本发明公开了一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯,包括PCB线路板、反光罩和高清光学透镜,所述PCB线路板与铝合金散热基座固定连接,所述PCB线路板上安装有LED灯珠,所述反光罩与铝合金散热基座连接,且PCB线路板位于反光罩的内部,所述高清光学透镜与反光罩连接,所述PCB线路板的上端连接有控制主板,所述控制主板上设置有双高品质电容、优质二极管和智能控制芯片。该高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯采用光学高清透镜,拥有180°的聚焦功能,将散乱的光线聚焦成平行光,有效地减少损失的光线,用以增加整灯亮度,使刹车灯更亮更耀眼,起到曝闪的效果;采用双高品质电容稳定,优质二极管,智能控制芯片,保证电路安全,具有过载过压过流保护功能,延长使用寿命。

一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯
技术领域
本发明属于刹车灯技术领域,具体涉及一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯。
背景技术
刹车灯,一般安装在车辆尾部,主体颜色为红色的灯,以便后面行驶的车辆易于发现前方车辆刹车,起到防止追尾事故发生的目的。简单的车型就是电源通过保险,然后到刹车开关,踩下制动踏板进行刹车时,开关联通,电被送到两个刹车灯和一个高位刹车灯那里,通过负线与车体连接构成回路。刹车灯的作用是警示后面行驶的车辆,从而避免发生追尾事故。没有高位刹车灯的车辆,尤其是底盘较低的轿车和微型汽车,在刹车时由于后刹车灯位置较低,通常亮度也不够,其后面跟随行驶的车辆,特别是底盘较高的卡车、客车和公共汽车的司机有时很难看清楚,因此发生追尾事故的隐患就比较大。目前的汽车刹车灯的亮度不够,而且刹车灯散发的光线比较散乱,光线损失的较为严重,起不到曝闪的效果;由于刹车灯的内部电路设置简单,不具有保护的功能,在长时间的使用过程中,刹车灯的寿命缩短的较为严重;最大的问题时刹车灯的散热问题,不能够快速及时的散发掉内部的热量,容易缩短车灯的寿命,而且经常不能正常的工作。为此提出一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯,包括PCB线路板、反光罩和高清光学透镜,所述PCB线路板与铝合金散热基座固定连接,所述PCB线路板上安装有LED灯珠,所述反光罩与铝合金散热基座连接,且PCB线路板位于反光罩的内部,所述高清光学透镜与反光罩连接,所述PCB线路板的上端连接有控制主板,所述控制主板上设置有双高品质电容、优质二极管和智能控制芯片。
优选的,所述PCB线路板为圆柱状,且PCB线路板的柱状环面设置有间隔等距的LED灯珠。
优选的,所述铝合金散热基座上设置有散热片,所述设置为散热片3片一组,且散热片以间隔相等的角度安装在铝合金散热基座的底部。
优选的,所述反光罩的表面涂有散热涂层。
优选的,所述散热片之间形成散热凹槽。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯采用光学高清透镜,拥有180°的聚焦功能,将散乱的光线聚焦成平行光,有效地减少损失的光线,用以增加整灯亮度,使刹车灯更亮更耀眼,起到曝闪的效果;采用双高品质电容稳定,优质二极管,智能控制芯片,保证电路安全,具有过载过压过流保护功能,延长使用寿命;通过铝合金散热基座,使芯片以及恒流电路等产生的热量能够快速地传递到铝合金散热基座,利用其高导热率的特点,实现快速散热,提高车灯的使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1-3所示的一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯,包括PCB线路板2、反光罩4和高清光学透镜3,所述PCB线路板2与铝合金散热基座1固定连接,所述铝合金散热基座1上设置有散热片6,所述散热片6之间形成散热凹槽,所述散热片6设置为3片一组,且散热片6以间隔相等的角度安装在铝合金散热基座1的底部,通过铝合金散热基座1,使芯片以及恒流电路等产生的热量能够快速地传递到铝合金散热基座1,利用其高导热率的特点,实现快速散热,提高车灯的使用寿命;所述PCB线路板2上安装有LED灯珠5,所述PCB线路板2为圆柱状,且PCB线路板2的柱状环面设置有间隔等距的LED灯珠5,所述反光罩4与铝合金散热基座1连接,且PCB线路板2位于反光罩4的内部,所述反光罩4的表面涂有散热涂层,所述高清光学透镜3与反光罩4连接,采用光学高清透镜3,拥有180°的聚焦功能,将散乱的光线聚焦成平行光,有效地减少损失的光线,用以增加整灯亮度,使刹车灯更亮更耀眼,起到曝闪的效果;所述PCB线路板2的上端连接有控制主板9,所述控制主板9上设置有双高品质电容7、优质二极管10和智能控制芯片8,保证电路安全,具有过载过压过流保护功能,延长使用寿命。

1.一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯,包括PCB线路板(2)、反光罩(4)和高清光学透镜(3),其特征在于:所述PCB线路板(2)与铝合金散热基座(1)固定连接,所述PCB线路板(2)上安装有LED灯珠(5),所述反光罩(4)与铝合金散热基座(1)连接,且PCB线路板(2)位于反光罩(4)的内部,所述高清光学透镜(3)与反光罩(4)连接,所述PCB线路板(2)的上端连接有控制主板(9),所述控制主板(9)上设置有双高品质电容(7)、优质二极管(10)和智能控制芯片(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯,其特征在于:所述PCB线路板(2)为圆柱状,且PCB线路板(2)的柱状环面设置有间隔等距的LED灯珠(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯,其特征在于:所述铝合金散热基座(1)上设置有散热片(6),所述散热片(6)设置为3片一组,且散热片(6)以间隔相等的角度安装在铝合金散热基座(1)的底部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯,其特征在于:所述反光罩(4)的表面涂有散热涂层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高清透镜曝闪LED刹车灯,其特征在于:所述散热片(6)之间形成散热凹槽。
