台3的下方。
烧杯台1位于清洗台2的上方。检查台3位于清洗台2的左侧或者右侧。本实施例优选左侧。
具体步骤包括：
①、晶片放置在烧杯11内进行药液清洗；
②、取出，放置清洗台2，经第一清洗喷头21对晶片进行第一清洗；
③、清洗后，放置检查台3，经吹风头32吹干；
④、打强光灯33进行检查；
⑤、合格即放入成品柜，不合格经第二清洗喷头31清洗，吹风头32吹干
至不合格柜；
上述中，第一清洗喷头21、第二清洗喷头31、吹风头32以及强光灯33分别由各自的脚踏开关进行控制。

1.一种晶片清洗检查一体机，其特征是，包括烧杯台(1)、清洗台(2)以及检查台(3)，所述烧杯台(1)上放置有烧杯(11)，所述清洗台(2)上设置有第一清洗喷头(21)，所述检查台(3)上设置有强光灯(33)和吹风头(32)；
所述清洗台(2)上设置有用于控制第一清洗喷头(21)的第一开关，所述检查台(3)上设置有用于控制强光灯(33)的第二开关和用于控制吹风头(32)的第三开关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的晶片清洗检查一体机，其特征是，所述检查台(3)上还设置有第二清洗喷头(31)以及用于控制第二清洗喷头(31)的第四开关。
3.根据权利要求2所述的晶片清洗检查一体机，其特征是，所述第一开关为脚踏开关，第一脚踏开关设置在清洗台(2)的下方；所述第二开关、第三开关为脚踏开关，第二脚踏开关和第三脚踏开关设置在检查台(3)的下方；所述第四开关为脚踏开关，第四脚踏开关设置在检查台(3)的下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的晶片清洗检查一体机，其特征是，所述的烧杯台(1)位于清洗台(2)的上方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的晶片清洗检查一体机，其特征是，所述检查台(3)位于清洗台(2)的左侧或者右侧。
