背景技术
玫瑰花是蔷薇科植物玫瑰的干燥花蕾,在我国已经有2000多年的栽培历史,主要产于山东、甘肃、安徽、浙江、河北、内蒙古等地。玫瑰花是一种具有较高食用价值和经济价值的药用植物,2002年3月5日***颁发的《关于进一步规范保健食品原料管理的通知》中明确规定,玫瑰花可用于保健食品。据《食物本草》记载:“玫瑰花主利肺脾,宜肝胆,辟邪恶之气,食之芳香甘美,令人神爽”。另据《本草纲目拾遗》记载:“玫瑰花活血、行血、健脾降火、理气调经、滋补养颜”。而现在医学认为,玫瑰花含有300多种化学成分,如槲皮苷、含香精的脂肪油、有机酸等有益美容的物质,还含有人体必需的18种氨基酸和微量元素,具有解闷、解郁、化胃气、强肝、强肺、解毒、去除抗生物质等所致的药害、平衡内分泌、缓和神经疲劳、宿醉、更年期障碍、便秘、除斑等功效。
目前,中草药在保健食品领域中的应用还存在较多的弊端,难以真正发挥中草药的保健功效。本发明针对上述问题,开发一种利用玫瑰花、山楂等复合中草药的具有益脾健胃功效的玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料,满足市场对玫瑰花和中草药保健食品的需求。

为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有益脾健胃功效的玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料,该玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料具有生津止渴、益脾健胃等功效,是一种功效性好、口感佳、商品性状好的功能性保健饮料,以满足人们追求口感、营养、保健等多层次要求。

本发明提供一种具有益脾健胃功效的玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料,其特征在于玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料原料组成及质量配比为:玫瑰花20~30份、山楂20~30份、淮山药5~10份、山茱萸5~10份、人参2~5份、茯苓10~15份、红花3~5份、甘草3~5份、薏苡仁2~3份、苍术3~5份、甜叶菊3~5份。

(1)玫瑰花、山楂预处理:采用新鲜的玫瑰和无污染发育正常健康的山楂,用清洁、流动的水去掉杂质,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将玫瑰花、山楂按比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:精滤后的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
(13)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。
本发明提供一种具有益脾健胃功效的玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料,通过动物试验进行玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw;遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠***畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。
本发明提供一种具有益脾健胃功效的玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料,其优势在于科学配伍玫瑰花、山楂和多种中草药,通过玫瑰花和中草药之间的协同作用能有效益脾健胃、生津止渴、止咳哮喘、补肾阳虚、扶正固本,抗疲劳、增强免疫力等功效,安全无副作用,食用方便。不同的中草药性味各异,功效存在着巨大的差异,不同的中草药组合后存在复杂的相互作用关系,且中草药之间的配比比较密切,不同配比也将使君臣佐使关系发生实质性的变化,从而使复合中草药的关系发生实质性改变。本申请通过玫瑰花、山楂与淮山药、山茱萸、人参、茯苓、红花、甘草、薏苡仁、苍术、甜叶菊等中草药彼此间存在复杂的相互作用关系,合理配比,取得了预料不到的技术效果,使玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料的关系发生实质性改变,采用动物实验测定本发明产品对小鼠肠运动功能和蓖麻油所致小鼠腹泻的影响的影响,结果表明炭末推进率提高28.45%,蓖麻油所致小鼠腹泻实验组中小鼠24h内湿粪数减少41.11%,较对照组差异显著(p<0.01),说明本产品具有较好的益脾健胃活性;且试验结果表明改变玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料原料组成或配比会降低玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料的益脾健胃能力(P<0.01),说明玫瑰花、山楂和中草药之间的协同作用起到了显著提升玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料功能活性的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种具有益脾健胃功效的玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)玫瑰花、山楂预处理:采用新鲜的玫瑰和无污染发育正常健康的山楂,用清洁、流动的水去掉杂质,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将玫瑰花、山楂按玫瑰花20份、山楂30份比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按淮山药5份、山茱萸10份、人参2份、茯苓15份、红花3份、甘草5份、薏苡仁2份、苍术5份、甜叶菊3份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:精滤后的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
(13)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。
实施例2:
一种具有益脾健胃功效的玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)玫瑰花、山楂预处理:采用新鲜的玫瑰和无污染发育正常健康的山楂,用清洁、流动的水去掉杂质,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将玫瑰花、山楂按玫瑰花25份、山楂25份比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比4%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2.5h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按淮山药8份、山茱萸7份、人参4份、茯苓12份、红花4份、甘草4份、薏苡仁2.5份、苍术4份、甜叶菊4份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;

Claims (1)
1.一种具有益脾健胃功效的玫瑰花复方中草药保健饮料,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)玫瑰花、山楂预处理:采用新鲜的玫瑰和无污染发育正常健康的山楂,用清洁、流动的水去掉杂质,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将玫瑰花、山楂按玫瑰花20~30份、山楂20~30份比例混合,加入10倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按淮山药5~10份、山茱萸5~10份、人参2~5份、茯苓10~15份、红花3~5份、甘草3~5份、薏苡仁2~3份、苍术3~5份、甜叶菊3~5份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比50倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(9)调配:加入1%低聚异麦芽糖、0.5%柠檬酸、0.5%木糖醇、1%乳酸钙、0.2%Vc,调整pH至7.0~7.5;
(10)均质:将调配好的饮料放置在均质机中,在均质压力25MPa,温度60~70℃下均质,使各种营养成分均匀化,防止产品出现分层沉淀,使产品稳定性得到进一步的保障;
(11)精滤:将均质后的保健饮料先经200目双联过滤器过滤,再经硅藻过滤机精滤以除去其中的杂质及不溶物;
(12)杀菌:精滤后的保健饮料进行高温瞬时灭菌,灭菌温度为120~140℃,时间为4~6s;
(13)灌装:采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04-0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60-75℃,再冷却至常温即得保健饮料。
