技术领域
本发明涉及LED领域,具体涉及一种侧面发光的光影LED灯具。
背景技术
LED产业的快速发展,大大拉动了上游材料业的发展,也进一步促进了高端材料领域的突破。其中,LED灯具中会用到大量的散热材料,包括LED晶片的封装元件、LED光学透镜、光散射元件、高效散热元件、光反射和光漫射板等。一直以来,LED的打光方式是灯具发光体发光直接照射到工作面,产生刺眼的炫光,造成光环境强烈的明暗对比,使人产生弦晕。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种侧面发光的光影LED灯具,解决灯具发光体发光直接照射到工作面,产生刺眼的炫光,造成光环境强烈的明暗对比,使人产生弦晕。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种侧面发光的光影LED灯具,包括全塑胶管(3),所述全塑胶管(3)呈方形,所述全塑胶管(3)侧面两端设置有凹槽,所述PCB电路板(4)卡接在全塑胶管(3)的凹槽内,所述PCB电路板(4)外端设置挡光罩(5),所述挡光罩(5)与全塑胶管(3)的卡槽相接,所述PCB电路板(4)上设有发光二极管(8),所述挡光罩(5)将发光二极管(8)的光线变得柔和、舒适,同时达到见光不见灯的效果;所述全塑胶管(3)内部设置有电源块(6),两端采用端盖(1)密封,所述端盖(1)上设置有电线连接装置;所述端盖(1)采用螺丝(2)固定连接;所述全塑胶管(3)顶端与装饰板(7)卡槽相接。
本发明有益效果为:
1.本发明采用LED灯侧面发光的方式,能够代替传统吊顶凹槽内安装软灯带,达到同等的装饰效果,具有易安装,快速方便等特点。
2.本发明提供的灯具由于采用侧面安装发光条,且外部设置挡光罩达到见光不见灯的效果,且光线柔和、舒适。
3、本发明提供的灯具由于采用易安装的LED安装发光条,无需吊顶凹槽,大大节约人工及材料成本。
4.本发明采用电源与PCB电路板分开设置,热量分散,有助于提高散热速率,增加设备使用寿命。
5.本发明解决灯具发光体发光直接照射到工作面,产生刺眼的炫光,造成光环境强烈的明暗对比,使人产生弦晕的问题。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种侧面发光的光影LED灯具,包括全塑胶管3,所述全塑胶管3呈方形,所述全塑胶管3侧面两端设置有凹槽,所述PCB电路板4卡接在全塑胶管3的凹槽内,所述PCB电路板4外端设置挡光罩5,所述PCB电路板4上有发光二极管8,所述挡光罩5与全塑胶管3卡槽相接,所述全塑胶管3内部设置有电源块6,两端采用端盖1密封,所述端盖1上设置有电线连接装置。
所述端盖1采用螺丝2固定连接。
所述全塑胶管3顶端与装饰板7卡槽相接。
本发明在全塑胶管内设置灯源,侧面安装PCB电路板与发光二极管,且直接安装在全塑胶管表面,方便安装与整修,代替传统吊顶凹槽内装软灯条,无需吊顶做凹槽,大大节约人工与材料成本;采用PCB电路板与电源的分开设置,方便热量的分散,同时也加快了热量散发速率;采用挡光罩设置能够将发光二极管的光线变得柔和、舒适,同时达到见光不见灯的效果。
