本发明属于阀门的制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种阀杆头加工装置,包括箱体,所述箱体的一侧设有储料箱,另一侧设有工作台,所述工作台上设有夹紧气缸,所述加紧气缸的活塞杆上设有夹紧块,所述夹紧块的一侧设有铣刀;所述储料箱的底部设有倾斜板,所述倾斜版的最低端设有提升板,所述提升板的底部与设置在储料箱下部的提升气缸连接;所述提升板的一侧上部设有左、右挡板,左、右挡板的下方设有阀杆槽,所述阀杆槽的一侧设有推杆,所述推杆的外端与设置在储料箱一侧的推杆气缸连接。本发明能够自动上料,自动加紧后再自动加工,工人只需要向出料箱中摆放阀杆即可,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,降低了企业的生产成本。

阀杆头加工装置
技术领域
本发明属于阀门的制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种阀杆头加工装置。
背景技术
阀门的阀体是阀门内可拆卸面部件,用于支撑阀芯全关位置,并构成密封副。一般阀体直径即为阀门最大流通直径。比如说蝶阀的阀体材质非常广泛,各类橡胶,塑料,金属材料均可作为阀体材质。阀体内安装阀板,阀杆穿过阀板固定在阀体上,目前阀体制造成型后需要对阀体的内孔进行修正,以便于阀杆能够与其滑动配合。目前对阀杆头进行压扁时,需要工人手拿阀杆在铣刀中进行加工,此种方式加工速度慢,工作效率低,且工人的劳动强度较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种阀杆头加工装置,自动对阀杆的端部进行加工,提高工作效率。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种阀杆头加工装置,其特征在于:包括箱体,所述箱体的一侧设有储料箱,另一侧设有工作台,所述工作台上设有夹紧气缸,所述加紧气缸的活塞杆上设有夹紧块,所述夹紧块的一侧设有铣刀;所述储料箱的底部设有倾斜板,所述倾斜版的最低端设有提升板,所述提升板的底部与设置在储料箱下部的提升气缸连接;所述提升板的一侧上部设有左、右挡板,左、右挡板的下方设有阀杆槽,所述阀杆槽的一侧设有推杆,所述推杆通过滑动套固定在所述储料箱一侧,所述推杆的外端与设置在储料箱一侧的推杆气缸连接。相对于现有技术,本发明能够自动上料,自动加紧后再自动加工,工人只需要向出料箱中摆放阀杆即可,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,降低了企业的生产成本。
优选地,所述提升板上部的宽度与所述阀杆的直径相同。每次只能提升一根阀杆头。
优选地,所述左、右挡板的上部设有导向块。在实际工作中,申请人发现即使提升板的宽度与阀杆相同,也会出现提升多根的情况,为了每次只能提升一根,设置两个导向块,使得导向块与挡板以及储料箱侧面之间仅能留下一根阀杆,多余的阀杆会被导向块挡住。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本发明能够自动上料,自动加紧后再自动加工,工人只需要向出料箱中摆放阀杆即可,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,降低了企业的生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1所示,一种阀杆头加工装置,包括箱体,所述箱体的一侧设有储料箱1,另一侧设有工作台2,所述工作台上设有夹紧气缸3,所述加紧气缸的活塞杆上设有夹紧块4,所述夹紧块的一侧设有铣刀5,铣刀由电动带动转动,为现有技术,将阀杆头的两侧切削出两个扁平台。所述储料箱的底部设有倾斜板6,所述倾斜版的最低端设有提升板7,所述提升板的底部与设置在储料箱下部的提升气缸连接,提升板将阀杆提升到一定高度;所述提升板的一侧上部设有左、右挡板8、9,左、右挡板的下方设有阀杆槽10,提升板将阀杆提升起来后自动落入到阀杆槽中,所述阀杆槽的一侧设有推杆11,所述推杆通过滑动套12固定在所述储料箱一侧,所述推杆的外端与设置在储料箱一侧的推杆气缸13连接。推杆气缸推动推杆,推杆再推动阀杆进入到夹紧块中,加紧气缸进行夹紧后,在通过铣刀进行加工。相对于现有技术,本发明能够自动上料,自动加紧后再自动加工,工人只需要向出料箱中摆放阀杆即可,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,降低了企业的生产成本。
所述提升板上部的宽度与所述阀杆的直径相同。每次只能提升一根阀杆头。所述左、右挡板的上部设有导向块14。在实际工作中,申请人发现即使提升板的宽度与阀杆相同,也会出现提升多根的情况,为了每次只能提升一根,设置两个导向块,使得导向块与挡板以及储料箱侧面之间仅能留下一根阀杆,多余的阀杆会被导向块挡住。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种阀杆头加工装置,其特征在于:包括箱体,所述箱体的一侧设有储料箱,另一侧设有工作台,所述工作台上设有夹紧气缸,所述加紧气缸的活塞杆上设有夹紧块,所述夹紧块的一侧设有铣刀;所述储料箱的底部设有倾斜板,所述倾斜版的最低端设有提升板,所述提升板的底部与设置在储料箱下部的提升气缸连接;所述提升板的一侧上部设有左、右挡板,左、右挡板的下方设有阀杆槽,所述阀杆槽的一侧设有推杆,所述推杆通过滑动套固定在所述储料箱一侧,所述推杆的外端与设置在储料箱一侧的推杆气缸连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀杆头加工装置,其特征在于:所述提升板上部的宽度与所述阀杆的直径相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阀杆头加工装置,其特征在于:所述左、右挡板的上部设有导向块。
