Abstract

本发明实施例公开了网络服务故障处理方法，服务管理***和***管理模块，用于处理NFV环境下网络服务故障，保持NFV***的稳定性。本发明实施例方法包括：服务管理***SMS监测到VNF的运行性能数据异常后，发送网络服务关联请求信息给***管理模块，该网络服务关联请求信息用于该***管理模块查询故障并反馈网络服务关联响应给SMS，SMS根据该网络服务故障关联响应与VNF的运行性能数据，进行故障诊断，获得网络服务故障诊断报告，将该网络服务故障诊断报告发送给***管理模块，该网络服务故障诊断报告用于***管理模块进行故障恢复，这样就在NFV环境下实现了网络服务故障的处理。
