本发明属于防火节能材料技术领域,具体涉及一种隧道防火节能反光涂料。该隧道防火节能反光涂料由硫铝酸盐水泥、矿渣粉、填料、粉煤灰、反光材料和阻燃剂组成,各组成的质量分数如下:铝酸盐水泥8‑20%、矿渣粉30%‑45%、填料10%‑25%、粉煤灰5%‑10%、反光材料15%‑25%,阻燃剂4%‑12%。本发明具有持续的防火性、对各种光源具有明显的反光作用,与同类反光涂料相比具有高效的防火性,与同类防火涂料相比具备较好的反光作用,可广泛应用于隧道防火节能工程,无有毒和污染物质且施工简便,节约能源。

技术领域
本发明属于防火节能材料技术领域,具体涉及一种隧道防火节能反光涂料。
技术背景
随着国家对节能减排政策的推进和实施,隧道节能也越来越受到重视。隧道照明是隧道中最大的能耗,隧道越长,相应的照明设施和能耗更大。针对此现状相继出现了发光涂料、水性隔热反光涂料、蓄能发光涂料等通过涂料自身的反光作用将自然光或灯光照射后反光,达到节约能源的目的。这些涂料大都是以树脂为基料,掺入发光材料和触变剂制得,具有较好的反光性能,但在使用过程中也发现了其耐久性较差,且当发生火灾时会产生有毒气体,达不到节能环保的标准。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防火节能反光涂料,具有较好的防火性、粘结性、反光性、耐久性及节能环保性。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种隧道防火节能反光涂料,其组成按重量百分比为:
硫铝酸盐水泥: 8%-20%
矿渣粉: 30%-45%
填料: 10%-25%
粉煤灰: 5%-10%
反光材料: 15%-25%
阻燃剂: 4%-12%
本发明中,所述矿渣粉为S115、S105矿渣中的一种或几种。
本发明中,所述填料为膨胀玻化微珠、重钙粉、硅灰石粉、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
本发明中,所述反光材料为金红石型TiO2、微米级云母粉中的一种或几种。
本发明中,所述阻燃剂为铝镁系、APP、三氧化二锑、季戊四醇中的一种或几种。
本发明具有良好的防火性、防水性、粘结性和节能反光效果,既可起到隧道内的安全防火作用,又能较好的反射隧道中不同来源的光源,节约了能源。本发明为无机防火反光材料,同时具备防火性和反光节能的特点,可增加隧道内部的耐久性,延长其使用寿命。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1:
一种隧道防火节能反光涂料,其组成及配比(重量百分比)为:硫铝酸盐水泥10%、矿渣粉35%、膨胀玻化微珠10%、硅灰石粉12%、粉煤灰7%、微米级云母粉18%、氢氧化镁2%、氢氧化铝6%。
实施例2:
一种隧道防火节能反光涂料,其组成及配比(重量百分比)为:硫铝酸盐水泥13%、矿渣粉36%、膨胀玻化微珠5%、滑石粉9%、硅灰石粉7%、粉煤灰6%、金红石型TiO215%、氢氧化镁2%、氢氧化铝4%、APP3%。
实施例3:
一种隧道防火节能反光涂料,其组成及配比(重量百分比)为:硫铝酸盐水泥15%、矿渣粉40%、滑石粉9%、重钙粉6%、硅灰石粉8%、粉煤灰6%、金红石型TiO220%、季戊四醇3%、APP6%。
本发明一种隧道防火节能反光涂料与同类反光涂料相比具有高效的防火性,与同类防火涂料相比具备较好的反光作用,节约了能源和资源,可广泛应用于隧道防火节能工程,且材料中不含有毒和污染物质,符合节能环保的大方向,施工简便,应大力推广。

1.一种隧道防火节能反光涂料,其特征在于:其组分及重量比为:
所述矿渣粉为S115、S105矿渣中的一种或两种的混合;
所述填料为膨胀玻化微珠、重钙粉、硅灰石粉、滑石粉中的一种或任意两种以上的混合;
所述反光材料为金红石型TiO2、微米级云母粉中的一种或两种的混合;
所述阻燃剂为铝镁系混合物、APP、三氧化二锑、季戊四醇中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
