Abstract

本发明公开了一种空气净化装置,涉及空气净化领域。该装置包括进气口、控制器及显示屏、过滤器、通气管、加湿装置、静音抽风机、出气口、底座、空气质量检测器、空气处理器、外壳。本发明提供了简单,安全,低成本的空气净化装置,设计更合理、成本更低、应用范围广、处理有机污染气体更彻底,应用前景广阔,不仅能有效去除PM2.5、粉尘、异味、细菌,还能彻底去除有机污染达到空气净化效果。

一种空气净化装置
技术领域
本发明属于空气净化领域,尤其涉及异味处理装置以及有机有害气体的净化装置。
技术背景
通常意义的空气净化器是指能够吸附处理各种空气污染物一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、异味、细菌、甲烷之类的气体等。随着经济的发展,人们对生活质量的要求日益提高,因此越来越重视空气质量。当空气净化器逐渐成为千家万户的必需品时,我们也期待能有更优质的产品出现。目前常用的家用空气净化器多为单纯的过滤型空气净化器,虽然能除去PM2.5、粉尘、异味等基本污染物,但是,现有多层过滤结构,其结构设计不合理,且不能彻底除去甲烷等有害气体。另有一部分空气净化器采用高温催化氧化原理,对空气中的大部分有害气体有一定净化作用,但是其氧化效率不高,催化条件苛刻,反应受温度影响大,催化剂的成本较高,且该方法不能完全除去室内的粉尘、异味等,具有较大缺陷。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有空气净化器净化有机污染气体成本高,效率低以及不能彻底去除有机有害气体的问题,提供了一种空气净化装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种空气净化装置,包括进气口、控制器及显示屏、过滤器、通气管、加湿装置、静音抽风机、出气口、底座、空气质量检测器、空气处理器、外壳;
其中空气处理器由紫外灯外管、反光面、挡板、紫外灯管、处理器通气管组成,紫外灯外管固定在紫外灯管外,紫外灯外管与紫外灯管之间留有空隙,反光面固定在紫外灯外管内壁,挡板固定在紫外灯外管两端,处理器通气管固定在挡板上;
进气口与过滤器相连接,过滤器通过通气管与加湿装置相连接,加湿装置通过通气管与空气处理器相连接;
静音抽风机连接空气处理器与出气口;
进气口与出气口固定在外壳的两端,外壳底部固定底座,空气质量检测器固定在外壳上;
进气口与出气口均与空气质量检测器连接。
所述过滤器包括静电无纺布、HEPA过滤网和蜂窝活性炭过滤网中的一种或多种。
所述紫外灯管发出的紫外线波长范围为:180nm≤波长≤260nm,紫外灯管的长度能根据实际需要改变,紫外灯管的形状为:圆柱形、螺旋形、U型中的一种或多种。
所述反光面为反光镜、锡纸、金属光面中的一种或多种。
所述空气净化装置能够降解C1-C12烷烃、甲醛、乙醛、丙醛、苯、甲苯、乙苯、甲基苯、二甲基苯、甲基乙基苯、氨气中的一种或多种有机污染物组成的有机污染气体。
所述空气净化装置中能根据实际需要,增加一个臭氧过滤器。
本发明的方案与现有方案相比,主要优点在于:本发明提供了简单,安全,低成本的空气净化装置,设计更合理、成本更低、应用范围广、处理有机污染气体更彻底,应用前景广阔,不仅能有效去除PM2.5、粉尘、异味、细菌,还能彻底去除有机污染达到空气净化效果。

具体实施方案
如图1所示,本发明提供一种空气净化装置,包括进气口6、控制器及显示屏7、过滤器8、通气管9、加湿装置10、静音抽风机11、出气口12、底座13、空气质量检测器14、空气处理器15、外壳16;
如图2所示,空气处理器15由紫外灯外管1、反光面2、挡板3、紫外灯管4、处理器通气管5组成,紫外灯外管1固定在紫外灯管4外,紫外灯外管1与紫外灯管4之间留有空隙,反光面2固定在紫外灯外管1内壁,挡板3固定在紫外灯外管1两端,处理器通气管5固定在挡板3上;
进气口6与过滤器8相连接,过滤器8通过通气管9与加湿装置10相连接,加湿装置10通过通气管9与空气处理器15相连接;
静音抽风机11连接空气处理器15与出气口12;
进气口6与出气口12固定在外壳16的两端,外壳16底部固定底座13,空气质量检测器14固定在外壳16上;
进气口6与出气口12均与空气质量检测器14连接。
所述过滤器8包括静电无纺布、HEPA过滤网和蜂窝活性炭过滤网中的一种或多种。
所述紫外灯管4发出的紫外线波长范围为:180nm≤波长≤260nm,紫外灯管4的长度能根据实际需要改变,紫外灯管4的形状为:圆柱形、螺旋形、U型中的一种或多种。
所述反光面2为反光镜、锡纸、金属光面中的一种或多种。
所述空气净化装置能够降解C1-C12烷烃、甲醛、乙醛、丙醛、苯、甲苯、乙苯、甲基苯、二甲基苯、甲基乙基苯、氨气中的一种或多种有机污染物组成的有机污染气体。
所述空气净化装置中能根据实际需要,增加一个臭氧过滤器。

1.一种空气净化装置,其特征在于:包括进气口(6)、控制器及显示屏(7)、过滤器(8)、通气管(9)、加湿装置(10)、静音抽风机(11)、出气口(12)、底座(13)、空气质量检测器(14)、空气处理器(15)、外壳(16);
所述空气净化装置能够降解的有机污染气体包括C1-C12烷烃、甲醛、乙醛、丙醛、苯、甲苯、乙苯、甲基苯、二甲基苯、甲基乙基苯中的一种或多种有机污染物;
其中空气处理器(15)由紫外灯外管(1)、反光面(2)、挡板(3)、紫外灯管(4)、处理器通气管(5)组成,紫外灯外管(1)固定在紫外灯管(4)外,紫外灯外管(1)与紫外灯管(4)之间留有空隙,反光面(2)固定在紫外灯外管(1)内壁,挡板(3)固定在紫外灯外管(1)两端,处理器通气管(5)固定在挡板(3)上;
所述紫外灯管(4)发出的紫外线波长范围为:180nm≤波长≤260nm,紫外灯管(4)的长度能根据实际需要改变,紫外灯管(4)的形状为:圆柱形、螺旋形、U型中的一种或多种;
进气口(6)与过滤器(8)相连接,过滤器(8)通过通气管(9)与加湿装置(10)相连接,加湿装置(10)通过通气管(9)与空气处理器(15)相连接;
静音抽风机(11)连接空气处理器(15)与出气口(12);
进气口(6)与出气口(12)固定在外壳(16)的两端,外壳(16)底部固定底座(13),空气质量检测器(14)固定在外壳(16)上;
进气口(6)与出气口(12)均与空气质量检测器(14)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述过滤器(8)包括静电无纺布、HEPA过滤网和蜂窝活性炭过滤网中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述反光面(2)为反光镜、锡纸、金属光面中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述空气净化装置中能根据实际需要,增加一个臭氧过滤器。
